🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. The PRO-MIX soil was the perfect foundation — light, fluffy, with excellent aeration. It all worked in harmony. After unpotting, I carefully washed every root system, removing all soil to prepare them for the next chapter of their story. [ Information ] For all information on this grow, including strain and room details, please see the first week of veg. [ Updates ] Day 10 - Watered today, 1.2ec feeding of mainly organics (Fulvic/Humic, Kelp, Molasses, Big Bloom) with runoff. 6.8ph. Group one is stretching much harder due to plant density, I will be adding a net soon. Day 13 - Watered today with the nutrients listed for this week. 2.2ec at 6.5ph. 80gals total. Added a small dose of Open Sesame for the first time today as bud sites are starting to form on all plants. Added a net to Group 1 yesterday, I will add the nets for Group 2 in a couple days. Group 1 plants are 38-40 inches, group 2 plants are 32-34 inches. I may adjust net height, this isn't normally how I run a cycle; I'm trying a few different things side-by-side. The "one plant per square foot of canopy" group has consistently shown that even with a short veg period there is far too many wasted growth nodes on the sides of the canopy. The plants around the edge tend to branch out instead of up, as they're naturally trying to find sunlight. My last attempt at using these side branches with heavy topping of the middle nodes resulted in a higher yield, as expected as the light footprint was 5x5 instead of 4x4, which defeats the purpose of "one plant per square foot of canopy" anyways. A better test would have been to stunt the growth of all middle nodes enough to weave the side branches into the main canopy, though this seems to be a waste of time without much gain. I'm much happier with Group 2 which has 1 plant per 2 square feet of canopy space. While it also has side branching, the difference in height at the canopy level of the sides and middles are not nearly as different as Group 1, which means a more even light distribution without the need of a net. As overgrown as the room is getting, they still have 7-8 days before they're defoliated a final time.

Diese Woche leichte Anzeichen einer Überdosis Dünger. 1 Tag später sofort gespült, jetzt geht es allen wieder gut. Die Tricome der Purple lemonade und Die der Blackberry sind milchig/trüb. Noch 2 Tage bud candy und Overdrive, dann spülen mit Flawless Finish und dann ist bei diesen Damen harvest day angesagt. Die orange fangen jetzt erst richtig an, Ich denke diese dauern noch 3 Wochen…. Ich gieße natürlich je nach Pflanze mit unterschiedlichen Düngemengen und so er Sorten. Klima sehr gut…. Ale, cortada. Me gustó la planta sobre todo el vegetativo ya que fue muy bien sin mostrar problemas y tal... Ahora, cuando llegó la floración ahí si arrancó todo, igual que la otra, la hyperion, con oidio y araña roja. Recalco que tenía dos plantas mas bien grandes y hermosotas que también lo sufrieron, pero a modo chiste... Una hoja pocha por bichos, alguna con un poquito de oidio.. pero en general resistieron muy bien eso, las otras. En fin, esta planta si que es hermosa, el cogollo central es precioso, una lastima que mi movil haya jodido la mayoria de las ultimas fotos antes de cortarla, por eso alguna se estas últimas fotos se ven mal, miradlas de lejos, mejoran jajajajajaja Bueno, les hice bud washing, o lavado de cogollos y subí las fotos para que se vea, no es video... Quizás en un futuro haya algo con YouTube, pero eso, es basicamente 3 cubos, como no tengo cubos cogí una garrafa, la corte, y le eché 7 litros de agua y 100ml de agua oxigenada (peroxido al 3%), cogí dos tappers grandes, los llene de agua y heche media cucharada sopera en cada uno de bicarbonato de sodio y medio limón exprimido igual, entre los dos tappers y lo mezclé todo bien. Finalmente cogí una olla porque no tenía mas tappers grandes disponibles xD y agua osmotizada (o de botella) pero fria. -Paso 1: enjuaga el cogollo, rama, o lo que quieras limpiar, unos 20/30 segundo en la garrafa con el agua oxigenada. -Paso 2: sacudes un poco lo que hayas enjuagado y lo metes a enjuagar a uno de los tappers con bicarbonato y limón (puedes usar 3, 4 tappers, o un cubo.. al fin y al cabo es cantidad para no hacerlo todo en 3 litros y que acabaes limpiando mierda con mierda :) ). Aquí pues otros 20/30 segundos. -Paso 3: finalmente enjuagas en el ultimo tapper, barreño, lo que sea, con agua LIMPIA (de ahí osmotizada o embotellada) y fria, para que arrastre mejor los ultimos restos. Ya finalmente lo pones a secar unas 3/4 horas en un tendedero o donde mejor pilles, pero con ventilación para que el agua termine de irse, o al menos lo gordo. Ya una vez pasado ese tiempo y que veas que los cogollos gordos, en la parte de abajo (en la cabeza si están boca abajo) están secos, sin agua sobrante vamos, los llevas a donde vayas a secar, en mi caso al armario, que por ese motivo les voy a dar un poco mas de tiempo fuera para evitar subir mucho la humedad ya que tengo la Papaya Zoap secando y le quedará unos 4 o 5 dias aún. Cuando seque, subiré los resultados y fotos del manicurado y todo... Yo creo que va a salir una buena producción y además como la alargué bastante, espero que tenga efecto soporífero que ademas de sabor y aromas, es el efecto que busco en la hierba, que ayude a dormir. Aclaro: el peso en humedo es inventado jajajaja sinceramente, además de que no iba a pesarla en humedo, osea, recien cortada xD, tampoco la iba a pesar teniendo en cuenta que sumergí los cogollos en soluciones para limpiarlos, por lo que pesarían como 4 o 5 veces mas que el peso de recien cortado xD.

( 4cm in height ) Stress trained this lady 3 days ago because she was getting too long and slinky so I decided to help hear out and give some support. Very good growth development thus far and grows exactly like a Do-Si-Wine should. Growing strong at 3 nodes already. ( 4.5cm in height ) This lady is growing at her own pace. At this moment I’m waiting patiently until this lady catches some speed because she has been slowed down the leaf development has been disoriented The 2nd node is a 3-fanned leaf and the other side is just a 2-fanned leaf so growth is weird and a bit slow. The 3rd node developing looks like it both going to be 3-fanned leaves so I hope when that is properly developed this lady will growing nicely

Hands down she has raced to be the first plant that will be harvested, which I do not mind because this cheese scent she has is driving me crazy, my senses are drooling 🤤 and crying, patience is a skill reserved for the brave. Love how the LST has given me about 3 main stems, the crystallisation on this plant is incredible, it looks like I am growing it in an indoor environment. All she’s doing is fattening her buds, I hope she gives about 50grams of dry bud. I need to start formulating a questionnaire, I am going to dedicate 10grams to researching how well I grow bud, that is six strains, 10grams each, that is about 60 joints weighing a gram each. At the end I want to open my own community weed forum.

Defoliated this week honestly don’t know if I went to heavy but they are healthy so I hope they bounce back quick but they really needed it.

These all got a new home in the 4x8 just letting them settle in to the new pots and recover from training before I flip them. The pots are already proving to be better than the radicle bags these dont leak out the side so I can water faster but still have the same airflow. They also havnt made a mess in the tent leaking out dust like the other ones.
