Last final defoliation done, now buds are fully exposed to the lights and the best part, harvest trim will be easier. Still it took me around 8 h altogether to defoliate all of them. Tones of buds and frost , amazing smells. Won't rush will give it a bit more to swell.

It started off looking like a good week and then things turned and I was having major issues starting to show near the end of the week!! I could tell that lowering the PPM was a good thing and was showing some signs of improvement. Things were not as crispy and I was keeping up with the Nute, Water, Water feed with lowered PPM to around 840 on the Nute feeding days. They were drinking lots this week every other day I was watering/feeding. But near the end of the week things started to turn for the worse. The Purple Kush fan leaves were starting to turn yellow and the Cheese was starting to get crispy again. Pretty much all smells were gone at this point and the plants were just not looking alive and healthy. I was removing lots of burnt/crisp fan leaves cause they were not looking good. I decided at this point to raise my lights as high as they could go and hope that my issues were caused by the lights being to close.

11/24 - Will be Adding Silica and CalMag to watering, 550-600ppm - Lighting Average 625ppfd 11/25 - Drip system in-place and usable. Waiting on my new AC Infinity 8-port controller, then I'll be throwing the pump on a controlled outlet. Figured out flow rate per minute, so I'm hoping I can schedule it to run once daily and essentially auto deliver a specific amount of water. Changed filter sock, there was a bit of residual perlite dust from when I added the top layer to the pots.

Overall this plant was great to grow, she just grew and was happy doing it the entire time, pretty good yield off a plant that was only about 12inches tall. Seemed to be a lot more resistant to deficiencies then the other two strains this grow. Definitely a great mid-day Smoke!

I DID A PREVENTATIVE SPRAY OF BT THIS WEEK BUT I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHICH DAY. I THINK I MIXED AT 3 OR 4 TBSP GALLON WITH SOME DAWN. BONIDE BRAND THURACIDE. 8/30 Fed two gallons to the garden. Watered before and after the feed. Defoliated what was dead. Its scary seeing so many leaves go but energy is shifted to the buds. Buds are ripening but on one mislabeled mystery seed and the wedding cake they look far behind the rest. Wondering how they could possibly finish in the 6 to 8 weeks I have left. If needed I MAY be able to put something in the garage at night. I'd have to RIP the bag out of the ground though which wouldn't be good. I mean some of the plants are pushing ten feet but we use it for heavy equipment. So foggy this morning. Horrible weather. Still fighting PM, possible lockout and ear wigs. We will see how it goes. I'll continue weekly treatment for the pm and I'll find something for the earwigs. I'm hesitant to use the Spinosid in flower. 8/31 Rained last night. Surprise, surprise. Talked to a few other growers and consulted my last year's diary. I had a couple early pheno's last year but things seem on schedule. It's amazing the amount of growth that can happen in a day. Even my ice cream cake has small flowers. Time is running short. Probably six to eight weeks max growing time left. I hope everything finished up nicely. I need to continue monitoring PM and pests. Considering spraying preventative BT tonight. Yesterday I saw the biggest pile of powder mildew and leaf septoria on a tree an hour from my grow. It literally looked like snow flakes on leaves then someone dumped a bag of flour on it. This gives me some perspective and gratitude that the TINY spots I'm treating could be much worse. Weekly treatments until harvest. Hopefully BT or diy green cleaner tonight for earwigs and worms (if they are there). 9/1 Watered thoroughly. Leaves still yellowing. I hope it's senescence. Still need to continue treatments with BT and potassium bicarbonate. Sunny day but rain tonight. Need to add more supports for heavy branches. Will update as I go. 9/2 Rained all night and it's still raining. I'll update when the rain stops. Went back over and added a couple higher supports and defoliated a shit ton. Spent two hours in the garden last night. Too tired for pictures. 9/3 Fed two gallons to the garden and upped Kool bloom to a full tablespoon. I'm thinking about using beastie bloom then cha ching as I have them both. I'm a little hesitant. Wondering what others thoughts are on those products. I plan to spray either tonight or tomorrow with another helping of potassium bicarbonate to help with the WPM. To be honest it seems to work great. I just don't want to go overboard. I wish you guys could smell the pictures. Shits getting fun now. 9/4 Had a torrential rain storm with massive wind. No damage. Buds are getting huge. Had to add a few more supports this morning as branches were hanging. If I had room I'd do a second vertical trellis. Unfortunately I do not. I AM able to run string across the cage though which really helps things higher up. I need to put some pictures of my stalks. Legit bigger than soda cans. I wish you guys could smell my pictures. Re-checked all cameras and everything is working good. On high alert. I'd be very surprised if anyone even attempted to rob me but you never know. That's why it's 24/7 supervision until Croptober. 9/5 Lots of sun yesterday but if course it rained last night. Buds are progressing at a rapid rate. Leaves seem to be dropping to soon on the blueberries. I need to do another potassium bicarbonate treatment tonight. Branches are really getting heavy. I'm hoping all this rain doesn't cause bud rot but so far so good.

Growing well. Just fed 12 cups Ph'd water (6.3). Lots of cold humid air coming in from outside, plus with the half soil half coco mix I think they're holding water a long time. They're only needing water once a week right now. They were not impressed with the water-only feeding. Some leaves got burnt tips, some got small yellow dots that look like spores or insects but I don't think are either. I think it's some kind of nutrient or pH unhappiness. I only gave 2/3 of the amount of water I normally would, hoping that they will dry out soon and I can give a proper feeding and check runoff pH. I left them alone for a couple days and boosted the 1000w back up to 100% to dry things out a bit more. The buds loved it but I think it's damaging the leaves a bit. I put it back down to 75% just now. I forgot to adjust the intake fan from outside down to low overnight from medium during the day and leaf temp was down to 13.3c when I woke up. Can't be doing that either.

Im really pleased with how these girls are turning out, i was worried at 1st as the propagation tent they were in wasnt big enough to get good air flow so they were very small but as soon as i got them into the Homebox triangle tent that all changed and they are looking great. For this week I have added a small USB intake fan as my temps have been a little high and a small humidifier to bring to temp to 24-25 and humidity to 60 Sorted out water PH from 6.5-7.5 to 5.8 - 5.9. Tried to apply LST at the end of the week but removed due to being too early. Easy Bud - Due to red tint I have raised the light to its max high (Around 60cm above pot) started adding nutrients ( Hornet A+B 12ml of each for 6 liters) feeding 0.5l once a day. Quick one - Day one - 22/10 after 2 other attempts finally germinated.

Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

When I place the steel forks on the stems to keep them from growing up this strain will go all noodle like and bend more fluidly then all the other plants. its like spaghetti or some other pasta related wet noddle thing. Still giving them a 2:1 or 2.5:1 grow vs bloom nutrient. Its helping with some of the pink stems from last week. Feeding strength is up .2 point to reach 900ppm or aorund 1.8EC will leave it here fro the remainder of Veg. Prob will do for 2 more weeks then flip to flower as I just topped them and want to give them some time to recover. NPK ratio of 7-7-14 1:1 equal parts grow/bloom. Plants taking to the technique very well imo. Particularly the back right one, which has created a almost perfect dome shape. I did miss a watering and they didn't like that atall. As I usually wait for the soil to be dry before I water again, so if I miss a watering, they get extremely dry. All the leaves dropped down completely vertical, I thought it was all over, but they bounced straight back with the next watering. 🙌 The plant has now been topped twice, once to creat the initial + shape, and again to split each stem of the + into 2. So each plant now has 8 main stems.

Day 9 and allready can see the roots in the bottom of the first small pot. She is getting feed with Hesi Nutrients. Day 12 had to repot as you see in photos roots were ready to transplant
