Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱

Week 7 started, plants are going well, biscotti mints 1 looks a bit behind of biscotti mints 2.. I flushed both plants, one in the beginning of the week 7 and number 2 after it dried out from last watering yesterday.. breeder says plants will be ready in 8-9 weeks so now only water and watch the trichomes to harvest in the best time 🙌🏼

6/29 we had 3 super hot days in a row. 112, 115, and then 118 degrees. This is the only plant that didnt end up with heat damage/burns from the extreme temperatures. Top dressed with a cup of one shot. 7/3 watered with slf-100 and recharge

The one plant that has always been under the cobbs is a couple of weeks ahead. They are all fattening up and the smell is great. Humidity in the tent has dropped, this is due to the outside weather changing and running a 6" fan 24/7. I may start the flush on the one plant, will decide in a few days. Cheers

Rapid plant growth in the last week.

Growth looks good. I measured lux at 15,000-20,000 lux (depending on the distance in the middle). Starting with Lst on the Nortern Lights because it is big enough. (Day 14) Are now big enough to prune. I did the following = Norther Light = "defoliated" Sticky Beast 1 = Topping Sticky Beast 2 = Under fan leaves would be stunted, so gone (Day 17) Growing Rate looking really good( Day 19) Both sticky Beast doesnt grow much in the past 2 days, but the nothern lights looking good. Done some LST to her Changed the light from 24/0 to 20/4 its better for my little girl😮‍💨i think they are too stressed and habe no time to rest.(Day 21)

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. So I topped the girls again and moved them outside to the natural sun for the rest of the season.They are thriving and enjoying Mother Nature as intended for these girls.

- DAY 36 (09/07) In recent days I cut the two older pairs of infected leaves. The day after the previous feeding with Micro-Grow-Bloom, light rust-colored spots appeared on some old leaves, especially at the edges. I will show you better in the following days. At the moment they seem to be few. Everything that I will do relevant in the days of this week I will update it here in Week Comment. I am open to advice, I would be happy if you comment with what you would do in my place. - DAY 41 (14/07) TOPPING & FEEDING I topped the tip as in the photo. After that, I irrigated 1.5 liter of water with: - 0.75ml Micro - 0.75ml Grow - 0.75ml Bloom (Always with some lemon juice, not much, I want to trust the PH perfect technology adopted by the manufacturer) Solution PH: range 6.7/7.0 In the same evening I sprayed the usual mix of neem oil. (neem oil, water, potassium soap and lemon juice) Day/night air temperature on average for this week: Day 30-32 °C. Night 20-22 °C.
