This week I’ve decided to defoliate a bit, I just hope she doesn’t die bcs of it. Had to get rid of some yellowing bottom leaves as well as big, sun blocking fan leaves! Cloudy weather all week but coming week some nice sunny days are expected again! She has a nice pungent spicy smell!

Harvested at july 6th, week 11 day 1 and 72 days from seed to harvest. One of 7 plants in tent, 5 Alaskans, 1 Blueberry and 1 Lemon. Planted in 5 gallon pot. Height before harvest: 72cm. Trimmed all leafs, left only suggar ones, cutted down and hanged in dark dry-closet for slow-dry method. Maintaining 60% humidity and good air circulation. Then going for cure. After all 5 Alaskans done, I'll write a summary about this grow. ———– July 6th. So 4 girls left in a tent: Alaskan #1, #2, #3 & #5. Alaskan #1 & #5 will be ready in week or so I think. Alaskan #3 in about two weeks. And Alaskan #2... Well, hard to say really 😂 Seems its going to be long run lol, dont even know what to do with it... Cant hold it here forever, I need to empty this space for new run, but in the other hand, you cant just throw it away, thats just aint right... Weel, we gonna see in a few upcoming weeks.

Total was 10 and 1/2 weeks. Final week was good and filled out a little more. it looked to get a little more sticky. Trichomes started turning Amber last week that's just how I wanted it. Smells is toxic and sweet if that's even possible. All in all, a great little plant, I would like to see it go free in a larger space, I bet the yields would be amazing!!

Harvest day ! The plants are chopped and are hanging to dry. I put in a dehumidifier and a humidifier to control the humidity around 60%. The goal is to dry for 10 to 14 days. Then i will trim and cure them in grove bags for 6 weeks. I put the mutant straight in a zip lock in the freezer. I will make fresh frozen bubble hash (full spectrum) out of this one. I will update if the buds are dry en trimmed 🍀✌️

A lot of spreading this week. They basically doubled in size if not more and are now starting to grow up. Due to this incredible growth I've cut some leaves of the bottom; they've just gotten over grown by other leaves and the top to let more light in.

Mild flushes last week. Day 54/ Day 1 of Flowering. Fed and light defoliation.

She continues to put on weight. It has been a hot week here in Northern California but I don't think its gotten over 80 F in the tent. She is looking great to me and I am looking forward to seeing some amber so I know its time to harvest.

3 Phenos of Wedding Glue. Dense Nugs I tried three types of training intensities. Pheno 1 I topped all cola sites twice for more tops. Pheno 2 I topped each site once. Pheno 3 I topped the main cola once and tied down the whole plant. Pheno 1 will have the the biggest harvest. Pheno 2 will have the most trichomes and turning purple. Pheno 3 has the largest orange colas. Going to push the trichomes this time. The trichomes are finally starting to turn milky. They were clear for a long time it seemed. I am anxious to harvest these plants and try the flower.

9/22 topped them at 4th node. some of them are looking better for mainlining that others. some of them i may not mainline and others i left an extra node in case i want to keep clones around. #1 is looking happy with the topping and looks really good. #2 is the only one thats been praying and is the tallest and strongest looking all around. #5 short and such tight internodal spacing that it makes it hard to see whats all there. just looks like a bunch of small leaves until they grow out. i may not mainline this one either be cause of it being so tightly packed it may make it 9/27/24 day 20 theyre growing quite well. #1 i ended up taking the bottom nodes. i was originally goi g to use them as clones later on but decided to just let her go with her 4 nodes. #5 is so tightly packed, she has like 8 mains all in such a small space, its hard to even make sense of it all.

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. The ladies weren't very thirst this week. They got 1 gallon of nutrients each on Sun., 12/29, Wed., 1/1, and Sat., 1/4. Minimal fan leaf clearing throughout the week. Since the stretch is definitely over, on Wed., I lowered the light to 25 inches from the top of the Kush. It's coming down to the final 2-3 weeks. Time to start getting excited ...I'm also trying to decide if I am going to try and dry them in my basement so I can start on my next grow sooner. Decisions decisions. hahaha Enjoy the videos. After her 10/21 defol she has really started putting on some weight. her little golf ball sized flowers have almost doubled in size and the terps coming off her continue to increase in strength. If I even brush against her it sticks to me. The flower is insanely resinous.
