This plant was ready on Sunday, but I didn't have the time nor energy to chop her. Today was the day, and I am excited to see how it is after the dry. Maybe this will allow me to take a break before I get my next lineup selected.

I highly recommend LST and topping the plant at least 2 weeks prior to flower. This strain reacts very well to it and getting an even canopy of big frosty buds is great. I must say that in the past 2 weeks the smell has become very steong. Be sure to seal whatever air leak you have in your flower space if you are concerned about smell. I use a 6 inch AC infinity long filter and it handles the 2 plants decently. As soon as you open the door to the flower side a wall of fruity-ish smell hits you. The resin production is amazing. I have never had a plant produce so much.

DAY 21: With the settling in period well passed and the beginning of establishing their bases in the pots , it was time to get busy on the planned Methods to train them with. I enjoy trying different methods when growing multiple plants from a strain and comparing their finishes. It can be handy to watch which way pulls the best from them. #1 Amnesia Haze has been f.i.m.m.e.d and seems to have caught her in a good spot. Hopefully a multi-crown will form as the lowers catch up now. Amnesia #2 still has her rectangular look but I decided to top her as the node lengths could be a sign of a more sativa grow pattern possibly. This should keep her managed along with her potentially shorter sisters. The growth tips will be encouraged outwards now to give them their own space as they form. Amnesia #3 has so far only been cleaned out of her 1 and 2 nodes. She will be bent over once she is tall enough to safely do it to her. All looking happy and a nice cour still so hopefully flowering will be close now to use the stretch to shape them. Girl Scout Cookies # 1 has been bent over after working her stem a little between my thumb and finger to soften the stem again. She has stood back up once already so I have now had to use a tent peg to keep the 5th node down .... #2 G.s.c also had the same treatment but her stem snapped so I had to quickly reset her to let her fix the break. She is repairing it and again starting to feed the leaves on her 5th node. If she doesnt repair enough , I can top her too. They both have a good amount of growth on them so should be nice producers. All of the girls are due to go j derby the sp3000 directly in a day or so as I am harvesting a few others . They will be in then best spot to hit flowering stretch then. Onwards and upwards growmies. Be happy. UPDATE # I have been busy keeping g them trained over the past few days and wanted to show their progress before the next weekly update. It can help to show how the plants respond to the initial pinches /bends etc... They are bushing out where they need to now and the fimmed girl is bang on the money for the hotspot I think. After the first days of germination, when it was time to fertilize our Fruit Punch Automatic started strong. ------GENERAL COMMENT------ Girls are moving forward, a lot of growth for the week, the two strains are absolutely different in terms of structure. Unfortunately the three Candy Kush did not sprout, so I will run only this two girls for this cycle. Down a bit the watering mainly doing a feed every other day, trying to manage the root mass to expand. Choose to do natures candy also in veg since i'm using recharge regularly, is 0-0-0 not noticing a lot of EC raise with it, velo kelp came in to play also. One dose of sensi Cal Mag this week since i notice some paling going on, my medium is inert by the way. ------SM.BLUEBERRY COMMENT------ She is creating a lot of foliage compared to the AK, both are in the same hight. May top in a week, this will depend.

Well CDG#4 had gotten so bushy it was messing up the netting and it was getting very hard to tuck due to all the growth. So I had planned on doing the 1st major defoliation a week after I flip but decided to do it early or risk something happening to my girl. So I did it Thursday night after Thanksgiving dinner. Damn did she protest the next few days. It's Sunday night and she has bounced back 200%. Just like they like to do. So flipping her to flower tonight. Nov 27th. Just replaced her water with the flower nutes. Also go my new cogs and parts in so I finished the light upgrade. It's pvc & alum. Angle so it's super ghetto. But it works and works awesome. 376 watts on high. Measured at the outlet. 8 citizen1048 cogs 3500 full spectrum. These have huge as heat fins. And at $18 each fin it's by far the most expensive part of the build. I've got 8 of them.
