And Bubba Kush 2.0 gained very good THC!

We're halfway through flower, and the girls are trucking along without much help from me. This week's only exciting thing was making compost tea (worm castings, insect frass, kelp, rock dust, basalt, biochar, molasses, and LAB) for the girls (and to kickstart my new veggie soil.) The tent has more color changes, and considering that they are clones, it's fascinating to see the differences between each plant. DLI: 42 UV: 2,5 hours per day

3 Plants. 3 citrusy phenos! #1 : First to sprout rapid rooter. TASTE: Pure Lemon front end into hashy cakey afghani. refer to this as the "lemon hashcake" phenom very dense, beautiful nug structure. Yielded 24.5 dry grams of primo smoke. Uplifting more cerebral sativa high with some punch in body as well. happy stress reliever for sure! has some "gassy" or fuel notes to it but very subtle #2 Tangerine pheno: I orginally thought sour 76 was sour diesel x 76 Afghan til i read hso marks post on uk420 forums saying its cali sour d x 76 afghan. cali sour d is cali orange x sour d x mexican sativa. and it shows in this pheno which smell and taste pretty similar to tangie my friend grows which is cali orange x skunk 1 (mexican sativa x Colombian sativa x afghan indica) pretty similar genetics roots! Smell: Sweet tangerine 🍊 Taste: Just like tangerines 🍊 Medical Effects: Hybrid feeling effects felt both in body and mind.  Stimulating mentally, relaxing in the body.  Mild pain relief generally with amazing relief improving feeling in joints (reduced swelling or irritation in otherwise aching areas, loosened tension at joints) Notes: After breaking up or grinding the sweet tangerine open jar/bud smells turns more sour tangerine with very subtle gas aroma. This one is scary strong! I am an all day regular smoker of the most potent buds I can find, and I never make it thru 1 bowl of this without long breaks after each hit.  Starts off strong and creeps to EXTREME psychoactivity.  Not for the faint of heart this one might not be best for "new smokers" 😎🔥🔥🔥 yielded 26.1 grams if id have taken clones this woulda been the keeper of the batch, but I got more to check out in future run :) and I got a cloner and veg chamber to start keepin the keepers now I know i like the strain! #3 Lime Fuel pheno: Smell: Lime🍈 and gas ⛽ Taste: lime Medical Effects: Cerebral uplift. Creeper. thought it was weakest on initial smoke but 10 minutes in it end up being strongest high of all 3.  super wicked sativa, buzzy uplifting all similar to Cinderella 99 or strong jack herers this has almost a "scary high"  first few times but once you get used to it or microdose, it is a super fun creative medicine.  Helps my arthritis pains and gives me the clean up the house kind of high Notes: Foxtailed, lowest yield of 3 sour 76's likely because its place directly under the light (perhaps didnt like too intense direct light) but is the most potent of the 3 as well. yielded 22.5 grams of dry

Plant ready to be harvested in 1,5 - 2 weeks so I stopped feeding it with nutrients. The flowers got bigger and much more sticky. The smell became very strong.

Seems like all is in order. I had to go away for a week because of an emergency and luckily a friend looked after them, only thing he wasn’t sharp on was training and defoliating which is why it got so big and bushy last week. Still no nutrient deficiencies. I visited a website called cannastats a month ago and it actually breaks down ppm requirements for each element. Was a lot of work to get my spreadsheet to calculate properly, but really seems to be working. If anyone wants further details on this, feel free to DM me. I think the big stretch last week was caused by high temps, as a window was left shut when it shouldn’t have been, and also the light wasn’t in the middle because my friend moved the lights up and didn’t realise, so the colas at the back stretched more... that’s my theory anyway. Overall all is good, switch back to 3200k bulbs again today. Need a wide angle lenses to take a photo of this thing, she’s huge...

This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Gorilla Cookies continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall and lanky plant but look at the heavy buds weighing down the stems. It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. AAAAh Fastbuds, End of WEEK 11 Beginning of week 3 and shes BIG. The beginning leaves are a biut fucked up but the new ones look great so thats nothing rll that worries me.. had it often on the first few leaves but ittl grow out of that. Everything going great :D

First week of flowering for the girls. We started with some master bloom from Xpert nutrients and continue with master root also from xpert nutrients. We placed a net above the poants to guide some of the taller branches and create a more equal canopy. We defoliated some lower leaves and for the rest it looks quite good, some plants showed a little sign of overfeeding so we lower the dosis this week.

Man!!!! I did not expect some bag seeds to be as successful as these, but the seeds I got came from bud I got from the dispensary, my one gallon DWC experiment is great!! It’s not huge but it’s the most potent!! And I did one plant base nutes only and another with all the additives.. the the plant with base nutes only is the biggest!!

So I'm having another go at LSD-25. Day 1 she looked quite sickly if I'm honest. She's picked up ever since. I've put the timelapse camera on her for the forthcoming week so I can keep a very close eye on her growth.

Harvest in two parts to fatten up the lower buds for a week or two. Likely, another good ounce to two of sweet buds. Didn't quite lollipop, previously, but understand the benefits of the technique, especially if seeking a more standardized harvest in one chop. Looking forward to the cure and terp retention/development.

This girl is turning out to be a very impressive Beast exotic colours and her smell at fruitiness with a air of skunk it's quite remarkable there's really not much to say about her except that she's cruising through at great speed and looking like she is on steroids remarkable genetics from sweet seeds. From now on I don't think I'm going to be able to take her out of the tent because those huge branches are filling up with big heavy flowers . One interesting note about this girl is that she does not drink that much water and does not require much nutrients looking forward to see this girl finish thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

Hello beautiful people! Another week of veg. I started to train the girls and pull them down. I topped them once, not rly planning to do it more. Nutes still the same. These girls are rly more indica. Big leaves and very stout. Thats it! Love & Peace 4 all!

Everything is still going good for this week just giving 6.2 PH Tap water with a bubbler for 24 hours before I fill my Reservoir. July 2 when my lights came back on at 5pm I decided to Defoliate these two girls and add a ScrOG net for some extra support and some tucking for the leaves. July 6th last day of week 8 I took the other two plants in the back out of the tent today so I can flip these to 12 on 12 off.
