FastBuds - FFT#11

4/6: These buds are so dense and it's been raining a lot, so it is taking forever to dry them. 4/7: After a night in a closet with the dehumidifier running full blast, they were ready to weigh... Plant 1- 220g Plant 2 - 233g Plant 3 - 188g This variety stretches about 500%-600% from the time you switch their photoperiod, so keep that in mind if you have limited ceiling space. They were the most vigorous, sexy plants in the garden for a long time, but because they have a lot of Sativa in their profile, the internodal spacing was a little much at time, though they did manage to close up well and produce nearly 30 x 10-12" colas in total, plus a lot of popcorn and larfy buds. They are too tall for my outdoor space, too, but I regenerated all three anyway and will endeavor to train them horizontally this summer. They naturally have pale green leaves..not a nutrient deficiency, which contrast really well with the deep deep red the colas become near the end. Very photogenic. Their height (despite FIMing, and supercropping almost every one of their branches) was a problem and I couldn't keep them more than about a foot from the lights....their pale green leaves make them a little more sensitive to light, (especially UVB), so that was a problem for me to deal with for a couple of months...but i think it turned out pretty well despite the challenges. I haven't sampled it yet, but stay tuned for my comments on taste, aroma, bag appeal, etc..along with some bud photos! 7/12: I forgot to update this diary... I've been smoking on this stuff, making cannabutter, and pressing it for rosin. The rosin is a very light, honey color, and tastes great...even better than the bud. I'm squishing it at 182f for 4 minutes. I can get a better yield at 200f, but it's not as translucent and honey-colored as at lower temps. Potency: 9/10 Yield: 10/10 Aroma: 7/10 Flavor: 7/10 Bud density: 9/10 Bag-appeal: 9/10 Consistency: 10/10 Final thoughts: This was absolutely the most consistent of the FFT's I grew initially. Same growth characteristics, same aromas, same flavors, same arm-sized colas.👍 Awesome yielder with a very uplifting buzz.💪😁
