Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending on my photos and cut down 2 of the 3 Blackberry’s. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. Also all close up pics of the Critical+ are with the lights off and flash on. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Looking beautiful this week. Getting some lovely fades on the white widows. The blue sherbets are really packing weight on and smell banging. Trichs now really milking up. Will just keep diluting the res with plain water this week to drop the ec slowly down before the final 5 day flush. Will also drop the res temps to try and shock them into a few more trichs.

Anesia Seeds - Chimera Cut - Day 80 Our Chimera Cut from Anesia Seeds has reached day 80, with 32 days of flowering, and it looks absolutely stunning. The buds are dense and fully covered with a thick layer of trichomes, giving it a frosty shine and promising incredible potency. The vibrant green leaves remain healthy and lush, showing that the plant is thriving and getting everything it needs. Its structure is strong, and resin production is off the charts — every day it gets covered with more and more trichomes. Day 37 - Giving her another light feed with sufficient calmag to rectify the calcium deficiency. Day 39 - Received another feed with everything listed above at 600ppm. The lush green is coming back to the leaves and the wilting has been reduced with the small heater. I’m aiming to keep the tent above 67 or 10-12 deg lower than day time temps which were last averaging 77 and 55%RH.

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

Week 16 Everybody is on Flower! End of August: daylight 13h20: 7h20/20h40. Day temperature max: 26°C - Night temperature : 17°C Sunny weather - 2/3 rainy days in 2 weeks Enriched the soil with seaweed powder and bat guano. Continue to add flowering nutrients: Grower Master I added some Calmag one time. Watering 2L/plant every 3 days (2 days would be better) With humidity growing and the relatives hot temperatures: the predators are attacking plants. Everything appears so fast: Aphids, caterpillars, leaf miner flies. Did a general defoliation before spray my mixture Garlic + laurel (12cl Garlic juice + 5cl laurel infusion + 1L distilled water: beware PH!!). I sprinkled diatomaceous earth on top of soil to protect and minimize the infestation. Brake Pad Breath: still deep green and bushy. Flowering since 4 weeks. The most advanced, pretty good flowers with long pistils are growing. Spared until now: the plant is victim of Aphids, miner leaf flies and caterpillars in a « reasonable way »….try to eradicate the problem without shocking the plant at this stage. Flash Back#2: around 2 weeks flowering, stretched a few centimeters more, well developed plants with lot of blooming sites. Relatively spared by pests, just some aphids. GMO X Zombie Kush: some difficulties to recover….just engaged the flowering process, not to bad if she resist to the second pest’s wave. Royal Moby: uncertain destiny….recovering good, sativa style: 155cm, just starting the flowering stage…super late! Harvested a pretty auto flower: White Russian by Serious Seeds. Well developed plant, a little bit long to be ready but resinous and meaty buds.

TUESDAY 4/2: I fed her about 1/2 gallon of all the good stuff, and started her on Open Sesame and Tiger Bloom. Increased Terpinator, Bud Candy, and Calimagic, and decreased Grow Big. She's got at least 10 good bud sites and I never even FIM'd her.👍 MONDAY: I spun her around and foliar fed her a few times TUESDAY: I fed her about 3/4 gallon and started her on Open Sesame and Tiger Bloom. Foliar fed a few times and tweaked the timers again.. WEDNESDAY: I foliar fed a few times and rotated her, then took some photos. She's starting to stretch now.👍 THURSDAY: I foliar fed her a few times and rotated her. FRIDAY: I watered her with about a half-gallon including boomerang, bud candy, terpinator, kelp me kelp you, calimagic, and armor si. I foliar fed her several times and rotated her 180 degrees.

Hello everyone and thanks for checking out my grow! This week has been another great week with good growth. I did quite a bit of defoliation this week to uncover some of the sites that had been blocked from getting light. They have handled it really well and bouncing back in now time! My back left plant is starting to show some really pretty buds, I need to get get my camera figured out and get some better pictures because I feel sometimes my phone just does not do them justice. I can tell a big difference from my first grow and this grow at this point, just the difference in the buds and how I have trained and defoliated has been much better for sure. I know I still have a lot of experience to gain, but I really enjoy learning and thriving to produce the highest quality cannabis I am capable of. I learn a lot from a lot of you guys so thank you all for being awesome. I have still been keeping my EC relatively low, slowly increasing each week and also altering topping the res with mixed nutrients or RO water plus calmag. It seems to be working pretty well. My PH stays pretty stable although I did have to make one adjustment last week where it rose on me a little more than normal, but we have been staying in that 5.9-6.1 range else wise. My EC is also stable this week right around 1.0, will be going to around 1.1 Friday when I change my water and nutrients. Humidity has been staying pretty constant around 55, there was a few times it got up to low 60s because I fell asleep and didn't empty my dehumidifier in lung room, but was only a couple hours here and there so no biggie, no signs of any issues. They are really starting to pack on the trichomes as well though and when I first open the tents when the lights come on I am hit with a wonderfully sweet pungent smell! I am super excited to continue to watch these girls finish! Just going to keep sticking to the plan and monitoring these girls! See you guys in a week. February 9 officially all autos are in day 90. Them BigBud is dope, never dissapoints me, stacking dense buds. The trichomes are forming🦍. Cant wait for them to explode more in quantity. Usually i stop feeding them nutes at day 110 and just feed them plain PH water with just banana compost+mollases only.

Into the 4th week of flower already. Got a bit stressed from the massive leaf stripping I did at week 3 and slow to start drinking again. Same strains drinking at 1/2 the speed of my previous grow. Lesson learned here to give the plant time to grow into the large pot before flipping to flower.
