Commencing Week 7: day 43 on January 12th Today I left the dirty girls (I call them that because they are in soil 😋) out of the tent for their first time in their lives to hang out with some new girlfriends (my photoperiod s). They seem very happy to be hanging out with them 👍👍 The other day I took one of my personal photoperiod Crosses and pollinated one of the bottom flowers of the bloody skunk, hopefully seeds will be coming soon :-) Today I started thinking about how much longer they have left and it seems the bloody skunk is nearing the finish Line already. In the beginning of this diary I wanted to achieve the goal of getting some autoflower seeds by taking one of the syrup strains and cross breeding it but none of my syrups strains made it from seed for some reason. So now I'm thinking about taking the top bud off of bloody skunk in the next week or two and letting the rest of the plant go through rodelization so I may still achieve that goal. We shall see. I did defolation the larger leaves. because they were turning yellow. in 2 weeks or 3 should be ready .its nutrition has been only organic ... with earthworm humus and red bird guano.

The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! We will start to check the tricomes next week but i think that some more time is needed, the buds are nice and fat and have a tremendous smell, great strain, specially if you like something easy to grow, its really a pleasure growing this strain, i took some monster crops some weeks ago and have a separate diary for these 😁

Cosmic Noodles continues to impress. ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg → Guided Expansion still an autoflower This plant is moving fast, confidently, and with intention. Her growth this week was so strong that I made the decision to begin structured low-stress training, not to restrict her, but to open her up. 🔧 Training Method (Accurately Explained) This was a progressive process, not a single action: 1️⃣ Leaf Tucking (Start of the Week) • Larger fan leaves gently tucked under • Objective: • expose inner growth • encourage branch development • allow light to reach lower nodes This alone already triggered visible response. ⸻ 2️⃣ Directional Bending (Mid-Week) As growth accelerated, I moved from leaf work to branch positioning. • Branches were gently pulled outward • Secured using soft, green-coated wire • Wire anchored directly into the soil and pot edge • No rigid clips, no plastic clamps The wire is: • flexible • forgiving • adjustable allowing the plant to move while still being guided. ⸻ 3️⃣ Anchoring & Holding Space (End of Week) As branches continued to push hard, I introduced U-shaped wire anchors, pinched into the soil. Important clarification: • These are wired anchors, not plastic clamps • They hold branches down toward the soil • Purpose: keep the canopy open and horizontal • Result: light penetration everywhere This is not about forcing shape — it’s about creating room for expression. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Response Her reaction has been nothing short of outstanding. • Branches: Already pushing into the 6th–7th branch • Stress response: None observed • Vigor: Extremely high • Growth speed: Fast, confident, continuous She didn’t slow down. She leaned into it. This plant is healthy, driven, and clearly enjoying the guidance. Next week is going to be something special. ⸻ 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed (Autoflower) Running alongside her is Plant A, grown 12/12 from seed, and she continues to behave beautifully. • Leaf stage: • Third pair fully developed • Fourth pair coming in • Structure: Compact, balanced, composed • Behavior: Calm, steady, almost photoperiod-like Once again, it raises the question: Are these autoflowers acting like photoperiods? Or are photoperiods acting like autos? No answers yet — just fascination and respect. ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity & PPFD Response This week, PPFD was increased, continuing the controlled progression already established in the room. Key observations: • Autoflowers are responding exceptionally well • Leaf posture remains strong • Color remains healthy • No stress indicators present This reinforces that progressive PPFD increases, when done patiently, can be extremely effective — even with autoflowers. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not To) Expect: • Rapid structural development on Plant B • Even canopy formation as wire training settles • Continued confident growth across both timelines Do NOT expect: • Forced conclusions • Rushed flowering assumptions • Heavy-handed intervention We observe. Hey everyone ☺️. It gets more beautiful from week to week 😍👍. I have them all this week Sprayed again properly with neem oil in the veggie phase ☺️. There have been no trips for 2 weeks, but prevention is better 😀. Because of the neem oil, the plants look very dark and shiny, which I really like when they shimmer like that 😝. I didn't do any training these days, that will be done again the next few days 👌. it was watered twice this week with around 0.6 l per plant. The Ph / Ec measuring device was also recalibrated. Good development like her sister dark devil #3 planted tje same day on August 3rd,good size for 17 days old, let's see how she performs,looks super happy in a very rich and complete soul full of organic amendments and beneficial bacteria and fungi life.

Day 64 - Beginning of the Final Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, my grow friends! We’re entering the last flowering week, and it looks like I’ll be harvesting the plant around Friday, which will be roughly Day 68. 💭 Harvest Decision: It’s a tough decision because while the buds are still growing, the trichomes in the middle and lower parts of the plant are already about 80% milky and 10% amber. I’ll keep an eye on things and plan to check the trichomes again on Day 65, two days before harvest, to make a final decision. 🌿 Trichome Considerations: I have a feeling that even after cutting the plant and hanging it upside down to dry, some nutrients might still move into the buds, potentially causing them to swell a bit more. This is something I’m curious to see. 💧 Humidity, Water, and Temperature: As I mentioned in my last update, I flushed the plant yesterday, just before the start of the final week, with 4 liters of water. This should help flush out any remaining nutrients, and I likely won’t need to water again before harvest since the pots are thoroughly soaked. The humidity and temperature are holding steady between 52-58% and 20-24°C, which I find ideal. I’ve got my exhaust system and fan running continuously to ensure no mold develops. 📸 Final Updates: I’ll check in again with an update just before harvest to let you know how things are looking. Remember, I’m posting new pictures and videos of my plant every day. 🌱 Day 70 - Last Day Before Harvest 🌱 Hey Grow-Friends! 😄 Today marks the final day before harvest, and I couldn’t be more excited! As planned, I’ve kept the plant in darkness for the last 48 hours and haven’t watered it for 6 days. My goal is to let it sit in the dark until this evening, when the time finally comes to chop it down. 🌿✂️ Drying Decisions 🌬️ After much research and considering several factors—especially the high humidity in my tent—I’ve decided to go with wet trimming instead of dry trimming. I know dry trimming is often recommended for better bud quality and taste, but my main concern is avoiding mold at all costs. So, to play it safe, I’ll wet trim the buds, get them into the right size, and then place them in a drying net for about 7 days. Timing Concerns ⏳ I’m still figuring out the best timing for transferring the buds into curing jars. Since I’m wet trimming, I won’t be able to rely on the classic “stem snap test” to check dryness. But we’ll figure that out as we go along! Final Reflections 🌟 It’s been an amazing journey, and although I could push the grow a little further, I believe this is the perfect time to harvest. There isn't much more to say about this fantastic strain. Hardy, easy to clone, quick to flower and absolutely delicious in every respect. It resists well to high temperatures, "accidental" over fertilization, and recovers soon after a period of drought. Easy and fast.
