Black Cherry Gushers - Barney's Farm Day 95 - watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients, pH'd to 6.3. She's been bulking really well and has started to pull nutrients from her fan leaves. I will monitor her maturity from this week, I'm thinking harvest could be as soon as two weeks from today 🙏🏻

420 Fastbuds Week 5 Amnesia Zkittlez Auto Hey grow fam hoping all is well with everyone's grows. This week has been good for these two amazing beautiful plants. The smaller one decided to start growing upward finally instead of stacking up super tight between branches. The bigger one while doing a defoliation and lollipoping I notice what looked like pollin sacks on a couple of the lower nodes. I plucked them off and figured I'll keep an eye out for more. All in all both are growing fantastic from the looks so will keep the same routine up. Happy Growing

Week 10 Day 1 11/25/2023 Walked in the door, dropped everything and rushed in to check on the ladies, it was past lights out so I couldn't check on the plants but checked on the pH. The PH was down to 5.19... noooooo..I adjusted it to 6.0 and crossed my fingers the plants looked good, will check on them in the morning. Week 10 Day 2 11/26/2023 Well She looked great and I think she is ready for Chop, Chop, so debating the 48 hours of darkness, or chopping today.. so going to get some breakfast and give it a think. Afternoon update: So I gave it a think and I decided to do a split harvest this run. I took the top half and left the bottom half to mature for another week. I did run out of hooks so I was forced to freeze dry some and will have that to try in 48 hours. The problem is that I will have to remember the weights that I get when I get the final harvest and all the numbers but since I am doing a split harvest anyways it will be three sets of numbers to track over the next few weeks. Week 10 Day 3 11/27/2023 Got my first little bit out of the freeze dryer and trimmed up: I got 48 grams of bud and 7.4grams of shake. Smoke is smooth will see what kind of high comes with it.. Week 10 Day 4 11/28/2023 I let them bottom half recover and get another week under their belt to color and get some trichomes on them. I will be cutting 12/2/2023 Week 10 Day 5 11/29/2023 Ground Hogs day.. Recovery/ Trichome build of lower buds. Week 10 Day 6 11/30/2023 Ground Hogs day.. Recovery/ Trichome build of lower buds. Day 58: Everything seems to go smooth. I got my new lamp up, and are experimenting with dimmer, hang height, and space between the bars. This is new for me, my old lamps is garbage compared to this! But as I have 2 pre-/flowering girls, and 4 babies I decided to go with little space between the first 4 bars (for the adults) and the last 2 have some more space between (for the babies), and are not going all the way to the edge. The adults is higher, than comes the teens, and finally the babies so they don't get the same light intensity. I am currently running it pretty low, about 35% and will see the next couple of days how the girls will react Day 61: The girls are starting to hang a bit. I do not know what is causing it, or is it just normal? I took the pictures and video about 3 hours after the light turns off, so it might just be that they are sleeping? Other causes could be too little light, as I just switched to my new light, and are running it for the first time. Maybe I do not water them enough? The humidity has also increased, and is around 50-65%, maybe that is the reason? I also started using RO water, so could be something with the nutrients? Do any of you fellow growers have any idea? UPDATE: Big thank you to @Maltaherbman for your answer. I have raised the lamp a bit. I read 900+ ppdf on my phone before, and now I am getting maximum 800. This is properly not a correct reading, but at least I have it to compare with. I waited to see what happened after the light turned on. Ill took 2 new pictures, and the left lady is all ready recovered, the right one almost, so they might just have been sleeping, but ill keep the light as it is for now. Also a big thank you to you @GrowingGrannie - I keep the coco wet at all time. I have been flushing them a couple of times before, so maybe the watering volume this week is a little lower than usual. Also the watering volume is kind of an estimate, but I will take your advise and keep better track of how much I am watering, but I think its about 2-3L every 2-4 days

17/01 So I have had serious doubts about my 300W CFL grow light since day 1 so I decided to instead opt for a Mars Hydro TS1000. Looking forward to seeing if there's any difference! With regards to my previous grow question, my tap water, while drinkable tastes terrible and has a higher than normal amount of chlorine which i heard is terrible for plants. Hence the RO water. Got hit by a really cold spell last week and I struggled to keep the tent above 16 degrees C but it's starting to get back to normal now so hopefully will see some good growth :) 20/01 So I may have set her back by a couple of day's with the new light, apart from the apparent change in wavelength from CFL to led that can cause some stress I also gave her 100% on the dimmer. Just a quick note to any newbies out there, the Mars Hydro TS1000 gives you a recommended distance from the canopy for each stage of growth but not recommended power, if your girl is at my stage of growth use 25-30%. On the bright side she has adapted nicely and no lasting damage seems to have been done. Seeing signs of growth all over and she's back to praying :) 23/01 She recovered from the change of light nicely! She's growing like a superstar now and just got her first feed today. Gonna take it easy on the nutrients, really don't wanna stress her out anymore. I have been turning up the light strength daily and she's currently happy at 50%.

Top dressed with some more soil. The top was looking depleted and just want to keep it from completely taking all the nutrients from the soil. Added a mix of power bloom with azomite and glacial rock dust. I watered in with some pure protein dissolved into hot water then added to the water I was using at diluted levels. The second watering they got this week was with molasses. which also does a good job of dropping the ph of my water to the perfect level and a little bit of Epsom salt because I ran out of my cal mag and also want the plant to have plenty of sulfur. Buds are looking cool and remind me of little pine trees. At first glance it seems like they are starting to foxtail but the buds are fattening once the new growth on top starts to expand more. the main colas are almost a foot long each, but hard to tell because the planetary buds around the main colas are blocking them from getting a good picture. Amazed by how frosty the sugar leaves and even some of the older fan leaves are. Her smells are mostly sweet and candy-like. got a little sneek peak of what her fade should look like from one of the leaves being severed partially with a nice yellow and purple. She put on a decent amount of weight this week but towards the end,I can tell she's starting to slow down. Looks like it will still bulk a little more but noticing fewer white and more orange hairs. hoping all my plants finish around 8-9 weeks. i want to try to harvest them all at the same time if i can.

Week 2 is progressing smoothly. While she’s not quite as strong as her box mates, you never know—Messi was a small kid once too! I'm giving her the full Canna nutrient suite, keeping the pH steady at 5.8, and watering every 3-4 days. No major issues so far, and everything's on track. Next week, I’ll start with some LST to encourage better growth.

Hey! Welcome to week four for Misty, a mystery auto from FastBuds. I update daily so go check last week which is now complete. :) Day 22: I have reconfigured the tent - see video for new config. Misty has more light now. Fertigated 2l. Day 23: I have heavily pruned the companion plants and performed some LST and defoliation (where big fan leaves block nodes, or are in the way). Pretty radical looking changes, brutal perhaps. I did it to Nesia last week and she responded very well. So let's see how Misty handles it. I have been doing increasingly tough LST since Day 7 in preparation for this brutality so she should bounce back. Day 24: See? :) Day 25: Misty had breakdrought at 0900. Fertigated approx 4l. Day 26: Trying to wait a week before further training. Day 27: Did a little gentle LST and took off 2 leaves. Didn't manage to wait a week only 4 days. Day 28: Fertigated 5l.
