Day 19. Another defoliation. Watered in a gallon from the top. Then topped off sip buckets.

We had a week with lots of rain 🌧️; but also lots of sun 🌞 In the greenhouse the conditions were perfect 😍 So the plants have grown considerably 😗 Once a week I give the plants a liquid booster with OPF 7:2:3 ; Fulvic 25 ; Yuccah ; Biovin liquid ; Earthworm manure extract. | 📅 Week 7 | Days 43 - 49 | 💡 750w 📏36' | | ☔ 23%-34% | | 🌡️️🌞 74 - 81 | | 🌡️️🌑 66 - 74 | 12/21 I did a reservoir swap with the fresh nutrient levels as planned! Without PH testing fluid I had to adjust the tap+nutrients by memory, but i'm fairly accurate and only off the target(5.8) by .2 most of the time. 12/22 Did another reservoir swap again this time unplanned, because i'm still unable to PH until tomorrow. The things we do for dank buds lol! Adjusted some of the Low stress training a little more severe LST to prepare for a late 'SCROG' i'm putting in tomorrow. 12/23 A late 'SCROG' was applied to the plants today to make the lateral dormant buds grow vertical as best as possible. With a Late "screen of green" like this its mainly used to LST and get better airflow. If you are looking to weave tops and get an even canopy then you will want to SCROG while at the end of Veg. PH fluid arrived today so the reservoirs were adjusted to 5.8 after being topped off. 12/24 PH was really low so there is a possible 'acid rain' effect. I adjusted the PHs to 6.0 to compensate and I will reservoir swap the buckets if the PH drops this low again tomorrow. I did some adjustments to the LST using the scrog. 12/25 Reservoirs had a really low PH again so I did a Res swap on all 3 plants to avoid a possible acid rain effect. Essentially that's when C02 dissolves into your water forming CarbonicAcid before dropping 2 H+ protons and causing the PH to lower and turn acidic. I PHed the fresh reservoir to 5.8 and cleaned the tent out. I didn't do any training today. 12/26 I extended the intake duct to deliver the cold outside air directly underneath the focus plants canopy to lower temperatures and force purpling. I adjusted all 3 plants to 5.8 PH and topped of the reservoir on 2 of them. The focus plant has been growing fantastically. 12/27 All of the reservoirs needed topped off and of course they had their PHs adjusted to 5.8. I moved the plants apart a slight bit and did some adjustments to the SCROG for better training and airflow. Temperatures might be getting low at night, but unless it gets worse I will be fine and just consider this an attempt to get more purple. 😋 ______________________________________________________________________________ Week 7 is complete and in the Books. These Girls are thriving on low levels of Bloom + Calmag. It's as if these genetics have replaced all Nitrogen needs with an insatiable desire for CalMag. I really cant seem to give them enough Magnesium to satisfy them at this stage. Overall in this week I have trained the focus plant down into a SCROG and spread out her reach so the colas individually grow vertical. She took a day to recover totally, but she rebounded just fine and spent the rest of the week pumping out pistils. Around day 5 on the week the focus plant started to show just a little bit of color between her pistils so it looks like we have some nice color to look forward to in the coming weeks. day 22: the plants are beautiful, they are all starting to produce trichromes.. no sign of deficiencies! I did one of the last defoliations. the smells are starting to appear for some, the ones that struck me are: - code red #1 and #2: strawberry and cream terps.. a bit like strawberry milk! it's crazy - B45: citrus and bug terps.. on a background of exotic fruit and gas! it's incredible - LA vanilla cake: vanilla ice cream terps - Cherry gar see ya #4 clone: a puree of exotic fruits, especially mango and pineapple.. I'm a fan my two papayas have herm, I found some bananas.. I really don't understand, they are in the perfect ecosystem!! It's Day 54 Week 08 0f Flower For My 02 Kombucha Cream by atlasseed . And For My Snow White and SpliffStrawberry by Spliff Seeds Amsterdam . So Today I Started My Day By Checking My Tricomes On My 2 Kombucha Cream. The 02 Where Looking Fully Milky So My 02 Kombucha Cream Got Flushed TODAY with Some Flawless Finish by Advanced Nutrients . The 2 Received 80ml of Flawless Finish mix with 1OGallons Of Water Ph at 6.0. Tomorrow they will get Rinse off with ph balance water. Yesterday I watered my Snow White and SpliffStrawberry Ppm where down to 100ppm. All 4 Plants will get a nice ice bath in a few days. My plan is to check the Tricomes on the SpliffStrawberry In a few more days she was still Milky when I check her yesterday. I will chop her down next weekend. And the rest will get the chop at 30%Amber Tricomes. Happy Growing Growmies 🤘🏻

With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Week 16 looking lovely

I'm not going to put in daily updates for this week. It was a slow week but I will highlight the following - Watered every other day - Fed twice this week according to Fox Farm feeding schedule - Checked trichomes on day 62 because Sour Stomper is usually a quick grow. Seems we're a ways off still. **** I also put up a video for day 60. You can see how crazy looking the Sour Stomper is. The entire top of the plant is bud with tiny leaves. It's turned into a mutant bush. The good news is that the buds are starting to thicken up on the bottom. ****

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik!
