12 days to full transplantable roots. Right on schedule as expected. Moved 6 of the 12 clones (1 per plant) into a new 45L Rez that I cobbled together in an evening. Just small enough to fit into the cabinet. Hopefully the roots don’t choke each other out for territory while we work to reveg, re-flower and ultimately seed em all for the new F3 line. We’ll pick the best buds from the lot for the next testing run once we see what the pheno variation looks like from the main run in the tent. It’s a process and annoyance not to be yielding bud off a grow cycle but it is what it is if you want your own signature stuff. Alls good for now. Let’s just hope that the 6 coats of paint I threw on the lid is enough to keep out the grow light penetration🤞. Shoulda used black, whatever.

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

Act III - Week 11: The Dame Finally Breaks Bad Hallelujah, folks! Our dame finally saw the light – or rather, the lack thereof. Flowering has begun, a slow burn that's more like a smoky confession than a fireworks display. Big shoutout to all the growmies out there who kept me calm during this green-fingered fiasco. Still, gotta be honest, this is some seriously late blooming for an "auto." My outdoor non-autos have also started flowering. Looks like this dame had her own schedule, one that wouldn't be rushed by sunshine or a well-timed trim. Growth slowed down this week, a respectable 4cm. She's putting all her energy into those precious flowers. Speaking of which, tiny shoots have started popping up all over – another sign our dame's finally embraced her floral destiny. Rain and sunshine, both in abundance this week, seem to have given her the push she needed. But the question remains, folks – will this late bloomer be worth the wait? Stay tuned for Act III, where the stakes are higher than a penthouse with a bad view, and the harvest moon hangs heavy in the smokey air.

4/6/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 1- Last week in VEG, They are all looking amazing and no worry about stretch when I flip Next Saturday they are indica and I have more than 50% of distance from the top of the plant to the lights with a little more I can raise the lights if necessary. So going to really just enjoy this last week of VEG, and get my Cloning equipment ready. I will be taking 2 cuts for each this is also a PHENO hunt for HWG and he not only has the prize for the winner but he also has an additional bounty on a cut of the winner. I did have to take some from around the edges to keep them from touching. 4/7/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 2- Didn't do anything today but watch them grow.. They will be getting a really good flip trim and clean up for clone material on Friday/ Saturday. 4/8/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 3- Couldn't even get a picture of the #1 at first too much Foliage throughout.. So I had to clean that up and make sure they all still have some separation before flip. 4/9/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 4- Huston we almost had an issue.. I looked at my Res and she was in desperate need of 10 gallons to get her through until next water change on Saturday. So I added 10 gallons and the Nutes. I added 10 Gallons of Water I added the following Nutes: CalMag= 1.00Mil/Gal= 10Mil FloraMicro = 5.4Mil/Gal= 54Mil FloraGro= 4.2Mil/Gal= 42Mil FLoraBloom= 4.6Mil/Gal= 46Mil 4/10/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 5- Had to giver them a huge clean up today I couldn't even see the numbers in the first pic. I am also worried that #1 and #3 really, really are getting huge over the last few days.. starting to think I should have flipped them this past Saturday.. The interesting things is even though this is an Indica Strain, I might have to super crop just to keep them off the lights. The joys and sorrows of RDWC and timing. 4/11/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 6- Even though Flipping in Two days almost wish I would have gone at Week 7. I am really worried about #3, #1 and #2 are huge and when I put them in flower they are going to stretch out 4/12/2024 - Vegetation Week 8 Day 7- Day of Work.. Lots of Work.. I gave all three a Cloning/Flower cleaning.. all three got cleaned up top Inside and bottom, I took 2 cuts of each to see which one come out on top then I will kill off the other cuts once I have a winner in flower. I clean up this thoroughly before I flip because it reduces the work load on the next major clean up I do on Week 4 of Flower.and they are so much taller that it is going to be a pain in the ass to maintain canopy space for #3, we will see how it goes and adjust as necessary..

***May 2 The plant looks like it's either a little deficient or it's starting to go through some senescence. I added 1 tsp. extra of both calnesium and the Bloom, to give it one last push for the last going off. The nugs are all solid as rocks, and the smell is still just as strong. When touching the plant, my hands are left with a very sticky feeling. It responded very well to the supercropping last week, and hasn't shown any issues. Still a few fresh pistils coming in, so I think it's finishing off stacking and then next week I can cut the nutes back down and let it finish itself off.

11 weeks / 77 days old today. They’ve definitely fattened up more this week. We got to a point where we were 50% amber pistils but then both plants sprouted a load of new ones so hoping for another week of bulking up! We have a few more milky looking trichomes too. I’m hoping they’ll be partially done in the next couple of weeks. Inspected all the buds and I’m pretty sure I’m gonna have to harvest in 2 or 3 steps and give the lower buds a bit more time to ripen up. I don’t know what I’ve done to piss her off so much but purple skunk is now covered in brown spots on quite a lot of leaves. I dosed her up with some calmag and since then I’ve switched to water only. I’ve noticed she’s slowed down drinking isn’t taking as much as sticky orange now. Chopped more yellowing leaves from around the bottom. Hoping this is another sign they’re coming towards the end. My patience got the better of me this week and I chopped a little bud off sticky orange to try. I haven’t smoked for months and even though they’re not there yet it almost sent me straight to sleep. So very excited to try the finished product! See you in week 12!

Well, we are a few days early from our usual updates, but we are approaching are final weeks of flower and starting to prepare for harvest. We’re going to start flushing this week, but just trying to figure out the most efficient technique for the best results. If you guys have any tips and ideas we are open to all suggestions. This was a strain I’ve had my eye on for a very long time and happy to say I have now fully experienced her from seed until harvest ! The ladies were harvested on Day 58 of flower and were hung to dry. Very easy to grow, not sensitive to anything and likes it a bit dryer in her pot. Beautiful plant to look at while in bloom - completely covered in trichomes and lots of beautiful calyxes While in flower she smells of fresh fruit and and very pungent. After dry she smells of cheese, earthy and peppery. I would love to send her off for some lab results as the effects tell me she is high in thc! Will definitely grow her again :)00

Commencing Week 14 - 6th week of flowering - Day 92 from germination - Day 42 of 12/12 on January 23rd D.98/48 wooooooooooooooooh this Garden is super stinky right now in a good way 👃💪👍👌👏😁 The colors are changing up beautifully signaling the end of life and the beginning of a whole new level of appreciation for these beautiful flowers 💚 - 💛🧡💜❤️ I'm currently under the impression that hydroponics can speed up production, (in my experience with organic growing growth is a little slower and as well as the ripening / muturation rate) so I'm may even be able to harvest a majority of this a few days early. There is also a few tricks I might employ in order to speed this process up. It's fine by me either way I can wait so we'll see 😁 So far this has been my first successful indoor DWC grow in quite some time and I am very patiently yet very anxiously awaiting the time when I can enjoy the fruits of my labor. at this point as long as I don't mess anything up it should be smooth sailing right up to the very end which is now what I am looking forward to the most coming up: the harvest and smoke report To all the breeders so I put in the hard work for for me and allowed me to grow their strains thank you! To all the fellow growers and enthusiast who have been paying attention and chiming in from time to time I especially appreciate you and thank you for your patience in dealing with my late updates. I promise my smoke report will be incredibly thorough and make up for your patience throughout the recording of this journal. Day 46 for this pretty lady. She’s so big and bushy and full. I’m just in awe of how she turned out. Very very excited for her she’s full of life and vigor. Nothing I’ve thrown at her has seemed to matter. Idk what Russian means but hey who cares when they look like this. Hello beautiful. Can’t wait to see her full and bulk out.

Got full fall colors in, looks like we’re on the final stretch and flush. I’ll be monitoring the trichomes for ripeness. 🤘🏼🌱🔥
