Flowering started on day 28. I applied a topdressing once with Green House Feeding BioBloom at 1.5 grams per liter Soil. I’ll repeat that in the third week to reach the full dose of 3 grams per liter. I also discovered some thrips, so I reacted immediately by using small nematode sachetsboth on the plant and in the watering solution.

The girls are starting to fill out pretty nice. We are at 14 days since switching the lights to 12/12. The grandaddy black seems to be one of the slower ones to transition to flower but she is showing preflowers and starting to stretch. Gave them the weekly flush and fresh nutrients. This will be the last week of maxigro. I will cut it out and start liquid Koolbloom next week.

Day 63 Well there’s not much going on. Just watering when dry. They seem to be doing better, but unfortunately the damage was done with the lockout. They are fattening up a bit more and putting on some density. I can tell by the fact that they’re leaning more. This is a 10 wk strain, but I’m gonna push it a bit longer til the trichomes are in a better range. They have a sweet blueberry smell which is quite nice. Not the frostiest buds ever, but we’ll see how it shakes out. We’re just on autopilot til the end. Probably a week or 2 more and they’ll be ready to come down. Happy Growing 🌱

The pics and videos are from day 37 of flower. All 3 of these are starting to beef up a little bit, they have perfect bud structures. I'm picking up a creamy kinda vanilla smell on them each having slight variations but what do I know? I really want to grow all 3 phenos again sincenmy clone runs always seem to be just a little bit better. I said this on my last post but for anyone droppin questions in my DMs just comment on a journal I dont go thru the dms its alot of the same questions over and over. That way anyone can see the questions and responses and I'll try to do a better job at responding to comments as well. It’s looking fantastic, fam! The top leaves are turning a gorgeous purple now, which—not only stunning to look at—also highlights the massive central cola beautifully. I’ve elevated the left plant to even out the light distribution across the canopy. In hindsight, I probably should’ve done that a bit earlier!

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Orange Sherbert from Barney's Farm! 8/24 - Day 17 of Bloom: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. Everything is growing strong with this classy lady and she has an abundance of growing shoots. I may need to do some additional lollipopping, but I am being conservative and trying to spread out defoliation/lollipopping to avoid shocking her. She isn't stretching a whole. However, she is very bushy and I to think that will make up for the minimal stretching as far as yields are concerned. Leaves all look pretty healthy and are a nice shade of green. 8/28 - Day 21: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. Added a tnb naturals c02 bottle. It seems ok havnt yet bought a ppm measurement device for co2 so not sure how well its working. Ive done some research and the canister with the original contents doesnt seem to put off enough co2 for it to matter not even with 2 of them! I do everything myself though always have so i got to thinking my mushroims put off co2 but the led kills them huh??? I brew beer and that gives off co2 i did some more research turns out bread yeast baking soda to drop ph to 5 and sugar and water does the trick in a dark container like a tnb naturals bottle wrapped in alinum foil. I ordered high gravity yeast for making lager like steel reserve high alcohol content more reaction more co2. Using brewers yeast which is cheap 10bux a lb 1 tsp 1and hal cup sugar NO BAKING SODA NEEDED WITH BREW YEAST that includes champagne yeast which im used to using. Im going to grind rice to a fine powder about a 1/8th cup and add to extend co2 production i wanna change least as possible cuz it take 14hrs to start to produce. If u keep a starter in ur fridge then 8 hrs . google brew yeast starter diy and diy co2! Also flushed thus week no florekleen just h20 with a little cal mg like 3tsp 5gal and pk 1tsp5gal. At the beginning of week 5 they all look a bit small and bushy to me. But let's see.. .Maybe they get a little kick and grow during the first weeks of the flowering phase, which we've now entered :) I cut a really small amount of leaves that were touching the ground on the auto bending one.And I started giving them two additional hours of light. Hope they like it. UPDATE: I had to start defoliation because the leaves were so bushy that they were getting wet in between... Hope this helps : And hope they get a little taller...
