Second week of Veg and they are growing fast , very healthy, no deficiencies , perfect color green.

Veg Week 6 Day 42 to 48 - 4/1 to 4/7 This week is primarily test training recovery and final topping set. I would have typically already cut the third top after 3 new nodes of growth but since I decided to experiment with breaks I allowed more time for recovery and None were cut until I saw I had at least 3 nodes of new growth since the last topping. All limbs are doing better now and I see little to no 'new' hindered to overall growth from this point. I also defoliated some of the oldest leaves that gone damaged in the breaks. So as I said, little to no damage will produce average branches (prone to weight breaks later in flower as discovered in my first grow) Small to slightly moderate break of green and evenly crushed stem can create heavy knuckles with large waterways through hardwood provides great support and growth Moderate to heavy rips with no back support will runt in growth and support if not die off. However if back supported immediately, it can recover with a little extra time. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 350ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and introduced 50ppm Bloom concentrate mix). I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 5.9 Video Post defoliation Next week I plan to monitor the training of the branches and change out the feeds with 500ppm at 5.9ph. All I am trying to do now is set the growth of the branch to where I want them to flower stretch from.

La tercera semana ha ido bien, ya me respondió Biobizz y puedo usar toda su gama perfecta, a si que a partir de ahora irá todo mucho mejor. This girl has bounced right back from those early magnesium deficiency. Glacial rock dust will be used in the future to mitigate this issue. Regardless we are about 9 days into flower now and the stretch is on. Daily ive been doing a light supercrop bending the tops over but been extra cautious not to snap anymore tops, already lost two from past weeks. Slight defoliation was necessary little to no air circulation was making its way through these 4 bushes. Let the smells begin! Cheers.

Day 36/Flower Day 8 - Starting to get them girle bits showing now. Stretch is still unreal but the smaller nodes that have crept up to the top are thickening their branches so thats a good sign they'll hold something and if not, have a spare elasticated SCROG net for support, which will DEFINATELY be needed by the looks of things!!! The main branches are sitting near as thick as 1 of the stems of my last grow so these girls are definitely sturdy and strong growers! If only they didn't push for the roof!!! When I start to see a few more flower sets/bud buttons proper actually forming, I'll start inching up the lights to 13/11 over the week...still tempted to start it now but thinking best to wait til the bloom nutes get upped drastically (which is next week - will be upping them by about 50-60% volume). Feared a bit right now that the extra light may fuel some stretch rather than fuel the flowers...but then again, having the plants acclimatise to 13/11 by the time the buttons are forming may not be bad...but then again, that 13/11 may slow down their formation!!! Choices and Choices!!! Was expecting the flower initiator would have knocked some time of the pre-flowers showing (can't think now if nodes were asymmetrical before flip...honestly couldnt have vegged any more though...or could I???) but nope, hopefully the buttons start to set quickly now though. Apart from that, all going well so far. Been a bit of a drop in the temps outside and clearer nights so hopefully that helps bring day temps and night temps down a bit - bringing down humidity some too. Need to restart my CO2 Jug now for the flowers and keep on watching them grow! Happy growing all! 💪

Si prosegue con LST anche se gli steli stanno iniziando il processo di lignificazione e quindi bisogna prestare maggior attenzione. Tra qualche giorno dovrò sicuramente allegerire la pianta dalle foglie in eccesso nella zona centrale per favorire la circolazione dell'aria Ph: 6.5 Ppm: 18 mS/cm: 0.037 Temp. soluzione: 22° 04/02/2022. Switched to flushing on monday morning, watered 1.5 gallons of distilled water only through the soil each morning. For those who do not believe in flushing your plants, remember in elementary school when you added dye to the water of flowers and visibly saw them change colors? Same idea. I have been checking the maturity of the resin heads closely under 60x magnifying. Turned off the lights for good on her last night (Wednesday), planning to leave her in the dark a few days (72ish hours) and then planning to harvest a few hours before the lights would have turned on. For my first indoor grow, my own custom living soil build, massive amounts of cover crops, only aact (actively aerated compost tea) with natural farming inputs, and some ferments to boot I think this is one amazing plant. Looking forward to drying her for a few weeks the splitting her in to multiple jars to test 30, 60, and 90 day curing with a 4th jar to smoke from when I get impatient.
