Day 36 - In the picture, I demonstrated the efforts I put in for leaf tucking, the back half, so that light can get deeper in the canopy. A had also removed all of the flowering cover crop to prevent it from going to seed. It served its purpose and now serves as compost for my outdoor garden. Day 37 - This plant does not slow down! It is maxed out, for my preference, horizontally. Stretch is slowing down. Bud growth will now be the focus. Day 38 - She really needed a haircut, so she got one. Everytime I do this, I honestly scare myself. I know the potential these plants have, but a mistake that would cause additional stress to the defol can change everything.. cover crop is also cut down and breaking down in my outdoor garden. One last spray down before buds appear and a good feeding to push her through this heavy strip. Love to see worms hanging out on the surface of the soil, breaking down all my top dresses. 04/04/24. Going into week 3. The little ladies seem to be doing well. For a few days I dimmed the light to about 20-25% as I thought it was too much for 2 other babies (zoap) I have under it. Prior to that the node spacing was looking perfect. Now the orchids grew several inches taller and the node spacing looks huge. I’ve increased to 50% again. The stems have thickened up quite a bit since last week. I’ve tried to show it in video. I haven’t given anything but the tea, which I will be giving again with their next watering. They have been getting about 500 ml dechlorinated every 3 days. #1 has just been topped today at 5th node. I will do the same with #2 when she is there. Other than that, just watching them grow and do their thing. 😍

D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

Hello Bros&Sis! Ciao!😊 this time I've decided to made a video update, from the start of the week to the finish, we're gonna see some BIG differences! (The longest is from the end) About the ladies: Girls in coco Royal AK- she's drinking every single drop op solution and has literally exploded! I'm really happy about her training (top/lst/hst). A very strong strain. OG Kush- I don't get this girl, she's definitely not an heavy drinker. Speedy Chile FF- when I re-potted her into 6lt pot, some of my Bros hoped for a Baobab, what do you think?😂 (has some mutations, has a growth of 3 leaves and then 2 branches have joined together and the other has grown normally) Ladies in Soil: UK Cheese auto- I've broke a branch due to heavy crop. Lesson learned. Pink Doc CBD auto- she's growing good, finally! The only thing I'm worried about is that she will not grow so much, because switch is near. Candy Kush Express- A really nice lady, not too tall, good side branches and she take everything with no care less (one of the most "broken" in the tent) Special Kush#1- She likes her new pot, but there's something wrong (see leaves) maybe related to VPD or RU? I've used different techniques on this ladies, but the one I like the most is cropping the branches and the main stems and also broke the branches where meets the stems, to give'em more power, and more "space" for nutrients transports in sight of bloom! Welcome to week 12 and finally the last week of my grow diary. As predicted, the weather has taken a turn for the worse, so I've decided to harvest. If the weather had been better, I would have given it another 1.5 to 2 weeks, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about that. The outdoor season has therefore come to an early end. It would be great to live in a place where it works all year round without any problems. A brief summary of Sour Jealousy: This strain is simply fantastic. Super easy to grow. Apart from a minor incident with mildew, I had no problems. The citrusy, creamy terpenes are right up my alley, and I hope the effect is too. In the end, the plant grew bigger than I had imagined, but I was able to see from other diaries how the plant would develop. Chubbs Sour Jealousy was even bigger. This strain will definitely end up in my indoor tent again so I can get the max potential out of it. See you next week for the conclusion of the diary!

Es entwickelt sich ein süßes fruchtiges Aroma, welches sich aber noch nicht auf den beschriebenen Geschmack zuschreiben lässt. Der Stretch hat nochmal etwas an Höhe hergegeben, allerdings im Rahmen des erwarten. Die Werte im Zelt sind durch die erhöhte Luftfeuchtigkeit von draußen nochmal etwas anders. Did a 15 week veg while brought 3autos to end then fliped 12/12 about a week ago lovely plant easy to grow so far and loves the feed

Esta última semana he bajado 2°C la temperatura del armario y he activado la luz rojiza para recrear mejor la llegada del otoño y que las plantas lo den todo de ellas. El primer día de esta semana hice el lavado de raíces con unos 10L por planta, me gusta hacerlo poco ha poco con todas las plantas por igual, aprovechando la buena filtración de la mazeta, primero agrego 2L y dejó que drenen bien todas las mazetas y repito el proceso unas 5 veces hasta que el agua sobrante salga transparente, importante que el agua este sobre pH 6 para que los minerales sobrantes se disuelvan bien y la planta pueda absorber lo poco que quede en el substrato.

So I’ve only just realised how little these girls have been fed, I’ve just done a 10% run off and they had a low EC of 0.8 so I’ve just given them a high feed, hopefully I should see some difference in the plants over the next few days. I did this simply because they haven’t put on any weight and I’ve done my dates and they’re all @8 weeks and 4 days and they look more like 5 weeks to me, I’ve been over cautious of over feeding that I actually underfed. My bad lesson learned

I recently put the plant back in a 2x2 I did have 2 plants but the other plant needed up being male. No need for the larger tent still.

Compared to her sister, this Pineapple Express auto flowered very early! I LST'd her while I could, and defoliated what was necessary. She turned out great! Although the yield for this phenotype is at my lower limit for acceptable. I'm happy that I'm growing a second one, that vegged out longer, making for a much larger Pineapple Express!

Heyo growmies, hope y'all had a good week. Lots of things happened this week, I had to move the entire grow operation in preparation for the summer, so excuse the lack of pictures and time lapse, I did manage to record the plant recovering from another round of defoliation! After adding organics at the end of this week it became clear I needed Beneficial's, my roots were slimy, I promptly cleaned the plant, put her in fresh clean water and have introduced hydroguard to my system at double dose, I suspect most of them will die to the h2o2 so ill add some more later next week. I'm considering flipping to flower somewhere during week 7 or at the end, I feel like I've spread her out enough to fill out the tent, according to the breeder she stretches 1.5 to 2 times, we'll see. Wetter war wieder sehr Abwechslungsreich. Die Photos wachsen weiter gut. Das Stickstoff Reservoir (hornspäne als Langzeit Dünger) ist noch nicht aufgebraucht. Larry Lemon und AK wachsen gleichermaßen gut und verzweigen schön. Die automatischen sind in der vollblüte und stehen noch ca. 2 Wochen, wenn vorher kein Schimmel kommt... Soweit so gut 👍 bis nächste Woche ✌️
