Week 4 of flower and the boys have finally spilled the pollen. It’s bloody everywhere in there so I expect that no bud has gone undefiled😎. The females have all witnessed a pretty significant nitro deficiency now that they’re trying to produce seed instead of flowers. We changed out the nute mix to 1/3 grow and 2/3 bloom and they immediately showed improvement. No slight against Druid at all - we moved to a different brand simply to conserve it for the flowering runs where it really matters👍. The lone separated spicy bitch female that entered flower early is looking really sexy. I very much doubt she’ll have escaped full pollination with this much in the air however. We won’t use any seed from this girl but if we’re lucky we might be able to pull out some sample bud. We’re taking down all the males today now that their job is done and we’ve also decided to harvest from the one specific cum dumpster male that has shown as the most vigorous. Doubt we’ll get around to using it before it’s shelf life expires but u never know. The details on that will be in the harvest entry coming up. Other than that - we’re through the fornication stage and it’s all just keeping the ladies alive until it’s time to extract some seeds👍😎👍. Still workn on the potential cross names - that’s the best part😉. Until next weekđŸ€ŸđŸ‘Š. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again
.. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. For full details on this alluring hybrid option check my buddies link at seedfinder - https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Holy_Surfer/Smiling_Tiger/ Northern Lights - this came from a particularly interesting batch of seeds that have shown a very dependable variegation trait. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire đŸ”„đŸ€ŸđŸ˜ŽđŸ‘.

Day 9 and she looks as you guys can see lol i mean to my eyes she just looks amazing, she is fully recovered and full on going like there is no tomorrow , she is praying for 11h strait non stop and i could not be more happy with the way things are running. For this week i will keep the same food regime as last week, man i love how my girls love Aptus Holland and how well they respond to it all 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏✊✊✊ I know she has a lot of leafs , but its only that hehehe since i clean the branches all up to the top before flipping her to flower leaving just the leafs to help them get more energy for this first 2 weeks of the flowering stage, after it i will defoliate the hell out of this lady best and let her focus her energies on but production, but for now i want her to stretch the most she can since she is not phenotype that stretches a lot 😅 non or lees she is an amazing bud machine i believe she will do it once again hehehe As for the Light intensity i took 12 readings over my canopy to find out my PAR and the average PPFD is 1013 Umol/m2/s, for those of you that do not know the meaning of this, it means photosynthetic photon flux density , this basically the number of photons going arround for plants to absorve in a determinate area, in this case my 3x3 room Day 11 and there were toooo many leafs for what my eyes are use too so i decided to defoliate her, this will also help stopping the stretch since she is doing it more than her mother did and space is not something i have in this 3x3 area lol she is drinking like crazy, 5,5 liters day and increasing, curious to see how much will she be drinking wen in full flower. And she didn’t care at all the fact that i defoliate the hell out of her and she just keep on going and praying like there is no tomorrow , amazing, but amazing phenotype from an amazing genetic, caps off to ZamneziaSeeds for this one, i was impressed with the first round and even more impressed day bay day with the clone I selected 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌✊✊✊ As always thank you guys for your love , your time, your support and it all, i fell blessed and i am truly thankful 💚💚💚🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌 All i grow is medicine for myself, for me and for my best friend with is me 😆 nothing to sell, so don’t even ask 😅💚💚💚 All info and full product details can be find in can find @ https://viparspectra.eu/collections/grow-lights DISCOUNT CODE 5% - DOGDOCTOR ( all store ) https://www.zamnesia.com DISCOUNT CODE 10% - GROWITGD ( just for seeds ) https://aptus-holland.com/ #aptus #aptusplanttech #aptusgang #aptusfamily #aptustrueplantscience #inbalancewithnature #trueplantscience #viparspectra #zamnesiaseeds #growerslove With true love comes happiness 💚🙏 Always believe in your self and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart , be a giver and the universe will give back to you in ways you could not even imagine so 💚💚💚 More info and updates @ https://growdiaries.com/grower/dogdoctor https://instagram.com/dogdoctorofficial https://youtube.com/channel/UCR7ta4DKLFMg2xxTMr2cpIg 💚💚💚Growers love to you all 💚💚💚

All right guys run day 33 in the middle of week four and this is my sixth time trying to upload this diary so fingers crossed this goes through... As you can see so far so good this is my first run with organics so these plants are nowhere near as big as my plans typically are so don't think it's due to genetics it's because I'm not giving them the cocktail mix that I give or gave my older ladies but I will say I'm probably going to go back to that because I like huge plants and I cannot lie đŸ€„ the taste of the flower I grow with synthetics is just as good if not better than what I'm getting at the Dispensary I believe it all boils down to how you dry it and cure it.. with that being said shout out to Sensible Seeds for giving me an opportunity to grow their genetics and give him a shot and so far so good.. I hope everybody is doing well have a great day and happy growing ✌

Her roots started coming out of the pot and was going into the gravity fed system about 5-6 days ago, trimmed her roots with a scissors slightly and elevated the pot for a few hours to air prune and is showing no signs of stress! Did a feeding today, I will be giving her 2 feeding a week for a few weeks during the beginning of flowering.

May the force be with you đŸ’Ș

The week started with 2 hours of music for every day, and I plan to continue with this. Relax for me and the plants. Did anybody tried this before? The plants finally stopped from growing. The buds are getting bigger and bigger.

Really stacking now! Beautiful sea of colas going on between these 3. Buds are really starting to structre. This variety has a little bit of a longer flowering time. Usually 11 weeks in my experiences. So the buds are definitely on point for the 4 weeks of bloom. Starting the 5th week off so far with elevated trichome production. Definitely gunna be alot frostier come the end of this 5th week. I reduced the nitrogen dose again. I also stopped giving them vigorous. Its a pure bloom mix now as these ladies are booming with flowers. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

For our Zamnesia girls It's time to work our magic, since October 1st we are in flowering, the plants have vegetated for exactly 4 weeks, a single top has been done on some, others are growing straight, some clones here and there still in veg. There are many variables and few certainties in the world of cannabis but once these certainties are established they remain engraved in stone. One of these is called Sticky Beast autoflowering, an award winning strain that everyone, absolutely everyone, speaks highly of. Now we are starting to understand why. The girl is literally a beast, she grows tall and strong and fast and flowers fast too. Not the latest generation but you will have great difficulty finding a better latest generation autoflowering than this one. --- Technique chosen (depending on the characteristics of the plant) - The plants are not doing very well when it is like this I decide to search for the miracle; on one I did a topping and cleaned a lot and left it in veg, the other one went just a little cleaned straight into flowering. --- Feeding Program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the substrate chosen. Create your card and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the card and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. We have arrived at the time to give a good hit of iron in the first weeks of flowering, already of vita race not sprayed but mixed with fertilizers. We have switched to fertilizers for flowering. We are giving vita race for a strong hit of iron at the maximum. Ou guys Power Buds is now running, i have to tribute something to that fertilizer... ---- https://plagron.com/en - Power Roots - 1ml/l - Alga Bloom - 4 ml/l - Pure Zym - 1 ml/l - Sugar Royal - 1ml/l - Vita Race - 5 ml/l For our Zamnesia girls It's time to work our magic, since October 1st we are in flowering, the plants have vegetated for exactly 4 weeks, a single top has been done on some, others are growing straight, some clones here and there still in veg. Canopy is now almost universally even. No more topping for this girl, we’re looking at about 9-10 tops if all goes to plan. I’ll be doing a big defoliation during week 7, probably from the 3rd or 4th node down. Flipping to flower in about two weeks or so.

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. Added 36 Gallons Mammoth SILICA= .5Mil/Gal = 18Mil CALMAG= .5Mil/Gal = 18Mil Root Drip= 1Mil/Gal = 36Mil FloraMicro = 5.4Mil/Gal = 194Mil FloraGrow = 4.2Mil/Gal = 151Mil FloraBloom = 4.6Mil/Gal = 166Mil ORCA = .5Mil/Gal =18Mil PPM= 536 PH=5.84 PPFD=500 Tent Temp= 76.5 Water Temp= 71.4 Humidity= 58% 4/2/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Veg (Day 60 overall) Not much today, PH was at 5.81, I brought that back up to 5.90. I took care of some badly needed defoliation in each of the back sides .. I was able to see some really good clone material to use on the lower backside of each of the plants. I will be taking two clones from each to breed over the next few weeks depending on when I am going to flip them. 4/3/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Veg (Day 61 overall) A little FIMing, A little Topping, and a Little bit of defoliation. Might have to take my clones during the week this week, I am trying to wait until Saturday to hit week 8 but again they are getting all over the place and I need to trim some of the sides and lower areas. 4/4/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Veg (Day 62 overall) I decided to take my clones and clean up the lower half of the plants. I took 2 clones from each plant to go into the cloning machine. 4/5/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Veg (Day 63 overall) Water Temp is sitting at 73. Right in my ideal range for my setup. Ideal range 70-74 My Temp Tent is my ideal zone75.6 Ideal for this grow 70-78 The lights are still waiting the switch to flower to get maxed out... The Humidity is coming in right at 60% I love it.. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.
