The plant will be harvested in the next 48hrs. I checked the thricoms with a microscope, and they are all cloudy with 30% amber. Its been flushing for a week now. I am going to let her mature a bit more and start the drying process in the next two days. The colour of these buds are amazing and the smell is so nice and fruity. I am not going to have a big harvest from this plant, due that it was an outdoor grow for almost 80% of her life, but i am going to have good quality for sure.

10/8 - going along steady. I'll take few more glam shots later. 2 MONTHS. It may not look like much but I'm proud of these 3. This is probably the healthiest tent I've had since I started growing inside. I just want them to fill out the net a little better before I flip. 10/10 - trellis training is underway. Between topping and this, I should have a nice, full canopy this time around. I've estimated about 72 squares in my net yet only about 35 or so colas forming. Wondering if I should really I push this one or quit while I'm ahead. One thing is for certain, Moby dick is responding much faster to being topped than GZ. Every stem of Moby I've topped has grown lower shoots aggressively and quickly. Gz has been far slower to respond. Noted. Can't wait to see these things bud. But patience is a virtue here. If the veg stage is any indicator, the buds going to be phenomenal.

Germination was pretty good, we lost one of each strain. We soaked for 24hr then wet paper towel for 24hr then in a tray and dome for 2 days under a sun blaster 50 watt light for the first week or so

So, I have fought PH and phosphorus deficiencies. Starting to come back around. She is budding and getting happier every day. Lowered my water ph to 5.8 and it has been doing the trick. Upped the bloom mutes lowered the veg mutes. Only giving grow because of such little dirt. Feeding every other day now and watching for it to get too hot. Flushing weekly for salt build up. Hopefully next week we see some better results. She is perking up every day.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Gas tax x obama runtz there is not alot to update this week. They have not grown very much the past week. They got extra dark last time when I watered and gave 2ml per gal of grow big. They are still the smallest 2 plants in the tent. They both have started making their 1st set of leaves with 5 point although the other leaves have not started to get larger yet. I don't think they have rooted solid quite yet. Happy late turkey day grow diaries world!!!! It's now day 24 from seed for all the seedlings I have going. The past few days the plants have really started to take off. There roots have really started to dig in. Every other water I am still giving 2ml per gal of fox farm grow big. I keep having to tell myself not to add any more nutes other than that. I don't want to fry my plants but I also want they to start jumping. I'm quite excited for the coming week, I think the next 7 days or so is when the plant really starts to transform and look more like a pot plant than just some random little green thing. A few days ago I decided to move the plants from under my 55w cheep amazon light to under my spider farmer 100w newer version light with the good leds in it. The plants will hopefully be ready to up pot them here soon and get them in the large tent. Sometimes when growing multiple different strains it can be really hard to balance giving to much or to little light. You don't want the faster growing plants to get to stretched out waiting on the slower plants to catch up I spend Thanksgiving day morning transplanting the plants into 2gal pots. I am useing spme promix potting soil it's my 1st time tring this soil. It is actually doing really well the roots were all white and nice looking. I think next time I'm going to add some worm casting, kelp, granular mycos, and a little bit extra perlite. I just didn't have the money with christmas coming to splurge for all the extra stuff. I got rid of 2 plants 1 of the bubble og and 1 skunk apple runtz. There is only room for 10 pots in the 2x4 tent. I will peob only bring 8 of them to flower, always good to have back ups. Yesterday I also stuck the plants back under the 500w medicgrow mini sun 2 in my 2x4 tent. They did great under it the 2nd half the day I was happy they didn't get stressed. I had put them under that light a little early about 10 days ago or so. I am expecting in a week these plants will ge going crazy with growth

Weather was great this week, warm and sunny. One plant was ready and got the chop and is hanging now. The other three are probally a month behind. Kinda funny they are finishing so far apart. The only difference l can see is a bit of shade. Would never have thought. That partridge was back, must be my Cannabis guard bird haha. I uploaded a video of it, kinda funny. The weather is turning, next week is cooler and rain almost every day. I hope the last three make it to the end. Cheers

Have been flushing and temperature training for the past 2+ weeks and she's a very deep purple all around with nice hints of grapes. The trichomes the last i check were starting to get milky as this strain only goes 50 day and today is day 55, this plant won't make it past the wknd
