Fractal week Week 20 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debby, in the 80s with low humidity. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. These ladies had a long vegetation phase. They germinated April 1 so I could get them hardened off before I went on vacay. They had basically 4 months of veg and the colas are already large, trichomes forming and with 2 more months to go, my expectations for these are heavy yields and sticky dense buds. Fractal had her spa day and had heavy defoliation of her voluminous fan leaves. It took me from 9:30 to 3:30 to trim her. Oh, and there are so many feeder and sugar leaves remaining, She will be a b!tch to trim at harvest. . weeks ago I indicated that I used peony cages ass a scrog, however, a scrog would have kept the colas beneath the grid. 10/11/24 she had gotten so overly dry that she was impossible to water. i had to scrape and break of the dry spots all around the soil and root ball so that water could penetrate. she was root bound from a solo cup and then as well from 1 gallon to 3 gallon. once the rootbound spots got overly dry, they became super hydrophobic and i didnt realize how bad it was. that may be what's been affecting the over all health of the plant. finally able to get her to hold weight in water so im hopefull 10/15 pistils are getting thrown out everywhere. a bit of a stretch so far but not too much. maybe a couple inches or

UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. This plant has suddenly exploded into growth. I am sure this will be the biggest plant in the tent. Also taking heavy feeds very well. Loads of bud sites on this plant. Cant wait to see how she does.

La planta sigue ramificando e inicia la pre floración, se prepara para dar el último estiron. Mientras tanto yo le cambié el fotoperiodo a 20/4 y le agregué un foco de sodio de 400w a los 200w de cfl que ya tenía en vegetación. Volví a ajustar el lst creo que por última vez antes de dejarlas ser hasta el final. Riego cada 4 días aproximadamente con 2L de agua estacionada con ph entre 6.2 y 6.4. Ayer le tocó agua pura y en cuanto me pida más le daré un poquito de extracto de algas de top crop. Big one y top auto en muy bajas dosis, pues la planta no ha mostrado signos de deficiencia alguna.. Hice un riego foliar con aceite de Neem, extracto de canela y jabón potásico a modo preventivo. Ha respondido bien a la nueva luz, la distancia entre el sodio y la copa es de 60cm, iré acortando más adelante 10cm más si la temperatura me lo permite, La sigo!

I have the Gixxer on only veg at a distance of 10" away from the tops of the cotyledon leaves. I also cracked the lid & put an oscillating fan on low just to give them a tiny bit of movement to strengthen their stems because they'll be tall and weaker with stretching. *I tried using a new seedling light & it was a failure - they are now stretching due to that light. I switched back to my trusted seedling light & hoping they'll be back on track.*

Been brewing my ewc tea with as many other ingredients including ewc,kelp,fishbone meal, oyster shell, crab meal, glb fish, and makos. Fed them the tea in the morning and they loved it. That being said fourth node was developing so I topped. After doing some research I may have topped to early but they seem to be bouncing back just fine actually. I did six of the seven. Last one has been slow from the start so probably won’t have much of a yield. Plan on using tea often

Alright, it's the end of week 2 veg and we're starting to take off! Have you ever seen a plant with the mutation mine has? She doesn't have a main stalk lol but instead has two! Plus her fan leaves are looking a bit screwy lol. I'm a fan of mutated cannabis though and love to see how they do so she's definitely staying around. I'm not a big auto grower myself so I don't have that high of expectations but I'm sure these ladies will look great once they get another week or two under their belts. We're continuing the alfalfa Ferment from Growing Organic (discount code CollinT), these girls have craft blend mixed into their medium so we won't be top dressing until late veg early flower. Another slow week. I increased light schedule to 13/11. I’m going to slowly lower the time of light until by the time harvest day comes it’ll have a longer dark period. I’m also going to stop feeding the bottle nutrients my soil is moist still so I gotta wait. I’m predicting a couple ounces this grow.
