Great week! She has been gaining all week, and is going to make some great colas 💪 I upped her nutrients again this week and still she looks like she could use more. I’ll be going to a regular feed, and the light feed schedule with her for the time being, no more straight water until I can see she’s producing and getting all she needs. Temps have been very high where I am, which in turn causes the tent to run a little hotter, especially with the two lights now. Hovered around 82-83 degrees for most of the week, and then came down a bit once the heat broke. No need to fill RH at the moment, tent is a nice 55%

Day 79 since seed touched soil. Found some bud rot on other strains yesterday, so made early chop for #2 and #3. Both needed time, #2 needed like 3 more weeks, would be huge ;))) Day 112 since seed touched soil. last one is done. Ganja Farmer 2024 project is over. Happy Growing !!!

It was an interesting grow in hind sight, I had my ups and downs along the way . It was my First haze and wasn't prepared for the 12 wk flowing cycle. My girls took until wk 3-4 to show any hairs!! I was starting to think that they would never do it. I was battling with my nighttime temps , sometimes they would drop to 3c. I installed a 190w 1.5m greenhouse tube heater and managed to raise it to 9c. I installed another a few weeks after and managed to keep a temp of 12c when lights were off. It seemed like I was constantly waiting for a growth spurt as the flowers didn't seem to kick off until Around wk 8 . I had some foxtails, mainly on the left side Of my tent , the foxtails were like crowns ( 4 growing out of the tip of the cola). This also made the main bud a bit loose . The flavour is nice and sweet with a pungent smell, some have said like cheese . It is a really strong bid to smoke , one joint and that's it for 2 hours , really creative . I wouldn't grow this strain again due to the sheer amount of time that goes into it , not to mention the extra nutes and electricity , but I will keep some back as it is a lovely experience. I also used a pollinator machine and got 30g of hash from my trim which is always a nice bonus . Thanks to valhallas garden, totem and spinner Caribbean for their support during this grow . I may lay low for a while on GD as I had a bit of a scare with an address of a friend accidentally appearing in a photo ,

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. So here we are, day 72 september 8th. RIP first grow, I shoulda had a dehumidifier guys.... The 3 other plants are transpiring wayyyy too much and I didn't realize how much of a humidity problem it would cause. Low and behold, it ruined my girl. I believe only the main cola is affected. Can I chop her top off and continue on till the rest of her buds ripen? What can I do ?? Please help I fucked up, this really sucks ass.... EDIT EDIT: ITS NOT ROT YAY! IT'S SPIDER MITES I BELIEVE! I saw a little red bug and i was like OH SHIT. Turns out they can leave little webs in your buds. Any recommendations on how to treat this ? EDIT 9/10: Okay, after not wanting to believe it was mold.... it was mold. lol. I removed the top part of the main cola that was in the early stages of bud rot (botrytis) I have never seen the inside of a developing bud like this. I wasn't really sure exactly what I was looking at lol. So I probably removed more than I had to and some parts probably could have been salvaged but fuck that I just got rid of all of it. Cleaned the tent with lysol disinfecting wipes and got a cheap dehumidifier. I am almost 100 percent sure I am gonna have to buy a 150-200$ dehu in the near future..... i hope not tho. ALSO, changed light schedule back to 20/4. 10 AM off, 2 PM on. Hopefully this will help with some cooler temps during the day. :) and @Philindicus recommended I switch it, I am gonna take his advice this time after he warned me of mold issues xDDD Sept 11th Day 75 - Got a 50 pint GE dehu setup today, big boy moves. Plants are thriving now, 55% RH controlled and ooooo its so nice! Feels good to regain control over the grow again xD. Will post some nice pics tomorrow :) Sept 12th day 76 - sorry no pics again today, just been super busy :p Plants are still thriving, currently 50% rh in the tent and 74.5f degrees :) TEXTBOOK! Been lightly LSTing the stem for resilience have noticed more development and more than original thought would be thers the development of the 3rd-4th set of leafs with the development of the first 2 side branches on each autoflowers (first 2 on vid is lemon cherry cookies and last 1 on vid is frozen face)

This is also done at end of week 2. I believe it kickstarts the flower phase and continues stalled growth that can happen at end of week 5 going into week 6. This week I am starting to see all around growth come to an end. I’ve implemented a trick over the last couple years that seems to work well. Along with the swell that takes place the last few weeks of flower we are gonna try and boost flower production a bit as well 😁. Thanks for all the likes and especially the comments. Good week, plants seem to be doing well. No issues except for plenty of gnats in the tent. I removed some lower branches that were touching the soil after training. Gave approximately 200ml water/nutrients. There was no sign they needed more than that and their bags are still relatively heavy. I expected from next week that watering will need to ramp up but I'll see.

So, the fourth week has come to an end. The girls are slowly blossoming. Pineapple had some problems with watering and nitrogen deficiency, if I'm not mistaken. I hope everything will be fine 😋

I grew two plants of the FFT1 testers. I started them indoors in the spring during COVID19 lock down. The germination date was the week of March 25, 2020. I didn't start the grow diary at that time because I was having a really hard time coping with the COVID19 non-sense and I wasn't sure I was completely committed to properly documenting the grow. In the end, I think this grow helped me cope... ha! So I topped one FFT1 plant, and let the other grow 'native' with no interventions at all. Both were grown totally organically with no added nutrients. We moved the plants outside on May 1, 2020 into our home made greenhouse/trellis. I took a few photos but I was still not committed to documenting the grow. I wasn't even sure if the plants would grow well considering I hadn't provided them with any nutrients at all. In fact I felt like I was neglectful of the ladies LOL. It became clear to me by June that these plants were gonna take off... they were growing like mad! I realized that I really HAD to share what was going on in my back yard. Also, I had made the commitment to FastBuds, and I was sure they would want to see the plants. I started this journal as soon as they started the first signs of flowering. By the time the stretch was done Big Mama (my first FFT1 plant) was an insane monster at 10 feet fall. Little Sister (the second FFT1 plant) was a solid 7 feet tall. Big Mama had been topped and mainlined and holy cow she was HUGE with eight main colas. Little Sister had not been topped and she was less than half the size. The buds were beautiful as you can see from the photos. They weren't super fat, and they weren't super frosty, but they were like piles of spaghetti noodles with beautiful streaks of amber. There were bud sites ALL OVER. Near the end of the grow, as the buds were 99% ripe I started to see small spots of bud rot in Big Mama. That's when I pulled the trigger and started the harvest. COVID19 put a real damper on our harvest party, but we were able to call in a few friends from our 'bubble.' Big Mama's wet yield was around 2600g and Little Sister offered 1300g. I was totally astonished. I have to LOL any time I look at the numbers LOL. We trimmed all of Big Mama by hand, but lost our steam for Little Sister. Her trim was rough, and we will have to use our Trimbag to clear off some of the foilage... I adjusted my dry weight numbers to accommodate for this. We dried them in the mesh tiered dry racks for the first few days and then moved them into large paper bags. They are not quite as dry as I think they should be, and so I have adjusted my dry weight numbers to reflect this. Total dry weight for both plants is coming in at 2000g total which is around 4.5 pounds. We put a bunch in the vapes and had a whole lot of fun! The vibe is a solid hybrid offering lots of energy for chit chatting and talking shit. But it's not a racy energy... it's somehow relaxing at the same time. We watched Alone on Netflix and made out... while eating ice cream and chips LOL. I was properly stoned. Stoned as fuck. My eyes were completely red and Njaak was a squinting grinning mofo. He's saying it's his new favourite, and that's before it's cured. This bodes well! So we have put the weed back in paper bags for the cure and are excited about this one. The flavour... we are going with sweet with a bit of citrus, but I think we need a bit more time to let it cure before we could offer reliable data. I'll update more on that later.
