Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. Beginning of week 1(Bloom) Moving forward this diary will only be about this plant (Biggie Smalls). I’m going to continue to veg the other clone I took with this girl. Not sure if I want to bloom it after I harvest this one, or if should keep her as a mother. Regardless I’ve taken 3 clones from my blooming girl that I can play around with. I’m curious when I could actually consider this girl being in bloom. Sure I’ve changed the lights to 12/12, does that instantly mean that she’s in bloom and I should assume since it has a 10 week harvest date it should be good to go around this time. She just finished up 48 hours of darkness and the growth that she has had in the darkness is really noticeable. I purchased some smaller mesh trellis netting and it seems to be about the perfect size for this plant. Last week I installed a drip watering system. The plant has really seemed to like this, I think I’ll continue to use this even though it was only really bought to be used while on vacation. I’m not sure if I’m over watering it, but since she’s not droopy or anything I’m just going to keep it as is. Right now it waters 2 times a day for 1 minute at a time. The pump is only a 50lph pump, so it doesn’t seem to be over watering. I really look forward to the next month with this girl, she should really take off. Hopefully this time around I can have a larger yield.
