Nice colas popping up showing to see the hard work pays off

About this diary> So I've made it to the end! This baby didnt die on me! This diary was half a record for myself, to keep improving and contrasting against my future grows in and out of this wonderful platform (growdiaries), and half a tutorial for other noobs like me. That's why I wrote somewhat long explanations about some of the things I myself found confusing during this and last grow. I also repeated myself, but again mostly because I was trying to learn while doing. I got some help from other growers in the community, which was very nice, and different from trying to figuring out everything by oneself. This girl stretched a lot! from about 30 cm at the end of flower to about 90 cm before harvest, it survived nutrient burn, an accident were I dropped something heavy on her on flower, accidentally chopping a branch during LST and spider mites. However, still yielded nicely. I cant imagine what these genetics could become in the hands of a master grower!! About the growing conditions> The idea of the grow was, not only to learn how to grow a somewhat long flowering strain (6 week veg, 10 weeks flower) but also doing it very cheaply. I think the most expensive thing I bought was the seed from RQS. I built my own light fixture (from 4x 4.00CAD COBs from aliexpress), some cardboard, wire, sticks, tape and aluminum foil. I also used dollar store nutrients (like 15% of a 15-15-15 veg mix, and a 15-30-15 flowering mix). I timed this strain to finish a few weeks before the temperature really starts dropping outside, and was always able to keep it around 20-29C without any air conditioner/heater. About growing amnesia haze> I harvested this plant on the early side, but I found it a challenge not to harvest earlier! Since many weeks ago the delicious smell has been filling the room and some parts of the house... Plus, its a long wait... However, I think it was very well rewarded :) As I said, the high is creative, giggly, energetic and uplifting, at least from the premature samples we got. I will update this once the real deal is dry and cured :) About the harvest> Well in terms of numbers, I will update this when the weed is done drying, but I can do an estimate right now... each sample I took weighted about 1.45g wet, and dried to a 25% of that (0.35 g each)... It means that what I weighted from the harvest (412.86g + a bunch of trim) would probably weight about 100g when dry... Let's see how it goes in a week or two :)

Start of week 4, roots coming out of pot so have transplanted on day 22 into final pot. Plant is pushing out node five at the moment. Update week 4 day 2: A couple of days ago I dropped the PH to 5.8 from 6.3 and have added in Acti-Vera, a different Seaweed Extract fortified with Iron, and starting today Rhino Skin silica. Just look at the difference in the colouration of this plant in under 48 hours... wow. Update week 4 day 2: I think I've managed to overwater. Not going to water today. Update week 4 day 4. She is showing the same pattern as KKA 2 days ahead. After repot she is stretching out her main fan leaves, stem is thickening, and new growth appears everywhere. Day 25.5 flushed with 30l of PH lowered water then fertigated with 5l. Day 26: Height: 9cm Width: 18cm Nodes: 6 I have named her Bertha Day 27: H9.5 W19.5 N7 Day 28: Fertigated 2.5l @ 15:00 . Day 28: Photo and Measure 00:40 H13cm W21cm N7 Weekly growth data: From 6cm Height to 13cm +117% From 9cm Width to 21cm +133% From 4 primary nodes to 7 +75% Summary: Really good week for Bertha, she hasn't grown at quite the same rate as Karen, but she's not a million miles behind, I think she will have a big week 5. Day 28.5: I have changed my mind about training and done a little gentle LST. Why? Well I realised I would have trouble with light levels and the younger plants... so I've decided to try and keep the older two from stretching too tall. I realise this will mess up height measurements but it'll even out.

This week the girls have stretched for the last time then the fun will really begin with the buds blowing up. Alaskan purple has the frosty sugar leafs which tells me she will be more potent at this point of the grow cycle. Both of the girls are in good health but Alaskan purple has 2 leafs that look like nutes burn from the feeding last week of the ff nutes, so only distilled water this week to kinda flush her then back to nutes feeding, which will be perfect timing for buds to start coming in. Overall it's rained a lot where I live which has made humidity a problem so I got another dehumidifier for my room to help with that problem other than that this grow is on track for a nice harvest.

Her green still not were i want so i am keeping the nutrispray for a few days more at least until i like the colors better, apart from that she is growing great actually, wen looking at last week defoliation and now , i mean lol Sorry so short update i will keep updating among this week <3 <3 <3 Decided to connect my spider-farmer to increase my PPFD, i love this MARSHYDRO TSW2000 but in my humble opinion a 4x4 needs a bit more PPFD Power wen in flower mode bringing up my average PPFD to 1000 umol/m2/s lets see if she likes the idea or not. And like i suspected she did like more light and the color is changing bringing her green colors back to normal, did a leaf inspection just in case and posted some photos of my under leaf microscopic view, all good by the way lol , with this meaning that next week i will provably stop Nutrispray since i don't like so very much to apply any type of foliar during flower. And As i suspected i have an bug infection lol freaking trips found them way in to my closets, them a i dont know if mites, but i have something in this closet that webs and i cant find it RRR, i guess its part of the game, just been long long long time since i encounter any situations like this, and that is why its happening, i got way to comfortable and lazy on my IPM. This is one of the reasons why is so important to checking in a microscopic way under leafs etc Im ordering a bunch of beneficial insects , traps etc and going in from all sides lol non so ever she is looking great, not the best color leafs i know , but she is moving fast and furious . Bffff familia, esta cepa me tiene atónito zambezaseeds a vuelto hacer de las suyas y lograron una variedad con una floración bastante rápida, y unos cogollos bastante compactos, formación indica en el aspecto de las hojas y su morfología. Controlamos los parámetros por encima de 20 grados y por debajo de 27,5 grados y no dejamos subir la humedad por encima de 45%. Contando por supuesto con un sistema anti olores no solo en la extracción si no trabajando con ozono en la puerta de salida se la habitación.

As frosty as can be, but I am disappoint in the size of the buds. Time will tell and I hope she fills out. Two phenos here, both exotic and rock hard.

3. November Alle drei Pflanzen weiterhin topfit. Trauermücken aufgetreten. Habe das abgelaufene Päckchen nematoden für die runtz genutzt. Hoffe es bringt was 4. November Cookies Gelato hat den harten Mainlinecut bekommen. Spitze wurde entfernt, Seitenteile wurden direkt danach abgeschnitten. Sie wird’s schon wegstecken. Tropimango und runtz geht’s gut :) Cookie gelato hat bereits wenige Stunden später die Blätter wieder hoch gestreckt. Stagniert. 5. November Alles gut. Die Schnitte wurden gut verkraftet. Triebe wachsen wieder Cookies gelato ist nun 21 Tage alt. Tropimango ist nun 18 Tage alt. Runtz ist nun 7 Tage Alt. 7. November Cookies gelato wächst. Sobald die Klammern da sind wird sie runtergebunden Tropimango hat schnitte und Lst bekommen. Topping werde ich noch abwarten. Runtz wächst 8. November Cookies gelato hat LST + mainlineschnitte erhalten. Wurde nicht mit gießen kombiniert da ich gestern gegossen habe. Tropimango erneut LST. Runtz wächst. Sieht aus als würde sie langsam ins Wachstum wechseln. Erster Triebe am einzahnblatt kommen. Dreizahnblatt erst frisch entwickelt. 9. November Cookies gelato wurde das erste mal zusätzlich mit Sugar Royal und calmag versorgt. Hab’s davor vergessen 😅 Shit Happens. Wurzeldünger gibt es konstant weiter. Runtz wurde mit wurzeldünger und calmag versorgt Tropimango hat noch sehr feuchte Erde. Keine Ahnung wieso.

Esta semana me doy cuenta de la rapidez y buena calidad de la cepa. 🤩 Paso de los cubos de lana de roca a los slabs del mismo material. Empiezo floración modo horario pero pre-floracion con liquidos hasta que salga la primera flor. Riego automatico 3” al encender las luzes y 3” media hora antes de apagarlas.

good with training and strong genetically. good for extracts. medicinal potentials include fatigue, tension, and stomach pain. my grow style seems to minimize ‘cheesy’ terpenes in favor of amazing tropical sweetness. cheers

So I popped her in a slightly bigger pot, I know you're not meant to as could stunt her but she's already stunted to why not haha, she's happy even though small 🤣💚✌️

She’s not drinking as much, so need to tone it down. Moving her to the center of the tent to finish up. Guessing 1-2 more weeks You def get a melon funk for sure— that’s rare with seeds/names lately. 🏻💚

July 27: she’s starting to preflower so I’m going with phyto-forcing using a 730 nm light for a few seconds at dusk each night. This puts plant into dark mode two hours faster so it’s like getting two more hours of darkness making it a 26 h day. Good trick, and super easy. July 30: video showing how I make my lazy compost tea. Best plants in four seasons of outdoor growing so it definitely works. A similar commercial product would be Recharge which has molasses, Humic acids and bacteria. Aug 1: plants always look super healthy after a round of compost tea.
