So this round I just lollipopped and didn’t strip the top at all, with better veg next round it’ll work better but I’m having issues with some plants not quite trellised how I’d like. Everything smells great, BCS,BD and WM are getting fat and PKB is frosty and tight. Watering is more of a chore than I’d like I think I’m just going to use some 5s for the next round . 18h in 0,5% H2O2. Soil: The living soil was from Dope soil. The soil was used for one grow and keep alive over 5 months. 1 month ago i gave some new compost (5L) a new mulch cover. Compost tea 900 mL compost + 10 L rain water, brewed for 18h.

🌱 Week 2 Report: The Journey Evolves 🌱 Grow Fam, the adventure is in full swing! 🌟 The Gorilla Melon from Fast Buds is out and shining its light, and the Papaya Zoap has made its debut in the Cannakan, bringing with it a story that adds even more depth to this incredible run. When the universe speaks, we listen. 🍈✨ I didn’t plan on popping Papaya Zoap from Sweet Seeds just yet, but sometimes things just have a way of aligning. After a few other seeds didn’t germinate, I felt an inner pull toward this special strain. As it turns out, the universe had something beautiful in mind! Just days later, my brother @daggadna also began germinating the same genetics—gifted to us during Spannabis. Was it a coincidence? I don’t think so. 🌱 This is more than just a grow now—it’s a journey with purpose, guided by synchronicity and connection. I can already feel the magic building up with this one, and I can’t wait to see where this road takes us! Heck, I could be on the toilet and still have complete control over my room! 😂 The AMP-3 Precision Meter has been running 24/7 in my water solution, giving me real-time updates so I can make any corrections when needed, right from my phone. Week 4 of flower and the boys have finally spilled the pollen. It’s bloody everywhere in there so I expect that no bud has gone undefiled😎. The females have all witnessed a pretty significant nitro deficiency now that they’re trying to produce seed instead of flowers. We changed out the nute mix to 1/3 grow and 2/3 bloom and they immediately showed improvement. No slight against Druid at all - we moved to a different brand simply to conserve it for the flowering runs where it really matters👍. The lone separated spicy bitch female that entered flower early is looking really sexy. I very much doubt she’ll have escaped full pollination with this much in the air however. We won’t use any seed from this girl but if we’re lucky we might be able to pull out some sample bud. We’re taking down all the males today now that their job is done and we’ve also decided to harvest from the one specific cum dumpster male that has shown as the most vigorous. Doubt we’ll get around to using it before it’s shelf life expires but u never know. The details on that will be in the harvest entry coming up. Other than that - we’re through the fornication stage and it’s all just keeping the ladies alive until it’s time to extract some seeds👍😎👍. Still workn on the potential cross names - that’s the best part😉. Until next week🤟👊. Background Fingers crossed that these Spicy Bitch regs provide at least one male so that we can back build some stock of it. In the event that does take place we’ve got a single clone of each strain from the previous pollen chuck to sit in the tent with them so they can make babies for the next few months. The whole point of the last year was to start making some foundational genetics for a third generational cross we could call our own. If you’ve been following along than you’ll know that it’s been anything but easy. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. At least not as long as I wasn’t high when using the calculator again….. Many thanks to @MarsHydroLED for the opportunity to test run the equipment👊. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. The beauty of this system is that it’s literally a 1 (one) component system for the entirety of the plants grow cycle. It really has changed the game in terms of ease of feeding and maintenance. It’s also very versatile and seems to provide everything needed across multiple different strains in the same ratios. Keep your eyes peeled for these folks. Pretty much a guarantee that they absolutely blow up once more people know about them👍👌😎. Strain Background Spicy Bitch: predominantly sativa, heavy yielder with a daytime kinda trip profile. It’s a cross of Queen Mother and a Pre-2000 AK47. We’ll pull what pollen we can and hope to have a female run out a larger supply of seed for the future. Many thanks to @Exoticseeds for the chance to give these beans a go👍👊. Pollination Strains: Holy Surfer S1 - this is one of the focal points for this cycle. A fellow growmie was kind enough to ship over some S1 genetics I took an interest in. The only ask back was that if I did cross it to send a few his way for testing👍. Shoutout and cheers to @blendmedmedman. Hoping to have something back to ya in short order. For full details on this alluring hybrid option check my buddies link at seedfinder - https://en.seedfinder.eu/strain-info/Holy_Surfer/Smiling_Tiger/ Northern Lights - this came from a particularly interesting batch of seeds that have shown a very dependable variegation trait. It’s a compact and squat plant requiring very little maintenance. Typical for the strain really. It’s been chosen as an option to potentially mellow out the high , shorten the stature of the resulting hybrid and inject it with some of that mellow indica effect. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

11/3/19 - These bitches are sooo strong! Everything is going very good. Feeding is changing this week. I am so excited to see what they do! The stretch has slowed. I will lower the lights next week. Added a new light for the one I moved to the corner. We will see on how it affects the evromntals. 11/4/19 - Gave a feeding tonight 4 cups per plant. 2 cups are Coco Bloom A&B with Silica Blast. The other two cups are terp, candy, cal, big, sens. This combo of nutes and water volume every two days seams to be doing very good. I premix my nutes in gallon water bottles. I love the Crystal Geyser bottles. They only $1 and have nice handles. I refill each bottle with a Zero Water filter pitcher. That keeps the TDS down low. 11/5/19 - WOW, I just love after a good feeding. The girls just JUMP right up. When I took the environment pic, the temp was a little high while the RH was a little low. It has now laid down to 75/55 with the lights on. 11/6/19 - They are drinking a bunch. Gave them 1 cup each of the solutions to keep them good till Friday.

She streched quit a Bit. Letting the soil dry out and then I'll see how she took IT.🙏 Day 55: looking better 🤗, needs more Magnesium and the soil is still very wet. Needs to dry out more👌🏻 Day 56: looking good 🤗 almost dry🤗

We harvested one little bud this week. Now we have realised that it was probably premature, but the pistils were orange so we just decided to. We are drying it outdoors in a plastic box with a fan attached to a little solar panel. We will harvest more next week, but right now it is not looking good in terms of the harvest.

Welcome to my Slurircane Diary sponsored by MSNL & Spider-Farmer Week 7, early flip and attempt at reveg into early week 8 but decided I liked the look of her cola potential and decided to throw her into flowering. From the reveg attempt I thought a ratio on/off would be best if it leaned more on the off, so a 13-11 off / on was set for early week 8 and till fattening (when the stretch is over, 'pre flower) This is a bit of a weird one for me, well more a 1st. I'm not 100% sure. But I do remember this getting 3 13.5hr days as did my whole tent. As my cheap timer ran for an extra hrs off when it was meant to be on. So, put it into a flip. And I tried for over a week to reveg, I'm sure if I pushed on. I would of gotten to reveg. (I'm not sure how long it takes, am very pleased though with this spectrum even without the IR that the flip time is quick. So, after a week 7 was finished. I decided to push on to a 13-11 off/on to induce her. I'll increase it to 13-11 on/off in fattening. Sadly has the pre flip and then attempt at reveg make all her nodes very stiff. And near to LST. After pre flower I'll hard defol and attemp to distance the colas. Surprisingly with her been a dom indica her leafs are very Stavia style. Very thin. Would make an ideal candidate for scrog. She is very healthy and been the most responsive with co2/heat. Although growth was stalled from my reveg attempt, I'm sure i cut a good few CM from her Height by reversing it again. I should of looked up how long it takes to reveg 1st. Lessons learnt. I still have an amazing pheno. (I'm a few weeks ahead in Real Time) Defoliation So, this was done lots on this girl. As my plans for her were changed due to poor attention. So, start of wk 7, what I thought was still a few weeks out from me flipping. But, after my abandoned attempt of reveggin. She was in limbo and I decided to risk it with a hard defoliation. (Looks like it was done in pre flower, it wasn't, It was just coming back into veg, but would of taken weeks to get it growing fully again, and at looking I'm happy with it so I pushed again with my Defol to get colas. You can find this on grow weed easy "full tutorial for flowering") am gonna leave her now until she's out of pre flower, she's 35cm or so tall. I don't see putting on much height. As my reveg attempt will for sure hanmer her stretch. Diet Was planning on taking Alga Grow off for the last 10 days r so off grow. So, I only had a few days off it, and its on Alga Bloom now. So, very first run with the new set up which I'm excited for. Currently just getting the environment dialled in. Running a RDWC system, along with LEDs, the recipe for success.
