Day 56

So I've chosen my final 6! 4 are 7 days old and the other 2 are 6 days old! A little slower in growth for some but I put that down to me having them in coco to start and I'm inexperienced with coco and as soon as I switched them to soil they perked right up so I'll stick to what I know and use soil starter plugs or soil or even root cubes have done me justice in the past, I run my diffuser twice a day to maintain my 60-70% avg RH I started at 25% power on the light at 10" and slowly increasing the power to 50% at 10" above canopy! As I'm using co2 im able to put the light closer and raise the temps! I was using a heat matt but honest opinion I think they're a Hazzard in some way and not necessarily necessary! Just my opinion as I came across problems with the substrate being too dry sometimes! But I will keep them in these pots for about another 3-5 days and then transfer them into a bigger but not final pot for an avg of 2-3 weeks! Can't wait to be at the end of may! Want my babies to be all grown up now lol but thanks for stopping by and wish me luck on my journey 😊

It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍. The buds are getting thicker and thicker and already smell very good :-). The time has come when she no longer puts her strength into growth but into the flowers :-). It was poured 3 times this week with 1.2 l each time. When watering, there was 1 g of GHSC enhancer per liter of water as every 2 weeks 👍. Of course, as always, the tent was cleaned every day and the humidifier refilled. The complete filter system was also checked again. I filled the tank with fresh osmosis water for the coming week. I wish you all a nice week. Decided to mainline 1 plant and top 2 to see which will bring in the most yield. this week I seen some stretch not a lot but they are growing. Im adding some rapid start next feeding to boost root growth for the next 2 weeks stay tuned Update. Added a digital dehumidifier to control climate and I also added some lavender plant, basil plant, mint plant and sticky mats to keep pest away and under control Had a gnat problem now it’s gone Thank God

Great strain to grow, had no problems. Quality is amazing. Best Autoflower taste and smell I've grown so far. Very strong and frosty. The stickiest Auto I've grown. Definitely recommend it

Defoliated these ladies, still have the feeling that not enough I took down. What do you all think? Overall condition is great and buds are surprisingly well established at this stage. Stems already shaking some more weight and they gonna drop down easily.

I wasn't here this week then it's a friend who watered plant. I didn t think about temperature so i turn off heating so temperature was low.

The weight documented above is dry weight, not wet weigh. I wouldn’t dare disappoint myself by doing a wet weigh.

Week 4 Happy New Year everyone! Got an explosion of growth between the previous week and now. She must like that top dressing I did last week... closer to 2 weeks ago actually now that I think of it. Any who... she's branching out nicely and I'm just trynna train an even-ish canopy before flipping to flower. She's already showing signs that she's ready. I wanna take a few clones from her in about 2 weeks and let her rock a while longer to recover before we flip the lights so until then, our routine is train, water, and top dress every 2 weeks. Day 141 - Made the decision I am going to chop Sunday morning, and giving 24 hours of darkness before. The net was cut out of the plant, and the light removed from the tent. I wanted to wait a bit longer, but there were bright yellow tipped sugar leaves trying to poke out of the buds, so I figure it was time. She was set to be watered Saturday, but that will be foregone and chopped Sunday morning. The tent is going to double as the drying chamber.

La alimentación va a ser esta durante las primeras 2 semanas de flora, luego 3 semanas igual pero sin el FPJ, quizás le de más potencia con un bioflores de biocanna qué tengo de sobra del año pasado. Iba a hacer lst pero apenas intente mover hacia abajo las dos principales se abrió al medio, selle con precinto, a rezar para que se cicatrice bien de manera sana, esta semana voy a echarle trichodermas en la zona por las dudas

She’s stalled and started fading, not sure if she’s just taking nutrients from the leaves to build buds or if she’s getting close to finish. Trichomes are all clear so I’m gonna test the soil and then decide what to do from there. Either way, she’s beautiful and she smells amazing! Like a tropical cheese skunk.

Week 5 - Same nutes from previous week. 2 more weeks of vega i think. Look ate the shape of the plant and the wires to hold she down. I have toped my plants 2 times over the past 2 weeks, and now all of their have the "H" shape in the base

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way.
