The plant showed some problem areas on the leaf, and the characteristic red stems appeared on the upper floors of the plant. I began to wonder if this was due to the PH level or not, but I added some PK 13-14 just in case. keeping track of the PH level when growing on soil is very difficult for me. On coco substrate it was easy there are still some problems with the humidity of the tent, because my ventilation with a pc cooler and a charcoal filter mat for the hoods can barely cope with the large vapors of the leaves

This is the beggining of the fourth flowering week. Not hurry at all. Just moved out from my not so private apartment and this is the first 5 days of her inside of a wardrobe, which is fantastic showing those results. I have much time to wait and Im not hurry at all. Expecting to have at least 6 weeks more blooming. 07/04 - Total of 88 days old. Fed her today with 1/3 of 4-14-8 fert. She's showing good Healthy, like she wants more of everything (Light, fert, water, CO2). Intending to let her blooming 60 days more. (8 weeks).

woot woot the flowers are stating to come in and wow what a differnce the new ACCURATE ph meter made, was something I wanted for a while but didnt make the purchase. My old $50 meter was off by .27 even right after calibration!!!!! I can only imagine how much it drifted after a week or two, very happy with the $120 tester, I reads almost instantly and is very precise. I started co2 this week and switched to flower nutes.

7/29 - Week 9 of veg is starting. At this point, it is just let them grow up a few inches, and also fill out the pots some more with roots before transplanting to 5 gallon fabric pots (their final homes). I also plan on mixing a 'flower blend' soil to fill up the 5g pot around the rootball that is transplanted. This recipe for the soil is taken from MaximumYield: Enhanced fruit/flower potting soil recipe This soil recipe is designed for plants that are ready to fruit or flower. In particular, this recipe works great for ornamentals that are already in bloom and for fast-growing annuals that are entering their fruiting or flowering stage. Parenthesis indicate small changes or products I'm using. 1/2 cu. ft. (60 cups) sphagnum peat moss (Promix BX) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) coco coir (Mother Earth Coco Peat) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) compost (either compost or manure) 1/4 cu. ft. (30 cups) perlite 10 cups pumice (likely to just use perlite here) 5 cups worm castings 3 cups bat guano (high phosphorus) 1 cup fish bone meal (using regular bone meal, got Jobe's Bone Meal) 1 cup oyster shell 1/2 cup seabird guano (likely to just add as the high phosporous guano) 1/4 cup alfalfa meal 1/4 cup fish meal (Down to Earth Fish Meal) 2 tbsp. langbeinite (Down to Earth Langeinite) 1 tbsp. glacier rock dust (Azomite ordered from Amazon) 7/30 - While technically the morning of 7/31, lights haven't gone out yet, so it is still the 30th ;) It almost hurts posting pictures today, because they were really thirsty, but I honestly hadn't looked at them for a couple days. Anywho, the plants were watered with ~1.25 liters of water each, about 90 minutes before lights out. Will be interesting to post the 7/31 photos after a couple hours of lights on, and see the difference in appearance. I also mixed the soil for flowering, and it will now have a couple weeks to 'cook' and become ready for the plants. I did make a mistake and accidentally added 1 cup of fish meal instead of 1/4 cup (oops), and the alfalfa meal just smelled too good, so I added 1/2 cup instead of 1/4. Hopefully those 2 'changes' don't add too much nitrogen for flower, but I imagine it won't. I also instead of adding perlite (didn't want to buy a 4 cu ft bag when I needed at most 2.5 gallons (1/3 cu ft), so I opted to add 1 gallon of pumice. Since the coco peat and promix both have perlite in them, I didn't want too much added. There were also some worms from the compost that made it into the tote that is now storing the mix, so life has already started in the soil. 7/31 - It wasn't just after lights on, as I didn't have time to photo earlier, but this is just about 24 hours after watering, and praying/looking good. I had noticed that it looked like the fan had slipped down the pole a bit, and was causing some wind burn/clawing of the leaves yesterday, which probably attributed to poor looks, but looking better today! I am not that versed in checking preflowers, though I know the difference for sure once flowering starts, but it appears both of these may be ladies! 8/4 - After getting home from work, and realizing I hadn't checked on the plants in a couple days and I knew they were due for water either yesterday or today, I saw some THIRSTY plants. They each got ~1.2L of water, and also a quick trim back. Also, as shown in the pictures, and while still under 18/6 light, DC#2 has developed balls, and is definitely a male. I have been contemplating growing any males out for pollen, but that just might be further down the road for me. He will likely get the plug soon. On the plus side, DC#1 definitely has hairs!

Day 1 of week 7 in flower. Yesterday I opened the tent and for the first time thought to myself " Wow that's a big plant!". My grow tent is 1 meter by 1 meter and the plant is touching all sides. I am now wishing I had more wattage of lights. Day time Temps are 72 and humidity is around 35. My current LED wattage is 277 from the wall, let's see what it can produce. Time until harvest is 4 ish weeks and dropping. Judging by the speed at which the pistils are changing colors I am doubtful it's going to take 3.5 weeks to ripen. I am in no hurry, quality is my biggest concern.

Seeing a lot of growth and bud formation. Light defoliation. Afraid to take off too much and stunt the growth! Hoping that doesn't turn out to be a mistake as far as yield goes.

🌱 Week 1 Update: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco Journey 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! The Mentha de Croco sprouts are officially a week in, and they’re already showing off their unique personality, each one growing at its own pace. They’re rocking some funky vibes and loving life inside the dome! Here’s a full update on their progress, care, and setup for Week 1. Living Environment: The Humidity Dome Setup The seedlings are living in a humidity dome, where we’re keeping the relative humidity (RH) close to 100%. This level of RH mimics a tropical environment, creating the ideal conditions for delicate young plants that need extra hydration support as they begin to develop roots and leaves. Why High Humidity? • Encourages Strong Root Development: At nearly 100% RH, plants focus on root growth while pulling in moisture directly from the air, helping them establish themselves early on. • Protects from Stress: The high humidity reduces transpiration (water loss through leaves), which prevents drying and keeps seedlings hydrated. • Promotes Healthy Leaf Growth: With constant access to moisture, the leaves expand smoothly, giving each plant a strong start in the vegetative phase. Growth Status & Observations 🌱 These little mutants are showing some funky characteristics and growing at their own unique pace—a perfect reminder that no two plants are the same! Each seedling has sprouted its initial set of leaves, and I’m seeing great promise in their vigor and resilience. Key Observations: • Color: The seedlings are a healthy green, with some displaying slight variances in shade—typical of unique genetics like Mentha de Croco. • Structure: Leaves are developing steadily, with short internodes (the space between sets of leaves) that hint at nice, compact growth patterns as they continue. • Energy: Each plant seems to be finding its rhythm, which is a beautiful thing to watch! Some are taking their time, while others are diving right into rapid growth. Nutrients & Supplements 💧 For this first week, I’m keeping it light on nutrients, letting the seedlings draw what they need from the Root Riots and the remaining seed stores. However, I’ve continued using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster, both at 1ml/L, to support foundational growth. Why These Nutrients? • Aptus Regulator: Adds silicon to fortify cell walls, giving the seedlings extra strength to handle environmental changes. Even under the dome, this helps build resilience. • Aptus Startbooster: Supplies essential microbes and root stimulators, setting up these little ones for explosive root growth once they’re ready to venture outside the dome. Lighting: FOG LED & Environmental Control 💡 I’ve kept the Future of Grow (FOG) 600W LED dimmed to around 200 PPFD to avoid overwhelming these tender seedlings with too much light. They’re getting just enough energy to support healthy photosynthesis without stressing them in their early stages. Lighting Benefits at Low Intensity: • Prevents Stretching: With the lower PPFD, plants stay compact and focused on root and leaf development rather than reaching for the light. • Supports Early Photosynthesis: The FOG LED’s balanced spectrum provides all the wavelengths these seedlings need to kick off photosynthesis and grow with vitality. Controlled through the TrolMaster Tent X, the lighting schedule is consistent and stable. With this controller, I can manage humidity, lighting, and temperature settings all from one place, ensuring the environment stays perfect for these little ones. Reflection & Tips for Fellow Growers 💡 Week 1 is about creating a stress-free environment for seedlings to adjust and establish themselves. Here’s a bit of wisdom for anyone embarking on a similar grow: 💧 Humidity & Hydration: High humidity is a seedling’s best friend. Keep your dome or grow area humid for strong, happy plants. 💡 Light Management: Keep lighting low to encourage compact growth and let those roots dig in. Adjust lighting gradually as they grow to avoid any shock. 🌱 Patience with Genetics: Each plant has its own rhythm, especially with unique genetics like these. Let them show you what they’re made of without pushing too fast. Shout Outs & Community Love 💚 Much love to Terpyz Genetics for these incredible seeds, Aptus Holland for the nutrients, Future of Grow for the stellar LED, and TrolMaster for the environmental control. Big shout out to everyone following this journey—it’s always a blast sharing with you all. Let’s keep the positive energy flowing and watch these seedlings turn into something amazing together! Stay tuned for Week 2 updates—more growth, more funk, and more growers’ love! esta semana seguimos doblando y podando alguna que otra ramita .

So, bubba diagonal has the sweetest smell, almost like a dank og smoothie probably inherited from the purple punch and the true og, Guava cake is the most "weed" smelling like pure good sativa funky ganja, not very tangy but a little more on the cookies side, and the kmintz... probably my favourite, she has just a strong mint-fruit smell. Its a sweet and fresh zkittlish-fruity funk with a slight dank earth background, and the smell is sweet and at the same time slightly "overpowering" in your nose, almost like its rotten sweet fruit. Cant wait to smoke them. Here are some pics from the last week of flowering guys, can't wait! Smells like heaven😍 supersoil + compost tea is the bomb!!! #teamorganic
