This huge b**ch just refuses to mature on the vine! 🤣 The buds have reached peak girth a couple of weeks ago but the trichome prod is continuing and the smell slowing coming around. I’m giving it a couple more weeks max anyway as I need the space for upcoming plants. Pretty wild stuff for a strain said to be ready in 10 weeks!

Pow pow and welcome in official start of week 12 (week6 of flower) We are 86 days from seed and 36 days into flowering period now. It’s definitely the strangest part as every day gets longer and longer with waiting 😉 Good part is - we are in total cruise control mode now. It’s the last week girls are getting any food with EC around 2.2 - 4 litres per day each. Dehumidifier pulling out around 6 litres of water every 24h still keeping humidity on high 50’s - it’s not bad. Overdrive is doing its magic - day after first implementation buds started to get bigger and bigger every day 😍 LemonWalker with main branches as big as my arm started showing the weight so needed to instal some quick support above scrog netting using training wire leftovers. She's getting on well nice bud production a bit behind the zombie but has been from start nodes a stacking well she seems more bushy than the zombie not quite at the net yet will raise her on something if she doesn't make it removed a few leaves every now and then keep a nice air flow and light penetration she's stinking up the place really nice sweet smell looking forward to tasting her lol thanks for reading happy growing guys

Our number #17 grows really well, the leaves have only a few flaws and are tapered a little curled perhaps but I think that's the effect of the beginning, the stem is straight and does not bend and is very well proportioned. I am giving Plagron Pwer Roots rooting soon starting with Alga Grow. The plant grows well, the leaves are regular and very turned towards the light, it is very proportionate even I don't see stretching, bending and things that don't convince me. The girls have already been poured into 11 liter jars because the biodegradable jars have started to decompose prematurely, no problem let's go to the ground. Week 3, check Had to battle fungusgnats again:( thought i had em all. So did a h202 3% 33/66 mix with water and flushed again-_- I also added a 1000 predatory Mites in the ballpark and nematodes. this week I wanted to add a wire mesh between the pot and the saucer, to make the roots breathe more and not to sediment the nutrients on the bottom. I increased the ventilation because in flowering it needs less humidity and decreased the nutrients after noticing a yellowing in the tips of the leaves. we are almost there 😍😍

It’s the final week. I’m just giving them a couple of waterings with ph’d water before the chop.

As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

This week started strong. Some small concerns due to small orange spots appearing on fan leaves which on researching indicates a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Will add a small amount of cal mag to their next feed

A step back recently: Started a final flush (2 days in), and decided to start feeding her again - thanks to some great GD input! 250 ppm at re-start and will work my way to 500ppm? She's still rockin' along - like nothing happened. She topped out at 350 ppm without tanking PH, so she is stable here. PH is now swinging down fairly quickly last 12 hours. Drained off 1/3 of reservoir and get reservoir down to 250PPM. 5 days later, major PH swings down again. Mixed another fresh reservoir. I am using Zero Water 5 gallon system, and just realized the PPM coming out was 100, and PH at 3! If I am at 100 today, that means these filters have been shot for a while, maybe since start of my PH issue. There is also interesting information about when zero water filters reach their expectancy. They put out fishy smell and otherwise. I will be watching my filters more often and taking more notes since this ZeroWater 5 gal system is really the way to go if you are only growing a plant or two. Filters are a bit spendy but when you take time, gas, convenience etc. its a no brainer (if the water coming out is zero:) - I get about 15 gallons per filter (175ppm from tap). Day 70. It’s been about a day since new res change. Steady Eddie at 250 ppm and 6.2. I’ll let her drink the bucket down a good ways if things remain stable with a drift down. I doubt it though, 5 gallon is fine for 12” autos but at 2’ she really needed 8 gal. Time to up the R&D on the cabinet! Also checked Zero Water again and filter is now putting out 200ppm of 3.0 water. New filters installed! Hope she finishes soon, the top of her canopy slowly getting cooked over the last 10 days. 8" of light distance is too little. PPFD 2000+ at the top, but leaf temps are in the upper 70's. Gotta hit a decent DLI on these lower buds - without nuking the top nugs, right?! As the week concludes, she’s in a fresh bath, at 250ppm @ 6.0 and running stable again. New water filters installed so zero water variable removed. Last serving of half+ teaspoon of GH dry KB ripening, and will reduce ppm by 25/day until I reach 10-15%. 1-2 day flush, if at all.

Another good week!! I defoliated the smaller of the 2 plants mid-week... I think she is doing very fine. A small hiccup with the feed that same night. Only a few leaves are showing any sign on nutrient burn. I went ahead and fed them again today. I plan on watering them in a day or two... they were very thirsty this afternoon!! So, I definitely need to up the watering. I've still been feeding 3 quarts twice a week. Otherwise, all seems to be going well!! They are frosting up very nicely!! So exciting!! Peace!! Update for grow question: @The8thChevron thanks!!! I pulled them and will hope for the best for now. So close to the finish line. If I see more trouble brewing I will pull the plant. I don't know how to answer directly to you on the grow question.... Thanks again!!
