this week was a lil challenging, had to get out of LST due to the fact that I broke a branch and that just tripped me off and I took off all my ties , apart from that i started giving her bloom products because I noticed a few hairs. I started applying tiresias mist to one of my branches so I can get pollen sacks to produce my own fem seeds, as I plan on crossing my fortune cookies autoflower with my ak48 autoflower and creating a new strain called "DRAKO" AUTOFLOWER well till next update . O.G. Bang Bang !! out.....

This week I switched over to 12/12 light cycle to begin flower stage. Cycled through a sequence of blue, red, and purple light to develop taller (red) and fuller (blue) foliage, using both (purple) at times as long as I could keep the temp under 79F. Man! once I switched over, they began taking off! Some of the more dominate branches began taking over and blocking the smaller ones in record time. I had to add a couple filler lamps (1 LED & 1 CFL, both white) to even things out a bit. NOTE: reverting back to actual Plant-to-Lamp distance (vs Screen/Net-to-Lamp).

FBT2403 is growing great. She is starting to do a lot of stretching. She just had a solution change yesterday to blooming nutrition from Agrogardens. There was a big ph jump in first 24 hours. I corrected it today. Everything is looking on track. I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

start of fourth week.

In der 7ten Woche wurde Entlaubt um auf die Blüte vorzubereiten. Leider etwas zu wenig, also war am nächsten Tag quasi schon alles wieder voll gewachsen :( Insgesamt lag das Problem in der zu langen Vegetation. Danach lag der Fokus weiter auf Erholung und dem gleichmäßigen ausfüllen des Blätterdachs. Den EC habe ich nach dem beschneiden auf 1,2 gehoben. Voodoo Juice war nach dem Schema dann erstmal raus. Also habe ich auch den Bakterien etwas zufuttern gegeben, damit nicht alle sterben und ich dachte die komplexen Kohlenhydrate und anderen Zusätze aus Bud Candy kommen der Pflanze auch jetzt vorallem nach dem entlauben zugute. Einen Tag nach der Entlaubung habe ich wieder Foliar B-52 ausgebracht mit Break Thru zusammen, um Stress abzubauen und schneller erholen zu lassen.

2/12 Week 7 Hairs beginning to show up more each day and the growth tips are transforming. Continuing to encourage bushing by defoliating the top canopy every couple of days. Lots of bud sites in their future. Lowering Nitrogen by putting them on all Bloom nuets , prob should have done that weeks ago. 29 inches high no sign of slowing. No problems unless we hit 40 inches. Then I gotta think 😣 Don't see any reason to worry stretch should end in a week to 10 days or less and there are a few things I got up my sleeve. Actually these are the kinds of problems I signed up for and Ive nothing to complain about, this stuff is fun. 😁 Here's hoping for a big arsed harvest! I was asked why I am letting the lower end of the plants get so over grown. The idea is that this will slow down the upward growth and maybe get them to bush more later. When the room exists in the flower tent that will be cleaned up. Hitting them with the kangaroots again one last time in the morning to see if we can get those root balls expanded for bud building. 2/13 Pics Starting to get some height differences(less than 2 inches) between the plants under the LED and those under the HPS so I have changed the HPS out for a MH light to slow down the height gains in the flowering tent. Their nodes could use some shortening. Have other reasons but thats it for this grow. Hung a small 2700K 30 watt LED directly over Aeryn out of the path of the main light to give her just a bit more red spectrum. Not much but something. 2/14 Rearranged the tent to give better access to the photos and allow better hanging of the small LED and give a bit more light from the MH. Runoff tested on all plants and ranged from 550-600 ppm which just leaves us all kinds of room later for more nuets. Heck this is perfect 2/17 Stepping down the nuets slightly 2/19 End week note: Finally see some very slight nitrogen def on Aeryn so nuets back up, found the bottom end of of it. Folding in PK at a low dose Flipped week back to veg, only in flower the last day or so of the week

This week the girls are looking strong, I will continue exactly the same regime. The buds are developing well. They are very sticky. The 2 non budding plants are showing signs of pre bud. Growing different strains is challenging. The timelines are very different. The 2 budding strains are Anethesia Auto from FB420 and Purple Haze from Zamnesia. I installed the Infinity AC Spectrum 3 camera this week, so far it has been awesome.

Getting chunky.

A 4 hour planned power outage in my area gave me the excuse to flip the girls. Kept the lights off for a cycle then immediately went 12/12. Although the temperature dropped to a root freezing 58°F, the reservoir didn't have a chance to fluctuate much and I also kept my air pumps running for an extra hour and a half off my computer backup battery! The battle with root rot is basically over. I am taking care to rinse the roots every once and a while. Growth has been amazing! Loving DWC! It also gives me things to do as I lie to pay attention to my plants. Doing a thorough clean with H2O2 every res change. PPM is around 800-900. Drops fast now. Every two days I check PH and correct if necessary. Usually it's been around 6.2-6.3 when I check. I PH it back down to 5.8. I've heard that flowering is a little on the acidic side so I'm planning on dropping my PH to 5.5-5.6. Did a major defoliation after this diary entry. Will do another in three weeks. Semana de bastante crecimiento. No se ha estirado mucho, pero han salido muchos brotes nuevos y hojas de una palma de grande. Todo va viento en popa y a toda vela. No he detectado ningún síntoma de estrés. Cada dos días las giro 180º y subo 2 cm. el foco. También le aplico riego foliar cada tres días y le sienta muy bien, es una cepa que admite bastante bien los excesos. Preparándola ya para la floración para la semana que viene. No se lo pierdan.😉
