25.08.2024 day 14 of flowering. finally got somme sun after 6 day of rain, the camper berry look fine. showing nice grow and nice flower build up. the blackberry just look like shooting star in the night sky. fast berry have start to show dark coloration to, with the night temp getting colder as the summer slowly past by she should have a nice dress by end of september.

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. The first is the only Biscotti Skunk that was female of 5 cloning for outside run but will do great in basement without PW issues. The second is lemon og spotless, and the third is the grape skunk thats got most color the second tallest of the grape skunks, cloning for testing in New England zone 7 should get at least one if not all 3 to finish before cold sets in.

2 big plants are left and both are doing great. Sensi Skunk is very tall now from the stretch in flower.

Another week of step increases. I changed out the led light for a MH on Tuesday 10/09. I set the MH light at 200 watts 10 inches away to start with. On Wednesday I watered the girls at 6pm until slight runoff. On Thursday 10/11 I added a floor fan that oscillates to get air movement below the plants. I also increased the MH light to 300 watts and moved the light to 12 inches away from the plants. After the light increase I started to have a huge dip in humidity. I added water to the plant saucers in the tent to bring it up. Its getting better but still not where I want it. I will be monitoring this. Saturday 10/13 I turned up the light to 400watts at 7 pm and increased the light distance to 15inches. Its keeping the temp right around 80f without having to increase fans or any other adjustments. I also did the hand test and it was hot but it was warm so I believe it is in the sweet spot. I watered them again today until runoff. I can't believe the wingspan they already have. Looks like I'll be moving them to 5 gallons way sooner than I thought,

The smell is very strong…14 days before harvest I’m not loving the humidity levels in the high 78% however the wind is very strong so they should help dry up the buds there’s a Full Moon on July 13th 4 days from now so I expect rain and I harvest a week after…soil is currently drying out….I’ve read that coco coir can flush within a week so I will start soon.

I will continue to update once they are dry and ready for cure . I have cut down in jar everything the wait was 114 grams please consider that when it comes to my weight I wait until the main stem breaks with a loud crunch and the buds are really dry to the touch reason for it I have a very busy life and at the end of the day this is just a hobby so I cannot be opening those jars many times a day at most one in the morning and one in the night so I want to avoid mold on them so I push in a Boveda pack to keep them nice . I will update with flavours and other details once I try it I've I have been smoking a different strain that I will review today . After 4 weeks curing in jars the smoke it is very smooth very nice taste like tropical citrusy with a hint of skunk buds are very smelly and hybrid density to them very enjoyable to have . thank you for reading have a happy grow
