Great weather, haven't had a drop of rain in 6 weeks! She's growing so fast now. I've completley filled out my 4x4 canopy. If I could force flower now I would, but here I am with another 6 weeks of veg left! I thought with all this heavy mainline I wouldn't need a ladder come harvest, not the case. I did some super croping to strengthen the branches and contain height. Using LST clips on some of the taller branches to even out the canopy. I was gone for 4 days, and lost 3 branches, could of been wind, not sure. On top of that I removed 3 or 4 branches that were stunted and well below the canopy. In any case you can hardly notice the loss, canopy is nice and full, even growth. I'm debating topping it all again, but I may just let her ride it out. She's growing an inch a day at least, having to raise the trellis weekly, it's working really good to keep an evenly spaced canopy.

Well there's not much to say about this fine lady she started of as the absulute runt of the little and she come out queen of the litter ! Her main cola weight 50 grams ( wet ) which to me was really cool !! She had a total wet weight of 257G I will post the official dry weight as soon as the curing is done :) A big thank you to everyone who's shown there support for me ! Much love !! Day 36 preflower stage, should see buds forming within the next several days or so. WE ARE AT WAR!!!! Applied a pouch of nematodes to every pot to kill the fungus gnat at its larval stage. Which has been gnawing on my roots! Increased the sticky traps to trap the flying f*<|{£rs. Will reapply more nematodes in 10 days to kill the next generation. Then hopefully that’ll be all! Don’t overwater folks. Fungus gnats suck! Hopefully last hiccup of the grow. Cheers everyone. Good luck on your grows. Day 41 and I’d say we’re officially in flower. Seein those hairs real good now. We’re still experiencing a rather annoying fungus gnat infestation which has really stunted these ladies. This is entirely my own doing by more than likely overwatering them, creating the problem. Sighs… lower stems grew considerably, which has me optimistic as to the potential yield. I won’t know till stretch is over to gauge my yield. Hopefully Fastbuds amazing genetics can help me fix my f up. 🤞 Day 45 and were on our second round of treatment with nematode packs. I have moved the grow lights up substantially as to hopefully help with the discoloration of my leaves. I believe it to be light stress from the lightening around the edges and some brown tips. Some of them are curled upwards so thst could also be nutrient burn. I have asked a question about it to hopefully get the help of someone more experienced than iam. Good luck growing my friends🍻 Day 48 I ripped open my nematodes packs and mixed in the first couple inches. The top few inches of soil are now aerated better. Hopefully things will improve. Seem to look better since I moved the light up. Stretch ladies… stretch watering at 6.0 to hopefully lower the ph of my girls. I could do the viniger method? Or sulfur. Comment and let me know how you lower the ph of your soil?

Rolling through week 4 of flowering for the first rhino Ryder and white Russian things are starting to look good ! Rhino Ryder 2 coming to and end of week 2 of flowering not to far behind the other two glad all plants are pulling through strong !! Same ratio with nutrients temps between 72 and 77 and humidty between 30 to 50% Smell is pretty strong would say 6.5 outta ten ! Water every 3 days 2 gals a week pretty much using Poland spring natural water for now. Jetzt ist mir klar warum Sativa so lange brauchen - nach 2 Wochen und 2 Tagen Stretch kaum noch richtige Blüten sichtbar - heute 4.1 Liter Getränk eher inhaliert als getrunken. Weiter gehts.

So this is my first entry. A little late now but oh well. There seems to be a little too much heat from the light and possibly a nutrient deficiency. Since the leaves are showing necrosis and curling up of the edges. I decided to start with raising the lights. And under recommendation of a fellow grower I’m running half the recommended nurse and overwatering this morning to clear out some of the salts or something of that nature. Let’s see what happens moving forward.

Training has been continued. She is developing very nicely. As of today she has been switched to 12/12, as the net starts to get busy and anticipating another stretch I thought it would be time.

Really sorry for anyone that was actually following and wanted to see updates but I had to take some time away and neglected this project. My friend/neighbour/weed mentor passed away and I just haven’t felt the same. Moving along, after cleaning up most of the big fan leaves I decided to just switch into flower… I have 3 seedlings of Tropicana poison F1 saved out of 40. This was the next project of my friend that has passed. My goal is to finish this grow and honor my late friend with a grow diary of his plants. I’m sure he’ll be smiling above. 36 hours of darkness before proceeding to switch lighting to 12/12 Added 3 feedings a day now, but reduced the amount fed. Food has been given extra liquid mycorrhiza and bacteria. Will be using PLAGRON: Green sensation 4-in-1 in addition to megacrop at week 4 of flowering and see if there’s any benefits

Che dire questa è veramente la bestia delle bestie di tutte le autofiorenti!!!! Si vede già che sarà veramente enorme più tardi, considerato mi trovo solo alla 3 settimana...le radici hanno oltrepassato addirittura il vaso in tessuto geotessile 😂 la innaffio due volto al giorno in modo da tenere il substrato sempre umido al punto giusto, (non metto mai più di 200 ml di soluzione....ma lo faccio due volte al giorno)... Ha reagito benissimo ai 3 tagli di fila e si è appena ripresa del tutto, anzi in realtà non si è mai rallentata! Questa varietà di fast buds fa veramente paura! È la più grande tra tutte ora in grow, e mi sta regalando molte, molte soddisfazioni! Quando vedi un seme diventare così grande in solo 3 settimane ti rendi conto che la banca semi produce dei semi di qualità premium pro! Tasso di germinabilità 100% (non ho mai fallito un seme) e questo e veramente tutto, ma poi... vogliamo parlare della stabilità della genetica?!? Parleremo alla fine quando questo diario sarà al culmine della sua bellezza! Intanto ringrazio tantissimo i ragazzi di Fast buds per avermi inviato questa splendida genetica e spero di coltivare tante altre schiccerie per loro! The calyxes are blowing up on the pheno 1, great purple shades on the leafs and sugar leafs. The trichomes on the leafs showing a few amber heads, important to check the trichomes on the bud. In mine case mostly cloudy at the moment. Pheno 2 is creating more trichomes. It seen that the buds are getting more frostier and giving them the last boost by foxtailing a bit. Not because of the heat or the light, but getting to the end of their life.

08/08/18 - Day 22 looking good especially after the minor bump in the road, the wire I bought for the LST is doing it’s job for the time being but I will be buying some proper stuff on the weekend. ✌️🏻 10/08/18 - did more LST last night and their responding well except one, I did some minor defoliation of some fan leaves hogging the 💡 11/08/18 - plant #3 is finally getting into feel of the LST and is looking a lot happier, but girl #1 & #2 are just going with the flow and killing it, my first time doing LST like this and I wish I started doing it two harvest ago 😂👌🏻 13/08/18 - watered each plant with 2 litres each 💧plant number #3 has a slight kink in it from the LST it has been a pain for it the main stem has hardly any flexibility but the other two are 👍🏻

New leaves still discolored but growing apparently correctly. Possible reasons: - genetics (?) - heavy fertilized soil - Batmix from Plagron was used (?)

I'm continuing the feed schedule of six, 15 minute feeds daily and am leaving the nutrient level at 900ppm. The HLG 650R is now at 100% output, and is hung 28" from the canopy. I'm keeping a close eye on all of them, looking for the first signs of flower. I also am diligently tucking shade leaves away daily trying to get some light down into the plants. 11/3- Yesterday I decided to do a little bit of defoliation, removing the largest shade leaves on all three which really helped with light penetration. Today all of the plants looked none worse for the wear, and as spunky as ever! 11/5- All three plants are now in flower, I have done LST on all three, tying down branches with horticulture wire. I've also done some defoliation on each plant as they got extremely bushy and were getting zero light down into the lower sections of them. All have responded extremely well to the training and are looking great! Tomorrow I will empty and clean the reservoir along with the 'brain bucket' as the water has really gotten funky and has an odor that I don't like. Going forward, I'm going to be doing weekly changes on the reservoir where I'll empty/clean/refill and add fresh nutrients. In between changes I'll just be topping off the reservoir with straight water and only checking the PH. 11/7- There goes the first week of flower for the FastBuds Strawberry Gorilla's and they're all looking pretty darn good, all things considered. There is very little to do with the plants, they are getting fatter by the day and frostier by the day. I found out I was giving them way too much nutrient so I started giving them 0.4 EC less (its still a work in progress). The lights are still on 85%. It is starting to smell more and more sour and there is also a fresh lemon smell coming from it now.
