Very easy strain to grow yields well as has some cheese in the cross. Flavour is sweet with cheese with an old school earthy twist from the black Domina

A lot more happening this week! As shown in the pics, and as suspected, I have a manganese deficiency. I've been keeping my pH level at 6.2 in coco, manganese is taken up best by the plant below 6.0 pH. Dropping my ph level to 5.8 pH, and flushing with lower pH, hopefully it will solve the issue over the course of a few days. I made a new frame for a SCROG, with a "custom bend" in the CPVC pipe on both ends. The bend will allow me to take advantage of the slack material in the sides of my 4x4 tent. I'd previously taken 4" out of all the upright poles to shorten the tent so it would fit in the room due to low ceilings, meaning I had extra slack in my tent walls. The bend in the net frame pushes the sides of the tent out to 5 foot wide. My first SCROG net was a 6" mesh from Amazon, immediately knew I wanted a smaller mesh. Next time around I built my own with a 4" mesh and used the 4" for several grows. This time I decided to go with an even smaller, 3" mesh, and already I like it better. I don't really see myself going much smaller than 3" mesh though. It seems to work well, and any smaller and it may be too tight trying to work the plant through the opening sometimes, which if not careful, will damage the plant. I usually use a & gal cloth pot, grow off rules stated we 0had to use a 5 gal pot. Seeing as I only had 7 gal on hand, I was stuck picking up a Root Farm 5 gal cloth pot locally, as you can see, the roots didn't really stay contained, nor did they "air prune", i had to tear them off before installing the net above. On the last day of week 6 I finally got my net installed, and the plant SCROGged. I should have put the net in place a week or two earlier, it would have been easier to manipulate the plant, however the plant will still have a week to recover. I tie the net in place above the plant, and slowly lower it down, as I bend and super crop the main stalk over parallel to the net, and work all the branches underneath and spread them out. As the plant grows I'll continue to push branches back down through the net and moving them out to the next hole. This will greatly increase yields by allowing light to more bud sites, keeping all buds the same height and thus the same distance from the light. small budsites on a vertical branch, will transform into their own cola once the branch is laid on its side. Instead of a Christmas tree type of plant, with one large main cola, and smaller and smaller buds as you move further down the plant, you end up with a bunch of colas that are all close to the same size, and more importantly, the same level of maturity. The SCROG method, combined with super cropping, and defoliation has greatly increased my yields. As the plant is getting worked into the net, I'll defoliate where necessary, ie a huge fan leaf covering bud sites, however for the next several weeks I'll be defoliating so mush every night or two, systematically trimming off all fan leaves, and stripping everything below the net, and any small bud sites that wont produce well. Usually by the time I'm half way through the flower stage there are no big fan leaves left to be found. It helps with light penetration, which results in a higher quality, higher quantity yield, as well as airflow, which will help prevent White Powdery Mildew and other molds etc. Once a fan leaf is 14 days old, its ability to photosynthesize light, starts to degrade. Once it reaches a certain point, the leaf drains more energy from the plant, than it's giving the plant. My best yields have been from heavily defoliated plants, my last grow I couldn't physically defoliate quite as heavily as usual, and I ended up about 25-30% less bud than expected

This girl is really stacking them colas fade starting to set in under canopy rockin lower colas are looking gourgous this girl can eat to she has to be feeding twice a day running 6.2 pH lights at 100 percent trichome coverage getting thick she gets recharge once a week then hit her with a carboload after to feed them microbes had to increase the cal mag cause she started spotting but looks like I fixed it starting get a piney smell to her trying to spread these branches apart cause they wanna grow up together but gonna fix that nice thick pistols starting to turn a fire orange so here's to another week of growing lfg

#43 clones are maturing too fast I feel. Especially that a mother is ripening normally. I would guess it’s because of poor rooting. It’s the only difference. I keep runoff at around 3 max. Around week 5 the runoff ph started to drop below 6. Even towards 5.5. Both in rockwool and coco.

This lemon cheese is growing very well s lot of nice nugs covered in trichomes. The nutrients plan and watering schedule stayed the same as the previous week. I bought an electric microscope so expect trichomes pictures soon. 23/07 Update as promised I caught a couple trichomes pics and I can count 2 amber trichomes in the crowd, I will start flushing starting tomorrow

Week 18 (14-10 to 20-10) 14-10 Temps: 17.9 to 26.9 degrees Humidity: 42% to 67% Watering: 2000 ml. The buds are getting heavy and they are falling over, so i straightened them with some wires. Now i regret not topping and installing a scrog rack sooner haha 😅 I also removed some damaged leaves. 15-10 Temps: 17.3 to 26.4 degrees Humidity: 46% to 71% 16-10 Temps: 17.9 to 26.8 degrees Humidity: 51% to 73% 17-10 Temps: 18.9 to 27.6 degrees Humidity: 44% to 77% Watering: 2000 ml. 18-10 Temps: 18.6 to 27.8 degrees Humidity: 50% to 82% 19-10 Temps: 19.8 to 26.8 degrees Humidity: 46% to 75% Watering: 2000 ml. 0.8 calcium, 0.4 hybrids, 0.5 PK+ EC: 1.4 PH 6.2 The humidity at night is too high for my liking, i already have a dehumidifier running but its still too high. At the end of the day i opened an extra ventilation hole at the bottom (only had one open) I hope this will lower the humidity a bit. 20-10 Temps: 18.4 to 26.6 degrees Humidity: 48% to 65%

IT'S THAT TIME!!

I have transplanted into Dutch buckets. Filled with perlite. And all are now in the Greenhouse. Doing great. These are watered 4 times a day for 1 minute. This girl is looking great. Preflowers are out.

She's maturing and getting more ripe and ripe by the day! Top nugs are still growing/foxtailing so their progress is never ending it seems! Gonna check trichomes within the next week. She's getting a super nice fade although not my intention, still very pretty. Very nice frosty, green with purple edges/tips. The sunlight shots of this are gonna be mind boggling! Took the pics on my actual camera phone so the quality was better! The Terps are amazing, and done developing I believe; it's a deep red Fruit Punch + Superboof + sum Pure Michigan hashiness. To die for. Absolutely smells up the entire grow area and most of the house when the doors open! Absolutely gonna be growing Homegrown again; excited for Apple Junky and Garlic Applez grows! They get wider, bigger, and firmer. They are already starting to smell very tasty. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each (nutrients see table above). Unfortunately I found a couple of single trips that tell me that the trips still haven't completely disappeared. Since I'm not a neem at this stage I will inject more oil and the lady has already finished over half of her cycle, I will let her run like this and the newcomers will be treated again 👍. So I hope that at the next round all of them will finally be gone. I had the problem more than 5 years ago and it took a long time until everything was ok again and there was no animal left. Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

Time for another update! During Week 9 Light defoliation on bottom canopy Added 1 heaping tbsp of GEO Bloom dry amendment 3-12.5-9 with regular PH'd water Watering every 3 days with 1/2 liter of water or more. Trying to keep soil moist without drying out. Seems to be improving the plants Plan week 10 Installing ViparSpectra XS2000 light to help with better light coverage in the 4x4 tent Going to keep RH around 45% and keeping up with airflow Planning to put in dehumidifier in upcoming week if necessary Weaning down on light defoliation at this point. Happy with how these girls are doing! Hoping the new light set up with the ViparSpectra XS2000 will make a difference in yield this far into flower.
