Day 89 30/07/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today but I'm adding in Plagron Power Buds AND Plagron PK13-14 only 5ml each to 5ml water. It says to use on every irrigation from early flower so here we go. If I start getting burns I'll cut out a few advanced nutrients extras and go again from there. Week 7 for the ztrawberriez from fastbuds 420!!! We gave the last week of xpert nutrients feeding and will continue now with only water, harvest time is soon and at the moment the buds are looking great, nice smell in the tent and the buds are nice and covered in trichomes! The plants are not that big but of course i have quite some plants together in the tent and 7 liter pots so they stayed a little smaller, next time i will do maybe less plants but with the bigger 420 fastbuds airpots!

Auto Maxi Gom started bulking about a week ago. She is starting to develop some resin as well. She has been eating and drinking well. 🤞🏻the colas get nice and thick. I slightly increased the feed, beside that there is not much else going on. Just waiting. Very excited , first grow. Struggling with knowing the exact amount of water they need since I am already in the big pots their final resting home

Easy strain to grow, it is true to it's name and grows some big buds. You will need to tie them up or use a trellis to keep them from dropping. Overall I am satisfied with my results with over 2 ounces per plant.

Grow diary 11. This grow I'm running 4 diaries, one for each strain in the tent. So my plan is instead of a week being 7 days, my weeks are most likely going to be every 10 days. I think I'm going to take pictures every 5 days so there is a mid week and end week shot. I'm germinating in my propagation tent which is secret jardin dp60. I soaked the seeds in water for 15 hours. The seeds sank so i took that as a good sign. After the seed had soaked for 15 hours I then soaked the rockwool cube for 30 mins in PH 5.8 water with 0.5ml/L hydroguard. Gave the cube a shake and let it drain for 30 mins before placing the seed pointy side down so the top of the seed is level with the cube. Covered seed with a loose bit of rockwool. Placed into propagator with the sunblaster t5 lights on constant. After 71 hours the seed popped TEMP MAX 34.2C AVG 30.1C MIN 25.8C HUMID MAX 86.3% AVG 80.3% MIN 57.2% VPD MAX 2.07 AVG 0.83 MIN 0.64 Hopefully back in 10 days.

Growth is super, despite having splitting and getting a break where I topped due to something falling on the plant. I quickly patched her up with some electrical tape and a cable tie and she recovered within a day! Super resilient plant. She's starting to smell and putting out a few pistils already at the end of week 1 flower!

Well, this is the last week of flushing, then comes the chop. Timber! 🌲. Lol. I am super excited and happy with the results so far. I will update again when I harvest. 😃😎

Set 1&2 are out the green house in an outdoor setting but still under light....did some transplanting gonna do the rest in the upcoming week hopefully n maybe take some cuts other than that everything else running smooth Harvest the mother tree at the beginning of the week with would be about 6 weeks....took a few samples n she's hitting to say only dry a few days scent, flavor and effect are on point....still curing her out

So another relatively quiet week for Cotton Candy Kush this week. Some minor LST adjustments as she grew, but she has recovered extremely well from her topping and is growing nicely. I love watching the time lapse seeing her leaves constantly changing position depending on the light cycle. I am not 100% sure why the one root grew sideways. I wonder if during one of my photo shoots if something got caught when I was putting her back in the pot. Its been this way for a while, and causing no issue so not overly worries. Once she gets into the Bloom tent, it will be even less of a concern. Not much change in height as I have been LSTing her, but I am good with that. Upcoming Plans - I expect with her growth to be topping her very soon again.

Shes getting close to finish I threw a bucket of pure water trough the soil to lower the runoff ppm to 400, now she can finish with only water and whats left in the soil, no more nutrients I think she will finish in 1 or 2 weeks max.

Not much to report this week. This experiment has taught me plenty of lessons about this method. I suspect this crop will be a pretty large loss. The soil is too hot given the amount of left over wash from previous grow, the new seed was doing real well early in the week, but as it reached out and grew roots it just food nutrient burn :| One of the initial seeds (front left) has already started to enter flower phase. I suspect it will start to thrive a bit better , as it nute requirements will go up.

Week 5 of flower update and this was not a good week at all. The light burn got progressively worse over a 4 day stretch that I was away and couldn’t address it earlier. Torched a few tops pretty good. Likely salvageable but it wont be a pretty finish. The only good news about this is that my 2 100% keeper plants were either unaffected or only minorly. Went full beast mode and ripped apart the whole system just to cut 2” off the legs, clean, prune and then reinstall everything. We’re also gonna swap the cob light with an xs2000 and sf1000 combo. Same power but room for clearance error. If we’re lucky - we still get to the finish with some quality smoke and an initial sampling of this new F1. Jesus - my issues never seem to end these days….
