Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Day 65. Girls are okish, calmag mini def is still after me, now even Gorillas show off some reddish leaves stems, hope they just cant keep up with speed and amount... In flowering its bad to have unhealthy plants, so CalMag today and full bloom tommorrow eve. Girls started to drink really fast. Control garden is my joy now, Outside Cookie is a pity tho.... We shall see.... In plans to raise lights back to 60 cm from canopy, girls stretched a bit, need to adjust and i just cant wait couple more weeks till first round of defoliation :))) hope to do it on day 18 of flower latest.. Canopy is too packed, need better air and light. Thinking to get heavy artillery out, epsom salt dresing :)) thats my last hope to fight that reddish-violet and make it green again. It takes two weeks to kick inn, but works always for me... Day 66. Girls are happy, hungry and in full blast. Control garden has such healthy green its hard to describe... Cookies on other hand streched as f@%k, will have to lolitop them really high, so no proper grow and small harvest, taste is the only thing that can save them... Worthless for now.... All girls streched like 5 cm in one day, they loved CalMag. Lights been raised like 7 cm. Lets see... Day 68. Changed plans a bit, girls got silica acid with plain water and they loved it! They are happy campers and grow really fast, now only to have patience till defoliation. Girls are super packed, will have to care about them 2x more than avarage, thinking to plug in conditioner, but its still coldish weather outside, so hope to last two more weeks without that beast, no tv or orher aplaincies while this beast runs :)))) Day 68, evening. First time checked my girls after light switch to flower and i am lost, will they make it? Canopy height is like 30-35 cm, they had small lolitopings on lower levels during vegetation ( see week 8 first video just mute it, they where striped like this on week 5 as well) in video its even hard to see, but its jungles!!!! Have one fresh air fan, double fan set with carbon out, inside two standing fans and powerful conditioner, will i make it with only defoliation or should i clear them hard aswell? Never growed such low and dence plants before. Please advice or show diary to read. Plus a 30 days old Incredible Bulk, almost no feed, no germination or transplanting, straight to soil and no direct light above. Hope you will see this same strain grower :) Peace.

I will have to make sure I watch that on all my future grows. I prayerful that this week will get me fully back on track, in my previous grows using my chart, I haven't had any issues during this week, so again prayerful that this is the week I am back on point. 3/5/2023 Week 3- Day 2 of Veg (Day 32 overall) ROOT ROT!!! I guess from when I drowned it I caused a lurking issue that really showed it's head today. The roots were looking not slightly bleached but looking black. I cut out what looked dead and I had to run to the local Hydro shop to pick up some items to see if I can fix it and strengthen the plants. I picked up Mammoth Silica, ORCA, and ROOT Drip. I actually needed to top 1 node on #2. PH is stable, Temps are stable.. I think the additives are truly making a difference I think I will be adding them to all my grows from here on out. 3/9/2023 Week 3- Day 5 of Veg (Day 36 overall) Both still appear to be on the mend Still some dark brown on a small part of the roots and I don't know if those are just dead but it doesn't look like it is spreading and I see a bunch of new roots forming. Nothing new on the leaves at all. So I think the trio that I added is helping. The plants also seem to be in raised happy position going towards the light. I still plan to change the water on Saturday and go from there. 3/10/2023 Week 3- Day 6 of Veg (Day 37 overall) Moved the light up to 41 1/2" so 3' 4 1/2" away from the top of the Plants. PPFD= 363 Power on my Light =62.5 Water Temp is holding steady=70.3 PPM= 534 PH= 5.92 Tent Temp= 72.5 Humidity= 50-60% I have 2 humidifiers running on INK Bird controllers monitoring it 24/7. I will be changing out the water tomorrow even though I could let it go an extra week but I am still concerned that the Root Rot is clearing up and I don't want to risk it coming back. I want fresh Nutes/ water in the tanks. I topped 2 nodes on #3 I topped 3 Nodes on #2 I also cleaned out some of the bottom third portion that isn't getting much light and not much growth at all. #2: 8 1/2" tall, 18" Wide #3: 7 1/2" Tall, 15" Wide

Day15 - Day17: I had some difficulties to get the humidity right. It was either too high or fluctuating too much. I ended up getting a timer for the plug and running the humidifier 15mins every hour. To help with air flow, I have the main duct fan running 4 times a day for an hour. To ensure that there's airflow around the plant, I have a fan in the light as well as a smaller clip-on fan that runs during light hours. I'm not sure how the camera moved on day17... I only watered it mid-day. Day18: The timer on the humidifier and Duct Fan is now keeping the humidity in a good space. VPD now under control Day19: The Vivosun controller perfectly adapted the lighting schedule to an hour earlier, to ensure 6hrs of darkness. UInfortunately the RPi kept it's 04:00 schedule (makes sense). So I captured an hour of darkness. Adapted everything. Will have 18hrs again from Day20 onwards. Day20: In the next days I'll lift the camera higher for a better view of what's happening up top. My mesh-netting-dingsbums will arrive and I'll use this as a platform for the pi+camera. Day21: I'm not sure if I like this angle. I'll only keep it like this until she goes into veg-mode. It at least shows the new nodes growing from different perspective

Welcome growfessors to my latest run of my all time favorite strain Super Lemon Haze. This was the last clone I took from a SLH mother plant I had started from seed. This clone has been very slow to develop and grow over the last 14 weeks, I've decided I'm going to flip her over to flowering in a couple weeks, instead of using her as a new mother plant.

Plants are starting to really stack with crystals. Even the fan leaves have crystals. This plant may be a crystal paradise.

Bit of nute burn appeared on just one of these phenos overnight. I think this is as this plant flowers longer than my nute charts so did a bit of experimenting. Wil dial it back a bit at this stage next grow to avoid this and have dialled back a bit now, moving forwards. It's not too bad and still seems localised to certain parts of just one plant so not gonna stress about it.

Long time no post! I’ve been lazy about it, my bad. I’ll try and catch up before harvest in a week!! All going excellent, think I had a calmag issue early on because of how big these ladies got but they are finishing very strong! No issues with heat or humidity, all pretty controlled this time!!

28/04/2021 Ya comenzaron a comer muy bien! La semana que viene se agregan unas galponeras y luego se trasplanta a la cantela. Teniendo en cuenta la luna, estaríamos trasplantando el jueves o viernes de la semana próxima. 03/05/2021 Tres plantas de las mas viejas comenzaron a amarillentas un poco, se estima que fue por una alta temperatura el fin de semana. Veremos que sucede mañana al aplicar el combo de MEN de viejo brujo.

Steady healthy growth ive found no spidermites so far. Very chrystaline very beautiful. Very good recovery from spidermite damage so far.very exited to see how this goes. Red diesel smells very sweet and fruity other ones smell very strong but more earthy.

Both of these girls are really starting to stack it on. They were late to the party- but they are surely making up for it now. I’m going to have to be extra careful this week With humidity.

Day 57: Today I defoliated all the plants again. It wasn't much on the Tropical Marker, but I had to remove quite a bit from the other two because they're growing very bushy. I also wove the shoots further into the net. I think it's turning out really well. I also watered the Tropical Marker and the Purple Kush with 2 liters of water each with fertilizer and a pH of 6.3. I set the light to 80%. The Tropical Marker's flower is getting bigger and bigger! Day 58: Not much new has happened; they've enjoyed the defoliation and more light. All the girls are preaching to the light. I've also woven some shoots further into the net. Day 59: Hey guys, the plants look great! The Purple Kush and Pink Gelato are starting to stretch more. The buds are slowly forming. Today, I watered all three plants with 2 liters of water. I added 5 ml of Hes-Bio-Bloom and 1 ml of Bio-Bizz-Calmag to the water per liter. Then, I increased the pH to 6.4 with bio-bizz-up. Here and there, I weaved some shoots further into the net.

Well she transitioned into flower this week but she is stretching at a fast rate. I'm hoping she keeps stretching another week or two. Two of the other autos started to bud this week but i was hoping this one would be offset beings that is was germinated a little later so Im wondering if theirs something that triggered them to flower other than its genetics. It did cool down this week from in the 100's, to mid 80's and mid 60's at night. They got more compost tea this week and some rain a few days earlier in the week followed by sunshine.

Easy strain to grow specially for beginners

04.05 They are doing well after the defoliating 05.05 I decided to remove some smaller branches to give the main stems more potential to grow, we have per plant around 4 - 6 main stems, there would be a possibility to do more but since I need to be ready in time I am fine what I have here in form of stems. Beside that I really saw the first time a difference between the pots with airdome and the one without. The one without needs later water, I watered every pot with airdome again with 1500ml and will do the other pot later this day. 08.05 After a talk with a friend and some information I found through the www, I decided to lollipop way earlier and way more restrictive then I would usually do. 09.05 Watered with 1500ml 11.05 I finally installed the autopot system and measured the water in the tank. Hesi is reducing the PH level and am not sure if it is really healthy for plants potted in soil to have such a low PH.

So in the last couple of weeks I tried to make the night time temperature go down enough for them to turn color and they did - the sugar leaves turned a deep bluish green, really nice coloring! I harvested over a 2-day period. Day 1 I hand-plucked the sugar leaves off plants # 1, 2, & 3. Day 2 I hand-plucked plants 4 & 5, trimmed all of them and cut them down whole. I hung them to dry in my closet/former grow room with a boot tray of water with a towel for evaporation. My last grow was a disappointment in the end due to me not realizing how dry it is in the house (here in the living room it's 19% RH due to it being January in Canada and the hot water heating radiators are going full time). When they were dry enough, I did the final trimming, removing all the waste and dividing the buds into 2 classes: Top tier which are the nice tops of the big colas, and 2nd tier, which are the rest. I think I'll learn to make hash with the 223 grams of wet sugar leaves. I'll be adding more to this final entry in the coming days - this has been really tiring! Final numbers for 5 ShishkaBerry plants: Top tier buds (dried not cured) 372g 2nd tier buds (dried not cured) 150g Hand plucked sugar leaves (wet) 223g Waste (Sticks, stems, burnt leaf tips) 128g I'm basing my comments on the taste by the glove-hash I smoked - wow it's really good! I'm looking forward to next month when these buds will be ready to enjoy 😁 I'd like to thank all my new friends here and the other growers that have helped me along the way 😚 Finally, I left you with an outtake video from one of the defoliation sessions 😺 Stay tuned for updates... UPDATE 1: Today I might have made some tincture or something, not sure. I slow-roasted the dried but not cured previously hand plucked sugar leaves and crumbled them up and put them in a mason jar (51 grams 100% dry weight) and added a little bottle of Absolut Vodka (375 ml). I shook the mixture vigorously for a couple of minutes then placed it in a cool area of the house to sit for a few weeks before a first test - not totally sure what I'm doing here). UPDATE 2: Possibly made Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) out of the Alsolut vodka - ShishkaBerry mixture: I strained it so that there was no plant material, reduced it in a double boiler style, not sure what to do with the gooey stuff that's left as a result.
