Dear diary, Week 9 marks the last week of veg as it ends with us finally transitioning into the flowering phase. As we embark onto flowing, I continue to fine-tune the environmental conditions and adjust nutrient levels to support optimal development. One thing to note is that GC #2 still shows some of those strange leaf mutations on some of the tops but continues to grow well. Mutations doesn’t have to be something bad, but will need to keep a close eye on her to make sure she isn’t a hermie. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 ⏰ Day 60: I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and adjusted the pH to 5.8. Additionally, I increased the light intensity from 20 to 25 dli (daily light integral). To maintain the desired humidity levels, I turned on the air conditioner to dehumidify the space, successfully bringing it back down to 58% as it started slipping up to the 70s again. However, this adjustment caused a slight drop in temperatures to 24.5 degrees Celsius. ⏰ Day 61: During the evening feeding session at 18:00, the plants received a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.66ms and a pH level of 5.8. Furthermore, I elevated the light intensity from 25 to 28 dli, positioning the lights 50cm above the canopy. The night temperatures have also stabilized at 22.5 degrees Celsius after the AC change. ⏰ Day 62: I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.6. I also conducted some light low-stress training and removed any growth on the horizontal stems, as each stem already possesses its intended 16 tops. These adjustments will help maintain an even canopy and ensure optimal light penetration. ⏰ Day 63: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient solution at a strength of 1.67ms and adjusted the pH to 5.7. To enhance light exposure, I increased the light intensity to 32 dli/500ppfd and positioning the lights 48cm above the canopy. ⏰ Day 64: At 11:55, just before lights off, I applied pesticides to address any potential pest issues. During the evening feeding session, I provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.67ms and a pH level of 5.7. Additionally, I removed some excess growth and increased the light intensity to 37 dli/580ppfd, getting to the optimal levels before flowering starts. ⏰ Day 65 (Day 1 Flower): I initiated the flowering phase by switching the lights to a 12/12 cycle and provided a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and a pH level of 6.1. As the plants enter the flowering stage, I have adjusted the nutrient composition. The calmag has been reduced to 1.5ml/l, Bud Candy has been added at 1ml/l, and the A+B mix has been increased to 3ml/l. The plants water consumption has also increased, now reaching approximately 2 liters per day, which aligns well with the timing of the light cycle change. The temperatures have stabilized around 25 degrees Celsius during the day, and the relative humidity ranges between 55-60%. I have also set up the scrog net in preparation for the upcoming stretch phase. ⏰ Day 66: During the evening feeding session, I administered a feeding with a nutrient strength of 1.85ms and adjusted the pH to 6.0.

Still going strong, the plant has a very potent smell. Plant 1 will be done flowering in about 4 weeks and plant 2 will probably need 1 or 2 weeks extra. It’s really cool to see that even though it’s the same genetics the Pheno’s are different in Growth and flower speed.

Week 12 looks girl #1 is coming to a end. I haven’t over fed or over watered and she’s starting to get yellow leaves. I feed her one more time at the end of this week. Starting week 13 I’m going to start to flush her. Her smell has gotten more intense this week also. She smells like sweet tropical citrus. Also she looks to be filling in more and her buds are starting to get a little dense. She definitely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have predicted from veg she would be this size. Girl#2 unfortunately never started flower and she’s going get 12-12 after I harvest girl #1. I’ll start another diary for girl #2 when that time comes. I knew she would be long winded but this is just extreme 😂. I know you experienced growers know this story very well, but for a rookie like me 😆 I’m pulling my hair out and punching the air with frustration 👊🤬🤯😁. Day 36 flowering: This lady is my superstar. her growthbhas been excellent and never slowed at any point. Her buds are solid and orangey when pressed. Size wise she is huge at 2ft from the pot top. 5 weeks left for her and i know she is going to be one of my personal bests. A beautiful Keeper strain so far.

DAY 27, most of the plants are flowering, LST works so well. I'm worried because some of them seems to have advance, I don't think the buds should be that big for their age, maybe the heat stress made them flowering faster ? Moreover, some plants have their lower leaves turning yellow, I don't know what it is, give them nutrients once every 2 watering and I'm being very light with the amount of nutrients. Ordered 2 cooltubes, one for each light, it will help to cool down the room, gotta pick them up at the store and use them today. DAY 33, I followed your advices guys and added a bit of each nutrients for their deficiencies, don't know exactly if it was Ca, Mg or N deficiency but I can tell how better they are ! Water pH between 6,2 and 6,5 with 3acid down, hygro 55%. Because of the lower hygro for flowering stage, temp is going higher, I'll try my best to take care of them because another heat wave is coming... Thinking about reducing the light time to 12/12

TUESDAY 8/13: I fed them each about a half gallon with big bloom, bembe, kelp me kelp you, terpinator, and beastie bloomz. Some of them are still really stretching, but a few are just budding up. WEDNESDAY: We had a little rain last night and it was sunny today, but the temperatures are about 10 degrees cooler than usual. I see some signs of spider mites here and there, so I'll spray with trifecta crop control as soon as the humidity is lower. THURSDAY: No time for gardening at all today...😕 FRIDAY: I missed a day only to return and find problems...damnit!😖 Two of the Candy Cane x Amnesia's suddenly have what looks like a bad calcium and/or phosphorous deficiency. I sprinkled some bat guano and silicium flash onto their's and all the other plant's soil and watered it in with about a half gallon each of water including calimagic, beastie bloomz, terpinator, and bembe. I also thoroughly sprayed them with boom boom spray. I started brewing another batch of the PK booster compost tea including extra bat guano, earthworm castings, bembe, big bloom, and kelp me kelp you. It should be ready on Sunday...hang in there girls!🙏 SATURDAY: Went boating..no gardening today. SUNDAY: I gave them all about a half-gallon of compost tea today. The sick one looks like shit...will probably try transplanting her into a 5 gallon pot in the next day or two. MONDAY: I transplanted the sick one into a 5 gallon pot today and sprayed her and everybody else with boom boom spray and big bloom.

The 2 gallon fits in here just fine. This will be fine for germination.. She’s sprouted only after about 40 hours so she’s really strong.

Auto Maxi Gom started bulking about a week ago. She is starting to develop some resin as well. She has been eating and drinking well. 🤞🏻the colas get nice and thick. I slightly increased the feed, beside that there is not much else going on. Just waiting. Found 1 hermie in the tent from the last 2. I will be taking it out and fixing the last one as I was scrogging these girls. The Nutrients are in Grams please I hope that doesn’t confuse anyone. I am feeding at a 3.0 EC smell is minty can’t really explain it I suck at describing terps. See you all next week thanks for watching.

here we go folks another week in. Girls are looking in top condition. x2 stardawgs on one side are sativa dominant and are thankfully set under scrog. Other side is squat and bushier girls (x1 stardawg, x1 Blue dream), figured they don't need Scrog - Blue Dream is either sensitive to Ph fluctuations (less likely) or lacking a bit in Magnesium., So will be increasing cal mag for them she is getting brown rust spots on fan leaves. I will say girls are responding very well to recharge , on every feed I see immediate boos tin canopy. I expect good yield hopefully if all goes well, they are stacking nice !! blueprints for colas 😍 Iv done another big defoliation to girls as well and lolipopped to how I wanted...little bits n bobs never end until girls are finished so... auto pilot mostly from here on. no insects in the room gives me confidence.
