Hello fellows growers ✌️ First week of flowering, plants started their stretch after 5 days of 12/12 lights cycle. And some plants showing their first white pistils. I gonna start to cut some shoots at the bottom of the plants, I already know these small ones won’t reach the top. And will start to unplug some few big fan leaves, that are covering shoots just below the canopy to give them some light. ✅New Growers Tips ✅ ✅Switch to 12/12 light flowering cycle when your lights are half way to the ceiling. ✅Stick on your Veg. nutrients to give them Nitrogen to support the stretch and avoiding any dieback situation (plants yellowing from the bottom, moving their Nitrogen to save the top) around week 4 of flowering. Start of week 8 and the plants are crowning all over the place, except for the sativa dominate pheno. All plants will get water only for week 8 and 9 , looks like they will be ready for harvest at 9 1/2 weeks. Pheno number 2 looks to be the only one fastest to mature. So far the gavita pro 1700e is out performing 1000 watt hps hands down had to plug in the hps on days when outdoor temps is in the mid 80 degree just to get grow room temps to hit 83 to 84 degrees so co2 gets used more efficiently. Looks like the gravitas will crush it in dry weight too.

This was definitely a good week, I was a little concerned after the power outages we had last week, but it just goes to show how resilient my babies are..there was no signs of stress, the buds are swelling up, tricomes are developing..actually some already started to turn cloudy..I did increase the strength of the nutrients this past week..they are receiving a ppm close to 1000..or 2.0-2.1 ec..no signs of nutrients burn..I may do a slight increase some time this week knowing that flushing is right around the corner..other than that, no complaints on my end..will continue you update you in my next upload😎

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 2/2- Here we go Week Nine! These ladies are past the 60 day mark since breaking ground and are in the home stretch! The 2 phenotypes are about equal in flower development. Their flowers are densely stacked and have a beautiful purple and pink hue contrasted by numerous bright orange pistils that are showing. The #2 is a beast with wide spread branching and plentiful bud sites! The #1 has had her issues and is a markedly different phenotype, but she's LOADED with some absolutely phenomenal flowers! It never fails that all the plants I've grown that experienced some sort of major issue have all turned out to be stellar! I'll keep rubbing my rabbits foot! 😎 Daily watering with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which is ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ continues as these girls stay thirsty! 2/4- Yesterday I watered today with 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉. I also removed some shade leaves that had begun to yellow and checked trichomes on the #2... not yet. 🔎 2/6- This evening I put the #1 phenotype in the dark after checking her trichomes which were right where I want them at this point. She'll spend 48-72hrs in the dark with a fan on her and I'll also maintain the moisture in her pot so it doesn't dry out. I watered today, removed some shade leaves from the #2's canopy and turned her pot. The 2202 testers really look absolutely AMAZING and I can't wait to see them when they finish up! 🤩💚 2/8- Well, the #1 is hanging peacefully drying slowly at 64℉ @ 60% RH and should be ready to trim in 6-8 days +/-. The #2 is absolutely beautiful with her purple coloration getting more pronounced as she fades! I'll be putting her in the dark in the next 2-3 days to spend 48-72hrs before she gets cut and hung! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking away and the frost continues to accumulate! 9/8- Today, before watering the Papaya Sherbet, I did some needed plant maintenance, removing a bunch of old dead leaves, along with a handful of shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- Well with four weeks of flower behind her now, the Papaya Sherbet photo is almost halfway through with another 5-6 weeks to go. Strain was a hardy IMO easy to grow,great BUD/LEAF ratio so it will be easy to manicure...I would grow this again. I will post final weight in a couple weeks. 60/60 for about 10 days will cure it wonderfully . I cannot post wet weights as I trim dry and do not remove flowers from branches until they are cured. 9 1/2 lbs dry weight of WELL manicured bud. That comes out to 1.66 grams/watt !

So far so good! These ladies are looking great thus far! They have grown faster than I could have imagined. I look forward for the coming weeks!

week 2 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort So i just fixed my fan on day 6, vpd has been creeping upward the last two days and especially today towards 1.1 , got slightly better air circulation so hopefully the pot will dry quicker from now on. Will probably water 3 pints of water with aloe and cal mag each around 120 ppm, top her up with light mix soil (potting soil aka peat moss) , she's getting night time sprays of amino acids now to balance out the soil pH towards 6.5 , sprayed once with kelp and cal mag ph-ed with GHE dry pH down at 0.1 grams to get it to 6.0 but rain is 5.5 so i pray i'm okay, might do even less ph down next time. completely low maintenance yet she might be the first of the wet bunch to get topped off and watered once dry 🚀

Everything went well over vacation! The girls are doing okay overall. They needed bigger pots and it's starting to show overall. Another reason not to use autos cause I can't lollipop. But the watering process is going well. The orange isn't doing too hot either in this tent. Small pots. Hopefully starts to look better. I'm considering using synthetic nutrients in this grow to start giving for power. Watered 3 times with Flawless Finish with 20% run off. After that, flushed everything out with plain water and then watered plain water a few more times with no run off (not all at once😀).. Just waiting on the pot to dry out completely 👌🙌
