It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

Nothing really much to say this week. Everything is moving along smoothly. We’re in full on flower and I think the stretch has stopped. This quick flowering strain so I think it’ll be done by the end of the month

Harvest time! Chopped and wet trim, now she's drying in the rack. A real pleasure to grow, I am super excited to smoke this lady in 2 weeks! Thank you everyone for checking out my grow. Update June 23, the buds dries quickly, temps are warmer here so drying was quick. 59 grams on the scale, I'm happy with this amount and with the bud quality, size, smell and smooth taste/flavor when smoked. It was so smooth, I had to smoke 2 joints back to back, in order to get a good taste and smell profile. And munchies!! Whoa man does she make me hungry!

First week back with my plants and they’re wayyy bigger than I thought they’d get! Decided to do a big defoliation since it’s about the 3-4 week in flower. And they’re getting stanky

This chocolope took to the LST well. The buds have swelled to massive proportions, I am more than impressed with my first dedicated photo grow. I am definitely a dna genetics fan for good!

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

I let her heal under LED after the last major defoliation and moved her to the flowering tent after the first sign of new growth. She wasn't very happy under the intense light ( I don't ever work my plants up to it, i prob should lol) but she's starting to come around :)

Heads ar dense as wood, they are so sticky and smelly it seems you could squeeze the juice from them like from an orange 🍊🍑🍉🍏

So far my confidence in this next go around is very high! 😃☀️ Putting the seeds straight into a jiffy pellet is the way I am going to proceed with germination going forward. You are just adding extra variables to what should be a simple equation (seed in sterile medium + warmth + moisture = seedling) unlike with the paper towel method, where you need to transfer them to the medium. But this is just one opinion of a rookie grower.

4/29🐼👍 I gave her about 2 L of water yesterday with a little bit of bud factor X I think about 2 mL into that and I don’t think it needed it but I’m trying it with some other plants and I had good results but that also could have been a result of the way I mixed up my regular general hydroponics nutrients which are my favorite. 5/5 🐼👍🔥💫

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... Very good week. The plant has grown up well, I keep doing the LST and it gave me 4 new tops, unfortunately I broke one. There are some yellow tips on the new leaves, I don't know why, maybe heat stress or some nutrient deficiency, so I gave the girl bio grow for the first time, 0.1 ml per 1L for start.
