Documenting the progress after another week. Here's Week 3. Starting to show secondary leaves now coming in. "Acapulco Gold" and "Something Good" seem to be showing the most growth so far (more leaves, sticks in cups). Once they all get to be about as tall as the cups they're growing in, it will probably be time to transplant them into their bigger pots. These solo cups have a small hole for water to drain out as we've been manually feeding them and facing them where there's the most sun. During the day, it is sometimes warm enough to leave them outside. Lately, the air temperature has still been a bit too chilly. Once the air warms up some, we'll be putting about half of these plants in 3.5 gallon fiber pots and the other half in normal plastic pots. The smell is very strong up close, even with two inline fans and two carbon filters running. The plant on the left side started showing light burn. I checked the light levels above those leaves and it was around 75 DLI — looks like that spot is where the beams from my two “suns” overlap. I reduced the overall light output by about 5%, measured again and now it’s around 65 DLI in that area. That should be enough, I figured, otherwise the other shoots might end up starving for light. Today I noticed a magnesium deficiency and a slight potassium deficiency. I added Plagron CalMag (0.4mll), and at the same time I’m starting to introduce Plagron Green Sensation gradually — starting with 3 ml per 10 liters and increasing step by step. I put the plants under the Electric Sky 180 V2 I kept only 4 plants because one was growing really slow compare to the others and another turned out to be a automatic plant so i took it away as well. I am keeping 2 phenos of the Nanaz x BBC and 2 ot the Humboldt Headband.

Ladies have taken off! Finished week 2 with no issues in sight. I’ve been working my yoga poses to get under the scrog to clean and spray some essential oils for pest management. Also added some sticky traps, haven’t seen anything, not even a gnat, but can’t be too careful this time of year. I’ve been pushing her nutrients and got close to 1100 ppm, some slight burn at the tips was noticeable, but nothing else. Did some defoliation and the smells are strong! Perfect terp profile that I’m looking for, Gas, funk and skunk 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨 Happy Growing!

So starting week 3 or week 2 of veg. I upped my feed schedule to 4 times a day as well as upped the ppm to 550. Decided to finally named the plants. Left hand side is Amy and the right is Rose. I have been using doctor who characters for my plant names 🤓. Well it’s day 17 and rose is looking really good and robust. Amy on the other hand is still a bit small and looking like she has some sort of deficiency. Even though both plants have been treated the same. I am going to just keep doing what I am doing and hope she will catch up in time. She is slowly looking better and better. Other than that I am hoping to start my LST at the end of this week. I will update this week as it progresses. This actually about day 11 after sprout and starting veg. With that being said I did start a little light LST on rose. My last grow I had a similar issue where one plant was half the size of the other of the same strain. It made flowering awkward in my setup. So I am really going to concentrate on keeping rose as close to the same height as Amy. I’ll use LST as much as I can then I will be scrogging them as best I can.
