With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Flowering continues thru week 13 and the buds are growing well on all plants. The trichome production is in full swing now as well, therefore my Fruity-Terp ladies start to exude a delicious fruity aroma in the tent. The Purps from BC-BUD-Depot has a nice grape-candy smell while the Strawberry Sour Diesel from DevilHarvestOriginal had a strong lemony aroma with a little fuel mixed in. The BADAZZ fro Ripper Seeds smells DANK, very gassy and fuelly. The Super Lemon haze from Greenhouse Seeds has a nice and strong Haze aroma, unfortunately without any lemon smell. The MAC from Tropical Trees Seeds has a lso a strong Haze aroma, reminding me of Amnesia Haze. The Kritikal-K has more of a peachy aroma, while the Pineapple Dream and Zkit Kandy Dream from Kannabia Seeds have a very sweet aroma reminding me of pineapple. The nice healthy green color shows that the plants LOVE their BIO NOVA nutrients as well as the light-spectrum and intensity of the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs. The fixtures are still running on 100% (=not dimmed) to have full flower production. This round is continuing to go VERTY WELL, I literally can see my buds grow every day...😉

Drying

One of the tarte tatins is getting too big, really. This requires me to raise all the other pots to try to keep the same height. That's the game...👌 I tell myself that I should have cut the apex of it, but I think it's too late now , what do you think? 🤔 ( currently on the 17th day of flowering) This week I'm adding my carbon filter to my extractor, to remove the smell of plants outside the tent I try to raise the plants to the same height with upside down plastic pots. I'm also trying to place a fan under the canopy this week but I'm going to remove it quickly, it takes up too much space Busy week in defoliation✂️ ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering I water all my pots the same day but with more or less water. Simply by lifting them; A light pot is a dry pot and will need more water, A heavy pot is a wet pot and will need less water. On average I water each pot with: Day 36 : 0.75 Liters Day 40 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water 💧Spraying I mix a little black soap and neem oil in 1L of water and spray everything in the tent just before my lights go out, keeping any electrical appliances away while I spray. I try to soak all the plants. and I repeat this 2 times this week and the next before the buds appear. Just an OKAY Week. Nothing miraculous. Growth is as stunned as expected due to over exposure to high PPFD I presume since they all look healthy in every other way except the height and density for a 2 week old vegging plant. It's not that of a weed. Transplanted them all into 3 Gal Fabric Pots, Except Gelato which is looking pointeless to plant at this stage. Feeding every second day about 250 ml per plant. Feeding Schedule 2 ML/Gal CalMag 2.5 ML Micro 2.5 Grow 1 ml Bloom. PH Down at 5.8 to safeguard against the odd's I sowed another Gelato seed to the fam on 10th Feb. Will Create a separate diary for that grow.

Started Training Late! Was on summer holiday for a week and only started training now. Above are the plants during training as well as a few hours after training. Autos are definitely more delicate and the two runts are growing slow but yet still showing some progress. Changed my bulbs back to the CMH set to 400w each (2) Also gave them a good amount of water as the FloraCaps aren’t covering the whole pot I felt like it was necessary to wet the entire grow medium well for a change. Some of them were a bit far along for training but I did the best I could. Also the Purple Lemonade and 2 other plants are showing signs of flowering.

Adding Nurtrients every 2nd watering only! Using tap water with ph 6.3 / EC 0.2 Adding microbes everytime i give nutrients from now on.

Flushing begins for Do-si-dos. Her buds are swollen AF and she's got a strong fuel, industrial smell. Not much else to say about this girl. Thanks for checking out my grow 👽🌳

Nearing the finish line! OMG these ladies are blowing me away 😳 the Tricomes are carpeted, the buds are fat and dense. I’ve been. Tapering off all the nutrients and feeding ph’d water until I get 10-15% runoff from the pot to help break up the pockets left behind and to use up what’s left in the plant. Have some very distinct phenos, all of them are stellar but there are a few standouts… won’t be much longer 🇨🇦👊❤️

Packing it on. Starting to color up. Anvil already showing her beautiful colors. Aliens Berries is a shorty and not getting as much light and starting to get a little airy… way she goes.

🗓️ Veg – Week 4 complete (2 days late 😅) Nothing but good news this week: The 15L pots are already fully rooted after just one week – much faster than expected. The plants are looking healthy and full of energy 🌿 I’m still going very light on the nutrients – currently at about 50% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule. Still, they’re clearly starting to take in more – you can feel the momentum building 🚀 Regular LST has also paid off – the structure is opening up nicely, staying compact and well-exposed to light 🔧🌱 And here’s a major milestone to wrap up veg: I switched to 12/12 right at the beginning of Week 5 – flowering phase is officially on! 🌸

Another week looking good just some trouble with mold in two plants but it happens sometimes to much plants for a small tent.

Ordered a scale the other day so should have some more numbers tomorrow! Not going to sample anything until I get the scale, then I'll update with some more details.

Not much has happened since last update 2 weeks ago (expect growth obviously). She is growing well and with ease. Only problem was that one branch snapped a little bit. Had to support it to another branch with binding thread. No visible damage other than the slightly snapped branch. Happy growing everyone

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later. I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.
