I did feed her with Recharge and Big Bloom last weekend, but since then I've been giving water only and gave a good flush watering on Thursday. I am planning on harvesting her in stages. I'm going to cut the top 2 nodes (the ones with the most LED burn) on Monday, then cut the rest of the plant next weekend. I'm curious to see how much the lower buds benefit from this. Green Crack is the plant on the far right in the group shots. Update: I started cutting her down today. Cut down the top 2 nodes and left the rest of the plant. Will let the rest grow one more week before taking her down completely. So far 6.5 oz wet weight. That alone should be over an oz dried! 👍 New pics added too

Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. Got the girls in some bigger pots, avoided waiting a few extra days of transplant shock with some mycorrhiza. They seems to be way happier now! They got a little stressed out from that one week it was getting into the 90s but I think they will bounce back just fine. Until next time growmeis. Peace. 06/12/23

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2202 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/1- I soaked both seeds for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged roughly 24 hours later. 12/3- Today their tap roots were about 1/2 to 3/4" so at 11 am I transferred them into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph using a tine off of a plastic fork as a 'mini trowel' to make a hole in the pellet and to gently cover the tap root, leaving only the seed head slightly exposed. This method accomplishes most of the initial work the seed has to do by eliminating having to orientate itself, push it's root down and head up. By 10pm the #1 seed had her cotyledon leaves opened and the #2 isn't far behind! 12/5- Well this is the full Day One for the #2 FBT #2202 and the second day for her sister! I'll keep them in the covered/heated Jiffy tray until I see their roots beginning to emerge from the peat pellet, then I'll transfer them gently into their respective fabric pots. The #1 will be going into the 4g Gronest pot from FastBuds and the #2 will reside in a 3g pot by Wraxly, which I'm trying out for the first time. 12/7- Yesterday I checked the #1 tester and she had roots starting to emerge from her pellet so I transferred her into her 4g Gronest pot. After making a hole in the medium for the peat pellet, I coated the entire surface with Xtreme Gardening Mycos then placed the pellet in the hole and planted her in. Lastly, I watered her in with about 4oz of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of FishShit added which was then ph'd to 6.4 @ 75℉ after which I placed a humidome over her for 24hrs to ensure that the humidity stays constant. The #2 tester is doing great and I'm confident that she should be ready to transfer into her fabric pot in the next couple of days! 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Temperature is very high. 28-30° Celsius. But she is managing. She is stretching so much, I don't know where to take lights, but I still have about 10-15 cms to lever. I don't know what kind of monstrosity is this, but I love it ❤️ Day 44 Refilled with 5 liter + nutrients Defoliated some leaves for better light access. Buds are forming, can't wait for it to start exploding Day 45 I changed the light schedule from 20/4 to 18/6 due to high temperatures outside. It gets really hot where the tent is. Refilled with 5 liters and nutrients. I was right about hot weather, it is the cause of so muh water consumption. Here are some photos from different angles. Crystals are visible. I can even see them shining on bigger leaves, but in smaller amounts. Day 46 Traditionally added 5 liters with nuts, did not add Grow - First part today, I am experimenting checking on PPM, I think she is not eating all the Grow part and goes in to overdose. Saw couple leaves with burnt tops, but all really is fine, it's not even an issue rn. Added ventilation, made myself from old nonworking portable air heater. Removed coils and everything, and keft onlt Fan inside. Can't wait to see her explode, I think she is planning to do it quite soon. I am amazed by how low smell she has right now, even though temperature is high enough, around 28-30 degree celsius. Day 47 Refilled with 5 Liters I saw difference between yesterday buds and today buds size. I think she will go turbo in the en of the week or in next week. I think I got the temperature under control. Possibly, I will remove one or two hours from schedule, but I really don't want to. But if weather continues to push so hot, I think it will be the only option. Day 48 She is starting to smell sweet 😍 Refilled with 5 liters She is getting covered in glitter all around Day 49 Final day of the week Refilled with 5L. I will need to top up some nutrients. 1 plant was very ripe, 1 plant was almost perfect to harvest and the 3rd could take another 1-2 weeks...but it was end of 10th week of flower and i had to go on vacation, so i perhaps choped 1 plant abit too early....still awesome result!

What do you think about these first days? The humidity is not much stable but I’m planning to buy a humidifier in the next week.

Another week with the girls going great. There swelling up and filling out nicely. Like always i increase my bloom nutrient to 12ml per gallon from 9ml. I'll go back to 9 next week and finish out using that amount.

Trichomes have turned cloudy. Looks like about 2 weeks till harvest. Time to start the flushing process. One big flush monitoring TDS and nothing but ph’d water and a smidge of Mammoth P till the end.

GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. STRESS KILLER COMMENT. All good and easy, super strong, getting nice and fat, and this week she started to produce some trichomes, yummy! Smell is very citrus oriented, and enjoyable, super fruity with a touch of acid. Would like to super crop the top but as she is doing her thing very nice decided to keep that way as the NL also has a upper canopy and the lamp is one wouldn’t t do much.

The volume of incoming water resources has been doubled. Sweet ZZ eats everything she is given, all 1200ppm...(tried 1500ppm - we will increase to these levels by adding 20-25% of the entire feeding line) So, check [Sweet ZZ] progress movie 🎥
