02/07- Already in week 4 of veg, the plants are establishing their main bud sites well. I have topped twice and there are a total of 8 main sites. I will switch to flower in about another week or so just to let the other strain catch up. I also made a homemade scrog frame as I want to try this method as well later down the line. 04/07 - I watered both plants with just 1L of ph water. No nutes as I’m noticing a few burnt tips. This week we had to go on a destination wedding and had to have friends house sit. Again 😔 I hate having to do that, but this time everything went very smoothly. We didnt lose any plants lol. Before we left I was able to get #2 transplanted in a 7x7 nursery pot. Man was she ready too! I've decided since I am only growing 2 Choc Mknt OGs that i will be training one(both high and low stress) and this plant(#2) I will be leaving completely alone to do her own thing 🤞 Watering has went smoothly this week. Both plants only wanting water once in this 7 day stretch. I think because the transplant soil was already very moist. #1 has rooted and already started taking off from her transplant last week. Tent update: Our ES300 by the green sunshine company arrived this week!!! I was able to get it I'll installed before leaving. So now in my Vivosun 2x4 tent I have 1 es300. I moved the viparspectra to my large flower tent. The Choc mint seem to absolutely love this light. I started it at 70% power(its a dimmable light fixture) and am slowly moving it up over the course of a week. Day 12: my friend reported great growth on #2!! So she is rooted as well and doing good. Also, the heat in my 2x4 is in the low 80° getting up to 85° even 90°(for a few minutes) I'm mostly running Sativas which love the heat, but I have noticed Choc Mint OG prefers it a little cooler. All in all this was an amazing strain to grow and looks and smells insanely delicious 😋 i cannot wait for her to cure up so i can get a proper session in!!!

with this I start my first grow in 2021 and based on the success of gorilla glue from fastbud, I have chosen to start the year with a team auto flower. And the choice has fallen on gorilla glue 4 pcs. Wedding cake 3 pcs and 3 pcs glueberry, with a plan to have them ready in mid-March. so the tent is free to start the outdoor projects up in the beginning of April in the tent, so they are ready when the heat has entered the ground :) the growmediet consists of 40% peat from the last grow (cocos choir with root system) 40% compost from own garden, 10% Bio Bizz Premix, 4% perlite and 6% Vermiculite. (the peat already contained a little perlite / vermiculite) I have deliberately chosen to add compost that was between 80 and 100% composted, as I think it will contribute CO2 together with the coco peat and so far it looks like my thesis seems to hold water and I expect to be able to wait to add more CO2 to the flowering period. (Co2 is currently high around 1200 ppm and I ventilate regularly during the day as Co2 rises during the day) the temperature is around 23-25 ​​degrees during the day and between 20 and 21 degrees at night. I have chosen to set the light to 19/5 and raise it enough to 20/4 when the sprouts have come up. I reckon that will try to make some LST on the GGs and probably also on the 2 new varieties. The light only in this phase only at 50%, as there is no reason to run full exhaust, as long as I can keep the temp. in the tent and the sprouts have not come up yet. update 04-01. so far 5 out of 10 have come up, 5 days after they were sown and I am preparing to sow tomorrow, if no more have come up. it surprises me that no more GGs have come up, in the last grow, they were the fastest to germinate and there was 100% germination, but as I said I choose to take one more day and see if it does not make a difference .😀 if anyone should wonder. then of course I do not give them fertilizer until at the earliest after 14-16 days update 05-01 I have today, sown 1 gorilla glue and 2 glueberry, where the others did not come up, so the goal is still 4 GG, 3GB and 3 WC for this grow😀

I was out of town this last week so my wife just watered them. She accidentally disabled the timer on the lights so I'm not sure how long they had light or didn't. All seems ok though. Starting their flush soon. I moved the lights up to 30". I think they're getting burned a bit.

10/16 So the girls are doing well. They have been watered twice now and #1 just had what looked like a tiny bit of nute burn but took much better to the second watering. They are absolutely exploding veg wise and raising the light was necessary as #1 was much to short, will be updating with transplant soon! 10/18 Ok so transplant happened today. They were growing so quick we needed to move them as soon as they were water ready! They got transplanted into 5g fabric style pots. Did 2/3 Fox Farms "ocean forest" and 1/3 perlite mix. Used same nute mix for watering on the transplant, will change that up soon. See pics and video for more info! 10/22 There seems to be a nitrogen lockout. I'm guessing it was the unneeded cal mag add. Learned our lesson! Upped our grow big and giving the first water in big pots. Other than that they are growing amazing!

All appears well with these Ladies. I decided to harvest the JB#2 on the 8th, she had predominantly cloudy trichomes and a few amber scattered throughout. She’s still drying, I’ve sampled a few test pieces and 🙀

Great week :) getting heavier by the day ;p put them onto flushing with straight ph’d water from here out. Keeping the pots on the dryer side from here out. Lowered the temp of my room and my water as well.

This week the girls started to show up to the party; bulking up and putting on weight. It’s like they stopped at Wendy’s and got a frosty overnight. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I’m having reservoir funk issues so I’m switching to jacks RO this week. 1g a day. This weeks accomplishments: Split electric load (safety) This week: Switch nutes upgrade reservoir and lines next week. Long term issues It’s hot. Straight 90s this week. Aug 31: Overdose is doing fine and is now five weeks into flowering (or a week behind my two big photoperiods). I broke one of the main stems about a week after topping so it has a weird shape but there are lots of good bud sites so she’ll be fine. Shorter veg time than my two big photoperiod plants and only topped once because I was expecting an auto not a photoperiod plant. If it’s Overdose Fast I’m cool with that as I’ve decided that I prefer fast photos to autos which are more sensitive to setbacks and generally trickier to deal with at large scale. Sep 2: strong plant with lots of buds. Sep 4: adding some potassium silicate every couple days lately while watering.
