Hello fellow growers, I am pleased to start this new journey with you. I am also particularly excited since I am going to grow a Mephisto Genetics strain for the very first time, the famous Double Grape. I know you shouldn't believe the hype, as Public Enemy used to say, but it's hard to ignore the dithyrambic reviews when it comes to Mephisto. I sowed the seed directly in the substrate and it was popping out 3 days later. Right now the seedling is under my Mars Hydro TS1000, brightness set at 25%, lights are 80cm away. During my last grows I set it up to the max at all stages of growth, this time I decided to proceed differently and increase gradually. Please let me know in the comments if you think I should just push it to the max right away. I would like to thank HESI nutrients team for sending me a great Starter Pack! This journal is now current as of 7/1, and this entry is for last week (June 23-29). Growth is continuing to be explosive on the Blue Dream--she is now 37 inches. This last week, however, received 3 days of rain and very heavy winds that I thought would kill the plant. The video shows just how bad the wind became. She shows signs of overwatering (spotting on fan leaves, though new growth looks fine) which is to be expected given that she received 3 days of rain and had no chance to dry out. Nevertheless, she persisted. 😊 I added the first netting to try out a scrog method. It's definitely not going to be perfect, and I'm definitely an amateur experimenting with method. Will attempt to develop an even canopy. GSC and Green Cush continue to grow reliably.

~ Seedsman Zkittlez Auto ~ Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto x Auto Fruit (Auto Fruit Cheese x Auto Blueberry) Zkittlez Auto is one of the very sweetest-tasting auto strains available anywhere. It is a sativa-dominant (60%) strain that was bred from Zkittlez (Grape x Grape Apple) Auto crossed with a male Fruit Kush Auto, the latter a remarkable fruity strain bred from Fruit Cheese Auto and Blueberry Auto. Growers can expect to harvest some good yields of high-THC buds. Zkittlez Auto remains a fairly short plant, rarely exceeding 120 cm. in height wherever it is grown. This is a vigorous plant which is able to metabolize a high level of nutrients and she's a thirsty girl too! If growing indoors close to neighbors it is strongly advised to ensure good and effective carbon air-filtration in order to neutralize powerful odors. This strain's life-cycle is approximately 90 days from seed to harvest. The leaves on this plant are big and wide serving to convert every lumen available into Zkittlez goodness. Indoor growers should obtain between 400 - 500 gr/m2 while plants cultivated outdoors will produce slightly more at 500 - 600 gr/m2. Lateral branching is very good and it is recommended to use supports/ties to prevent snapping and keep buds close to the light source. This strain's scent is sweet and fruity with candy and berry notes. Its high-THC has been measured at between 21 - 24% with less than 1% CBD. The effect is well-balanced, cerebral and euphoric, and is very good for social situations as well as for relaxing in front of the TV either alone or with company. This one's going to be super fun with one of my favorite autoflower strains from Seedsman Seeds, growing in a little 2qt. popcorn pot and entered in the 'Best Rarest & Smallest Pot by Seedsman' contest, this one's gonna be a champ! 🤩 Today I went ahead and planted a seed directly into the medium which was pre-moistened with tap water from my well. After I placed the seed about 4-5mm deep, I gently covered it with medium and poured approx. 1oz of water on it. I'll keep the pot in the tent with a Solo cup over it to retain the moisture until it sprouts... Fingers crossed! 🤞🤞 11/3- When I checked on the Zkittlez this evening I was elated to see that it had broken ground sticking up about 4-5mm from the medium! I removed the red Solo cup from her and replaced it with a clear cup that has ventilation holes in it and which I misted the inside of with water to ensure adequate humidity for the seedling. 11/4- This morning I checked on her and she's already up to about 18mm tall but has not shed her shell yet. I'll make sure that the medium stays just moist for now until she's a little older. By late in the evening she had shed her shell and her cotyledon's began opening. I noticed, after taking a close look at her, that her first tiny set of leaves were brownish looking with light colored tips. I immediately thought back to when I was pee-moistening her medium and had a 'high moment' using my other plants nutrient solution which was around 800ppm in her pot instead of the straight well water I usually use. I thought that she was getting nutrient burn causing the funky color of her first leaf set but fortunately by the end of the 20 hour light cycle, she had her first leaf set out and the were a healthy green! 11/7- Well gromies this girl has a week behind her now and I'm elated to say that she's healthy and doing marvelously! Up until now all I've done is make sure that her medium didn't dry out using straight well water ph'd to 6.1 @ 75℉. Today I went ahead and watered/fed her with 0.6L of well water with Dutch Pro Grow 'A' & 'B' added @ 10ml/g, Dutch Pro Multi Total @ 7.6ml/g, Dutch Pro Take Root @ 3.8ml/g, Dutch Pro Silica Von Liebig Special @ 1.2ml/g and Earth Juice Oily Can @ 5ml/g which was then ph'd to 6.0 @ 74℉. The Seedsman Zkittlez Auto is doing great and now is at 2 inches tall with good color. Everything is going good, this week covers from Dec.4 to the 11th. The plants had a major accident due to me not securing the light and not realizing my kids slamming the fridge would knock it free of the stand, leaves were burnt by led light but luckily the plants were praying and it just burnt the tips of the First Single leaves.

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures stay above the mid 40's℉, at which point she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes, and then let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/10- Wow! Here we go into Week 4 of flower for the GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower by FastBuds and this lady is on a mission! The GG4 Sherbet FF has large cola's forming all over her and they are rapidly stacking up. Her flowers are continuing to develop and are beginning to get a thick layer of trichomes on them! 8/12- Today, the daily watering routine continues at sunset with around 5g of well water from the hose. I also went into the canopy and removed a bunch of dead and/or completely yellowed leaves to keep the foliage clear of debris which can cause insect and fungal issues if allowed to get out of hand. 8/14- I am continuing to water the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet FF with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. 8/16- We have rain in the forecast over the next three days. There were a couple of passing light rain showers today which didn't provide a lot of rain so I went ahead and watered the GG4 Sherbet FF with approximately 5g of well water just to make sure that she didn't get thirsty. There's a month in flower for this beautiful fast flowering cultivar from the experts at FastBuds and all I can say is WOW! I can't say enough positive things about this strain and will, for sure, be running it again!
