Veg Week 4 Day 28 to 34 - 4/24 to 4/30 A lot more to talk about this week. It's time to start the AutoPot resevoir feed, 2nd Topping, and Wire Training I waited until I saw 3 new nodes of growth (day 29) and then I topped those branches back to the first node leaving a stump for the new nodes to grab as they swell in growth. The branches are quite more stretched than I am used to, so a break is required on the Y branches as they thicken up. I tried not to break the skin and used knitting needles to smash the branches where I wanted them to bend. All went well. I then used ties to the soil to hold them down while they turn back up to the lights. By the end of the week I moved the wire ties to anchor on the main stem instead of the soil Feed this week was a reservoir feed of 200ppm total before add-ins. I used 200ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and then added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0). I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.1 Feed plan next week will be a another ph decrease and nute increase. I finished out the daily maintenance giving her a check over and turning her pot 1/4 turn to ensure she gets light to every inch of her. 10/1- Yesterday was a 'no water' day as her pot was still fairly heavy to lift. Today she was watered with her usual of 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 72℉. Day 85. All is good, watering with molasses or pure PHed water. My ppm from tap is 150 , ph 7.4-7.6 , really good water. Girls are runing nice, checked trich, still clear and cloudy, but on Fattest Tangie i spotted today first few ambers , max a week left for her. All other still far from. See some purpling starting on top colas of couple plants, end is soon ! Strawbery recovers well, think to give her like 5 days more max and switch to 12/12 on 7 of January latest.. Checked how high are them, still dont get how half of 2 unces + are achieved on this site .... They will be good, but just so little ... Honestly think that only late fast diesel, early tangie will reach 50g plank. Sad result for so much love, i smoke more in four month than that garden will bring in that time ... Day 86. Time is changed to 12/12. Late FastDiesel and StrawberyCough got heavy feeding, all other girls on pure Phed water diet ;) Smell is so fruity and sweet , cant wait till its over ... Added extra 2liters of soil for late FastDiesel, pot had too much space and i want to water her every 3 days, not every 2 like now. Day 90. Buds are very dence, i mean VERY, sticky but cant tell anything decent about smell, have cold again and nose doesnt work. She smells, but cant separate smells, feel fruityness 4sure. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. Been a working week! Defoliated twice! First I did lower fan leaves, waited a few days and snipped the Rest to allow light to reach all news growth! Dynomyco is a banger it’s got these girls so sturdy! Just look at the stems and how much growth I have already and this is just day 28 in veg! A lot more to come! I can’t wait! Still continuing with foliar sprays a few times a day!

I did some barrier as is the last week i can do foliar spray as these bastards but furthermore is really a red flag as u can create the conditions for contract some fungi. By a lot of having still figuring out the perfection of both illumination & thermals , still trying to enhance the light spectrum , and doing the first interaction with uv exposition to check that plants dont stress or physically burn, as i want to do the uv shit for late flowering as i expect by genetics this shit SHOULD BE A QUICK FLOWERING so, im entering to late flowering and do it for entire 4 weeks and then consider if plants show that are ripe enough, considering there is a quick underdeveloped automatic at bottom on a 12/12 scenario, and thus that motherfucker will not be forgiven by it unstability of this batch. 👻 Also i noticed i had slight fox-tailing that was quite provoked by messed up outside weather, so i still may need to ellaborate on lights to prevent excess of generated heat as well, as can incur in some penalty . I have a faint idea how to deal with as HEAT HERE WILL BE HELL.

Germination stage was kicked off fairly quick. After 1 complete day the seeds had cracked and produced small tap roots. The very next day(April 27th which was a Wednesday) I planted about an inch - inch and a half into the soil. A few days later (Saturday morning April 30th) the Lemon Shining Silver Haze was the first to come above soil. Bluematic came up later in the day/evening.

Added Buddy into the feed halfway through this week. Really impressed with these nutrients so far. All plants look happy, healthy and green.

This week we will see the colas and buds really dense up. We are about 2 weeks away from harvest now. Next week I will start my flush.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. Hello. Wow! The hottest its ever been around here. New temp records were/are set across the province with a new all time new Canadian record set in Litton B.C. at +47. C. It wasn't quite so hot in the greenhouse though. only 39 C and 25% RH. I watered with cold water (as cold as it got out of the tap. And it was 22 C.) each afternoon to cool the roots down some. I had 4 fans running through the day and 6 at night to try to cool the floor (a cement slab) down some. The plant have been taking the heat well I didn't see any drooping leaves. This coming week will be a bit cooler with temp predicted 25 to 30 C. Yeahhh! This is my 1 year anniversary of being with Grow Diaries. My grow room isn't that big so I like to pick a strain and grow 4 or 5 seeds and pick out the best one and clone it. It makes the seeds so much cheaper than having to buy new seeds each time you start like with autos. I'm just amazed at how some growers have done 50 or 60 diaries in a year and a half. That's a lot of work and dedication. Well done. Chuck.

The end is in sight! This round with 8 plants in 4 pots (=2 GIRLS IN A CUP) of BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) from GREENHOUSE SEEDS is now in week 15 since germination. They are now flowering since 9 weeks and are starting to fade, that means they start to get ripe. All big fan-leaves are now red or yellow colored and start to wilt away. This is a sign the plant will be ready to harvest soon. In the pics and the VIDEO you can clearly see the purple/reddish coloration of the top-buds and the THICK LAYER of TRICHOMES they have. It is AMAZING to see and I cant wait to try this strain after its harvested and dried. All main- and sidebranches have developed into HUGE COLAS and the bud-structure is very compact...in one word: DANK! The aroma of the BANANA KRUMBLE is sweet and fruity (reminds me of ripe bananas with a hint of cinnamon!) and overwhelmingly STRONG! Every time I open the tent a THICK CLOUD of SWEEY SMELL greets me, its ASTOUNDING! My 3 SANlight LED-lamps still hang at 40 cm distance from the top of the plants. The two Q4W-Gen.2 fixtures on the outside are running at 100% (=3 green lights on dimmer ON) and the Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center is dimmed to 80% (=two green lights on dimmer ON). The HUGE size and compact bud structure shows that the plants LOVE the SPECTRUM and the INTENSITY of the SANlight LEDs. Since I use BIOTABS-nutrients I do NOT NEED TO FLUSH the plants! They only got tab-water all the time, therefore it makes no sense to give them more water of it now. All the nutrients in the soil and the plants should be used up by now (that why the plants start to wilt!) and that ensures a smooth smoke later. When you smoke unflushed weed any nutrients left in the plant matter (especially phosphorus (=P)) will create a harsh feeling in your throat and make you cough, therefore its normally of the UTMOST importance to flush your weed before harvesting. Now its only one more week and harvest time is here...yipppiiie
