In general, I liked growing this variety, the only thing is a lot of small leaves, it is not very convenient to cut, but the colas are very dense and weigh well, there are also many small stepsons, although I cleaned up during unnecessary time, powdery mildew appeared after the rain, which is difficult get rid of the large number of leaves on the plant, and it's very good)

There are two clearly differentiated phenotypes, but they are all beautiful plants.

This is an outdoor light depravation run on 3 Purple Push Pops(PPP). These were clones on May 5. I’m running this outdoor light dep grow side by side with my indoor garage grow. Each strain and site is set up to finish over 4 week period (July -Aug ). After they’re all finished I’ll post an average per strain in both the indoor and outdoor sites. That is, if I finish…. ____________________________ Two weeks ago at solstice they showed signs of flowering so I decided to go for a light dep grow and avoid the 100 degree days in September. I’m also trying to avoid moths and caterpillars, which frequently lay at night. These are outside during the day and placed into a closet at night. I have multiple issues to deal with: light leaks, high humidity and ventilation in the closet. Growing outdoors is easy, hand watering is a pain. I have some pumps and drip systems but moving them every morning and evening makes that hard to connect and disconnect every time. So, this is just a test and we will see how things go. I’m also growing a few black cherry gelatos, both in and out. So check those out. Best of luck on your grow.

End of week 6 and things are really ramping up now! First couple pics on this week where taken 4 days after the middle of week 5 pics on the previous week and there is a huge difference and I also got in just before the HPS came on to snap these pics and video so you can see them much better then under my HPS pics taken on day 40 into flowering also in this weeks diary. These girls are not messing around, giant buds everywhere and no signs of them slowing down anytime soon...lol we might be looking at more then 8-9 weeks of flowering I’m thinking at this point. Still got 1 ugly plant eating her leaves but I’m thinking now it’s just my lower nutrient doses making this happen. It’s a really slow progression so far, but I’m loosing a lot of guard leaves up top on the one, but she is still got the biggest buds....hmmmm just gonna let her go and see what happens. what can I say over 7 ft tall now which is impressive in this drought with only the pittance of water I've been giving them once a week. Just goes to show you that my water conservation techniques work. They are both starting to smell like a hint of chocolate and peanut butter. Can't wait to see how these ones smoke. They are also into full pre flower and should be in full flower by next weekend.

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 6 2/9-15 The Cheese gals are in full flower, the buds are puffing out and stacking. I even see some lower buds connecting to the upper buds and some pistils are turning brown. There is some smell when I open the tent. The F1 genetics are reflected in that these 2 plants are almost identical. I don’t see much difference in their growth so far using the different mediums. Soil and soil/coco blend. Maybe harvest will show a difference in yield from each one. Time will tell. On 2/13 I did major defoliation on my Cheese gals. I removed all large fan leaves and any leaves shading bud sites. Initially, I thought this would be my last defoliation, however I have heard that 1) they continue to grow new leaves until day 20 of flower and 2) there must be enough foliage on the plant to photosynthesize energy. Well, I hope I left enough leaves for energy to keep bulking up the buds. Stretching has slowed down. Both girls grew only an inch and now 17 inches. This is only the end of flower week 2. Controller is set to flower. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/9 & 11 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and a Dill in the back.
