Haven't ran into any problems so far. The buds continue to fatten nicely. I increased the nutrients by 2ml as they getting more thirsty in the last phase of its cycle. Harvest is nearing.

It’s now time to start flower. They are looking amazing and I’m going to go ahead and throw his crocs in there. I have one tent that I have not put in flower yet just for the main fact that one of my seats became a auto flower so I’m letting them run more time to let that auto flower finish and see what that becomes

So start of the week is very good. Plant got some nice smell, but not very strong. Will start to give bigger amount of nutrients, and also will add calmag and maybe diamond nectar. Will see. Day 16 - 1L with nutrients. Day 18 - 1.5L water. Day 20 - 2L with nutrients. Peace.

What a journey it has been from seed! I made a lot of mistakes in the first few weeks of this growing journey. I feel like I had a mini-crash after finishing the first year of grad school, and although I am growing cannabis as part of my research project, I haven't been the greatest at paying attention to it. This is not an excuse. It has actually been a learning opportunity. I realized that my body needs proper schedules to function and grow, just like a plant. The problems with the plant have really been my own problems. Let's just say that a plant may be the reflection of the grower. First, the light cycles were wrong and inconsistent. I thought that I could manually control the light schedule for the plants and be alright. However, I was wrong. My sleep schedule has been very inconsistent for the past few months. Mainly because we are living through a pandemic, and secondly because I am a graduate student 😂. How naive was it of me to think that a plant could follow my own rhythms? I guess it highlights my 'plant blindness.' Second, the light intensity was low and PH levels high. In the last five days, I have learned that plants are living organisms (I knew this, but my plant blindness is quick to dismiss it, I need to stop fighting these "plant voices" (signals)) that require a proper environment to grow, similar to humans. Of course, a plant is not human, but it is alive and living. It needs water, a regular schedule (light (active) /darkness (rest), oxygen, nutrients, and an overall good environment to grow. Concern about the size of my plant at five weeks, I decided to conduct a few experiments at home. Here are my notes: Friday, July 23, 2021, I took the plant out of the tent at 6:00 AM and placed it in front of my backyard window that faces the Eastside, perfect for sunrise. On that day, I had a few errands to run, and when I arrived home, it was 2:30 PM. The sun was now hitting the West side of my house, and I had to move the plant in front of my bedroom window. At around 7:00 PM, I went to look at the plant and noticed that its leaves were looking plumpy. So, I decided to take a timelapse to see what I would be able to record. During "magic hour" (sunset), I recorded and witnessed the plant moving with the rhythms of the sun. Plant, like humans, function at their best when they are synchronized with their circadian rhythm. The pandemic has definitely disoriented us to the point that it has disrupted all of our schedules. To this day, I feel tired from everything we have all been through; how could I possibly think that a plant would thrive with such a messed-up schedule? The time lapse made me realize that the plant needs some structure to thrive, and so do I. So, as much as I like to think that I can be disciplined and follow a plant's schedule, I cannot. So, I went to the store and bought the Globe Suite smart plug to automate and schedule the light cycle to 12hrs of light and 6 hours of darkness. Saturday, July 24, 2021, the plant woke up to the set schedule of the lights. I checked on the plant first thing in the morning, around 9:30 AM. The leaves look much greener and thicker than they did the day before. Sunday, July 25, 2021. I was away overnight and did not arrive home until 2 PM. The plant looks twice the size it was on Friday! Today, I will water the plant. I got a PH test kit and realized that the way that I measured the PH level, the first few weeks was wrong 🤦‍♀️🏽. I measured the PH correctly, to 5.9, and added some Reefertilizer grow nutrients to the water. I watered from the top, distributing the water evenly around the stem. My partner pointed to me that the lights seemed dim for the stage of the plant's life. So I had my lights set at 100 watts running at 20 % 😅. I realized that I had not increased the light intensity since the first few weeks of vegetation 🤦‍♀️🏽. So I increased the intensity to 100 watts running at 60%. Monday, July 26, 2021. First check-in 7:00 AM: The plant looks like it loves all of the new changes that I have made! It is finally growing 🤗 The sun is out, but it is not as intense as it should be because tiny particles of smoke are present in our air due to the wildfires, and they create a filter that makes the human eye see the sun blood red. It is quite apocalyptic. Regardless, I decided to take the plant out from the tent and record a time-lapse. It is fascinating how much movement plants have despite showing no noticeable signs of movement (to the human eye). Tuesday, July 27, 2021. It has been five days since I have made big changes to the plant's schedule and environment. The plant is finally showing good signs of growth, and its leaves colours have changed to a deep green. I am not watering the plant today, but I am spritzing it with water. I decided to take another time-lapse of the plant, but this time inside the tent. As I was setting up the tripod for my camera, I accidentally increased the humidifier 🤦‍♀️🏽. Luckily, I noticed within a reasonable timeframe and reduced the humidity and made the environment better. I increased the light intensity to 100 watts at 100%. The plant will stay in the tent all day today because it is raining ☔️.

So flower has seemed very slow. We are on day 60 of flower, and they are NOT ready. The past two weeks the pH has been dropping tremendously every day. I couldn’t imagine it would be a root issue since I use hydroguard and we have a chiller set at 67 degrees, plus the plants look healthy! So I did my research and tried everything. Finally I decided to go ahead and treat with hydrogen peroxide because nothing else was helping, and Bam! Stable pH! Lesson learned. I hope the plants now start putting on weight over the next week and maturing. I was hoping to flush in a week, but I will just base it off what they are telling me.

30/11: Off with their heads! on Day 15, i deemed both of them worthy of topping. Lets see how they take it! Watered them with 1L beforehand, 4ml/L rootjuice, 2ml/L Grow and activera, and 0,4g/L of microbes. 4/12: Training time! Stakes are in, canopy looks nice and even (enough) for me! Probably watering tomorrow on the 5th as the soil is still a bit too damp and the pots still a bit too heavy for my liking. Grow rate has drastically increased, they look nice and green, and topping hasnt stunted them. Cant wait for the coming weeks! 6/12: its the 6th now and i havent watered yet! overdone it on the 30/11 maybe. Oh well! theyre doing reasonably fine. Added timelapse. See you next week!

8/27 I think I mightve been overwatering. It's so hard to tell when the conditions change week to week. That's Maine for ya. Bags were still heavy and plants were soaked. I tried to shake the more advanced flowering plants without sending water everywhere. That's how septoria spreads. The event horizon I treated with plant doctor looks the best it ever has. It's tile for another application on the toasted toffy. I'm seeing a few spots again. I didn't have time to take pictures or do a video. This video is from last night. I'll treat that toasted toffy again today and I'll record it here. After I see it working u may treat the others. I see some residue of k bicarb but it has pretty much eradicated the pm. I know it will always be there but these treatments seem to be working. I'll be adding beastie bloom to my line up soon. EVERYDAY I go over the buds are bigger more compact and dense. Event horizon, toasted toffy and the red runtz (I think) in the 50 are flowering to beat hell! The get bigger everytime I see them. I can smell them as soon as I round the corner. This is going to be a good year. These strainsxare high in thc. Maybe I gave up some mold resistance and a harder to grow strain but if I can make it to the end it will be fire. WENT BACK OVER AROUND 5. OBVIOUSLY IN THIS SCORCHING 80°+ day the seedling in the 10 was dry as a popcorn fart. Some other plants seemed dry when I stuck my arm down the bag but I could feel some moisture when I pushed my finger through the medium. They WILL need water but I'm not giving it to them tonight. Took a shit ton if pictures and a video this morning. I'll uploadcthat shit tomorrow. I'm trying to do a couple right now. Anyway I continued to defoliate what needs it. Flowers are swelling. I GAVE THE TOASTED TOFFY ITS 2ND TREATING OF PLANT DOCTOR. I USED A QTR GALLON OF A 4 TSP PER GALLON MIXTURE. I MADE SURE TO GET AS MUCH OF THE FOLIAGE AS POSSIBLE AND THEN I USED THE RESTCON THE MEDIUM. I SHOULDVE PROBABLY WATERED THAT ONE BUT ITS GOING TO RAIN TONIGHT. AT LEAST I HOPE IT IS. Looks like some of the pics are uploading! Yay! The plants looked the best I've ever seen them tonight so I held off watering. My wife is I'll and may need to go to the hospital. So instead of watering prematurely I can monitor the situation and make a decision in the morning. I made enough phed water for my father to go around and water everything. He is aware of the situation. Hopfully that will not be necessary. However, I don't want to over water and I feel like they didn't want it. Just going with my intuition. It's done me pretty good so far. 8/28 Luckily no hospital. It's sprinkling out. Plants are covered in water so we got SOME rain. It says we will get 0.00 but that can't be right. I watered the 10 yesterday and everything else this morning with a gallon each except the middle gmo in the 30 which got 1.5 gallons. Did not water the one in the 50 gal pot. It looks a little overwatered. Also looks like it has a slight calcium/magnesium deficiency. I'll up the calmag and i'll make sure when I do water I'll water thoroughly. Like usual toasted toffy is looking better after the treatment. The all star has been the k bicarb. I haven't seen shit for pm. Just a little residue from the k-bicarb. Took a video and some pictures. This is the fun time. I like watching the buds develop. Some of these plants were monster cropped so they are STACKED. I'll keep what I do updated. 8/29 Made an awesome video today bit it won't upload. Probably because its a little over 2 minutes. I'll do another one if it won't upload. Nope it won't even attempt to upload it now. Oh well. They flowers just looked so pretty this morning. I noticed some WPM on the event horizon in the middle. I noticed SOME on the bottom and interior of the GMO that I had already identified. I'll do another k-bicarb treatment and see how that goes. Plant Doctor seems to he doing a pretty good job on the septoria on toastedctoffy and my favorite event horizon. That plantvis THICK. it's going to be stacked and have some huge colas. I need to LST it and suppirt those giant colas and separate them a bit more. There is never any shortage of work to be done I can tell you that. I treated the middle event horizon with it as well. It seems to work awesome. I'm losing tons of leaves. I hope that's normal senescence. I think it is seeing as how I see SOME foliage in the woods.
