This plant was a show-er for sure! The plants sprung up from the very beginning with huge leaves and thick colas! Nice purple hues and dense nugs! Would definitely grow again!

Hey now, hope everyone has been well. Super excited football season is finally here so things are about to get busy. I went out of town for 4 days and the plants struggled a little bit with the PH getting slightly too high before I returned. I also came back to see that some type of insect was munching away on the lower leaves of my Sundae Driver which I sprayed the plant and coco with neem oil, but hopefully they didnt do much damage before I can get them under control I have never experienced insect problems indoors, likely because I grow in Coco and not Soil. However, I left a 5 gallon airpot full of coco from a previous grow outside for a couple weeks by mistake, and pretty sure bugs got into. I wont make that rookie mistake again. Anyways the rest of the ladies are looking pretty good, They are almost getting what I consider a full dose of nutrients, even though it half of the manufacturers recommended dosage. I am feeding all Gen Hydro cal mag, Armor Si, and maxi grow. I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep the reservoir fresh for around 10 days or so but I clean it once a week. I did get all the ladies transplanted from solo cups to airpots on day 16, and it took 24 hours or so for them to recover from the transplant and start growing again. I am running 3 of the 3.4 gallon, and 2 of the 5.4 gallon just because that is what I had available. I hopefully top them all sometime this week for the first time, as soon as the roots are a little stronger. I let them grow to 7 nodes or so before I top them and make sure they're growing fast. Hopefully I can still mainline the Sundae Driver, she looks healthy other than those two leaves chomped off. All the plants are on their 5th nodes, except for the Green Crack 2.0 which is only on her 4th node. We got another heat wave coming through my region that I am not too excited about but at least its earlly in the game and I dont need to crank this light up yet. I am only running it at 30% and its putting off plenty to keep this ladies happy. Hoping to get a topping done this week, then another one next week, and be ready to flip to flower by week 7 or so. The second week wasn't too problematic for Super Skunk #1. The seedling is steadily growing and I went forward with only feeding it distilled water. I recently came across some growing information and heard about the magic of bokashi so I figured I would incorporate it into my grow this time around to see the effects. I also decided that based on my experience last grow, I would switch over to a more kelp based nutrient during flower. What I came to realize (amongst other things) was that I had most likely underfed my plants during flower, and although my "no bottled nutrients" challenge got me through veg. without a problem, it appeared that my plants could have used a bit of a boost during flower. This time around I plan on sticking to: -rice water -coconut water -banana peel water -onion/garlic peel water during veg. and once I decide to flip to flower I will go back to using my trusty Green Plant "Medi-one" bottled organic nutrients. *the second plant that I replanted is looking pretty strange so I'm thinking I might need to germinate another seed*😑

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Getting close to the end smelling amazing

On this day beautiful Sunday I hope you all are doing amazing! Its Day 64 for Buddy, you can see from the Pics she's going crazy now 😌 This week the buds started taking shape 🥦, I'm not really sure but I think she's done with her stretch and started putting the focus on the good stuff. Maybe she'll be done with it this week we'll see. In the meantime, some Pistils started turning orange but I know she still has a few weeks to go. We'll see with how she develops, imma start getting my loupe ready 🔎 👀 I added Advance Nutrients Overdrive to the feed 🔥 I'm happy with SeedStockers, I'm thinking of running more phenos from them in the coming months 💐👌🏾 Time to change my Co2 packs and mess with the humidity. I read 40 to 60 % humidity is advised during flowering but I think it's all about keeping the humidity below 70 especially if you live somewhere hot like me. That includes keeping your growth area super clean and avoid watering when not needed too 👍🏾 I decided to never hit 40 because the dehumidifier it self produces heat + the Ligth's heat that all adds up to 40°C real quick. I almost had a heart attack when I read that on my temperature monitor 😂 We humans don't function properly at such temperatures and I'm sure as hell these plants won't either Take care Y'all and I just wish to say I'm really grateful to grow in these times. Semana de transición cromática y formación de lindas porras. La nº6 sigue mostrando albinismo aunque parece que no aumenta de tamaño, se mantiene. subí los led 5ctms y parece que funcionó bastante bien. Entramos en una fase delicada por lo que añadí un deshumidificador que se enciende cuando se apagan los led. Más adelante añadiré otro ventilador y mantendré el deshumidificador las 24h. encendido. Me pregunto como pudo entrar una mariposa o polilla pero pasó, en algun momento del cultivo entró alguna y dejó sus huevos o es que se coló un gusano por algun orificio.

Se encuentra perfectamente bien. En toda su etapa no tuvo ningún problema. Los cocos ya se encuentran pesados y con muchos tricomas. En estos dias estare publicando mas imagenes de como se encue

It was a beautiful week for the plant. She drank a lot, the flowers are maturing wonderfully. Lots of sun for the end of flowering, I'm going to start giving only water from now on I only use water so as not to destroy the microbial life in the soil and to be able to cultivate again in the same place.

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light.
