Moin Leute, hab vor paar Tagen mit der Ernte der beiden Pflanzen begonnen, war etwa 3 Stunden mit dem Trimmen der beiden Pflanzen beschäftigt. Von der Farbe sind keine großen Auffälligkeiten erkennbar, Standard orange, hell bis dunkelgrüne Buds dabei. Die Größe der Buds variiert von den beiden Pflanzen, die eine eher mit sehr langen aber eher dünneren Headbuds, die andere eher mit breiten und kürzeren Headbuds. Insgesamt kam jetzt circa 640g Nass auf die Waage zusammen (gewogen am darauffolgenden Tag), denke das wird schon eine ganz gute Ausbeute. Im Nachhinein hätte ich schon eine Woche früher ernten können: Die trichome sind schon an manchen Stellen sehr bernsteinfarben gewesen (siehe Bilder). Auch musste ich ein paar Stellen aufgrund von Schimmel wegschneiden (denke das lag daran, dass manche Triebe zu nah an der Zeltwand lagen und aufgrund des wechselhaften Klimas insgesamt). Insgesamt bin ich natürlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Grow, ich konnte einiges an Erfahrung sammeln und werde diese auch für weitere Grows nutzen. Zurzeit trocknen die beiden im Zelt mit aufgehängtem Trockennetz bei etwa 23 grad und zwischen 55-60 RH. Denke in einer Woche werden diese schon bereit für die Gläser sein, und dann kann man schon mal ein wenig naschen ;) Ich danke nochmals dem Sponsor Dutch Passion für die Gelegenheit, bei diesem Contest dabei gewesen zu sein. Ich bin mit dem Strain sehr zufrieden - es gab kaum Komplikationen, die Pflanzen waren relativ resistent und das Wachstum ziemlich schnell. Ein endgültiges Review werde ich erst nach dem Tasting machen können (um ehrlich zu sein hatte ich mir schon vor ner Woche mal einen Trieb abgeknapst und schon probiert, ist aber natürlich nicht ganz repräsentativ für den Grow - war aber mega :P). Weiter gehts für mich erst mal mit den zwei Stecklingen von den Pflanzen und der dritten Pflanze, die anfangs im Zelt war - diese ist draußen in die reveg gegangen und wird - nachdem die Pflanzen im Zelt trocken sind - zusammen mit den Stecklingen in die Blüte geschickt. Hello everyone Today is the ending of day 2 in veg . I start by washing my hand ,prepping my area to germinate my seedling. I placed 4 seeds inside of a pre soaked root riot plug ( in reverse osmosis water Ph to 5.5 and great white shark mycorrhiza). Planted seedlings in seedling starter trey with humidity dome and heat mat sprinkle a pinch of mycos on seed then covered with thin layer of coco . sprayed The top of coco slightly not to move around seed . I spray the top of dome to lock in humidity Close dome and check in after 24hr . 24hrs later 100% germination . I now remove seedlings thats inside the seedling trey and plant in 3 gallon pots . By placing 1 root root plug inside of the 3 gallon pot filled with coco loco potting mix and some more added worm castings . Feed/Feed/water schedule Day 1 of veg, 5 Gallon bucket aerated reverse osmosis with 1ml of super thrive 1/4 Tsp molasses . Water seedling with 2ml of feed around base of plant Spray top medium if to dry or dyer than a inch deep . Day 2 of veg , added mycorrhizae to the 5 gallon aerated osmosis super thrive molasses feed water plant with 2.5ml of feed spray top medium if dry or dryer than a inch deep. Day 2 of veg will just be pure reverse osmosis aerated water ph to 6.8 .

Aug 3: still going strong starting the third week of flowering. I’m putting her in the garage at 9 pm, doing the 730 nm far red light to put plant into dark mode 2 h faster, and then out of garage at 7 am. So 10+ 2 h is 12 h dark and 14 h daylight or a 26 h day. The far red light definitely works as a bloom booster and helps the plants finish faster when the sun is stronger. Did morning foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. Aug 4: always some defoliation to be done and I took out all the small stuff that was growing into the centre. If I had a longer season I could have left some of these small branches but I want the energy directed toward the prime bud sites. Also removing leaves makes it more stable in the wind. Yet another growing trade-off. Aug 5: she looks great coming out of the dark garage this morning. Lots of colas with lots of buds 👍👍 Aug 6: added UV lights from AC Infinity. This far north we run out of strong sunlight before it gets too cold in the fall. By adding UV lights, this will make Edmonton in September seem like California in July. Along with genetics, UV light is the main factor controlling trichome and THC production. Adding UV light for a couple of hours per day centred at peak sun (currently 1:39 pm) should help a lot this far north. At the other end of the light spectrum, I use Forever Green Indoor (FGI) 730 nm far red light. This is the third season using the far red light as a bloom booster and it definitely works. A few seconds at dusk is all it takes to put the plant into dark mode two hours faster, and is like getting a 26 h day. Bud ripen earlier and therefore under stronger sun. Both of these lights are low power LED used for a few hours (UV) or just a few seconds (far red). Gotta love science and technology when it allows us to figure this kind of out.

Last week of veg,now start floração..

Esa familia, estoy de nuevo por aquí, os traigo la última semana de crecimiento de estas candy caramelo de Zambezaseeds. Estoy bastante contento las 3 son simétricas están creciendo en un tanque de 7 litros en los cuales aportamos el primer riego con nutrientes para solventar alguna carencia leve, sobre todo de nitrógeno pero nada como echarles de comer. El ph está controlado, la temperatura no aumenta de 26 grados y la humedad la mantenemos por encima de 50%. Cómo apreciáis, todo va sobre ruedas, veremos que tal se comportan de ahora en adelante, saludos fumetillas y buenos humos.

I'm pretty sure I missed a week on here. Got busy with life and pretty much only watered the girls. Nothing big to report still flowering strong. I changed to feeding tiger bloom within that missed week but had to switch back to big bloom because the smaller pot is just not holding enough nitrogen it seems. She dropped a lot of leaves and you can see both of them seem to have some senescence going on but nothing major. Water and fed 7

Nothing much to say. She'd reasy! She has a fantastic aroma and some beautiful colas. The leaves are becoming purple so in few days I will harvest her. I'm very excited because I think she is the most beautiful of the all plants I have.

Day 79 - Another week passes, not much to post, normal feeding, 1000 ppm 6.2 PH, normal lights, the girls are fattening up nicely...... 😎 Day 84 - some pics/vids.... pics of a Test Bud (ready for curing)......doing some experimentation..... read up about drying and curing, but i don't have a set method, so test abit..... never grown bud before..... 👍 my tent is really small, i think 50x120x160 or something... and it's tight in there, i have no other source of herb, so i'm going to start getting into the smaller one, and focus the light on the larger one..... i've been trimming and drying all during the grow.... there's really only enough room for the big one, and it's really squishy in the tent........ 😎

On Day 61 from seed my 5Gal feed went empty (Day 5 in flower) so I repeated the same exact feed without the CANNAZYM & activated the autopot system on day 62. By Day 64FS aka Day 8 in flower my reservoir went empty again so I repeated the exact previous feeding without Cannazym and activate the system the next day (Day9F)

5/5/2024 Pistils pistils pistils 5/8 these plants are fucking exploding! Super exciting to see them like this. Pistils everywhere and they’re just STACKING! don’t even see budlets yet, just pistils. The structure of these plants is beautiful. They handle training fairly well. I topped one and super cropped it and did a bit of lst. I was feeling impatient so I decided to see what happened if I pushed the one a little harder and left the other to grow naturally.

Purple haze is almost done.

Switched one generic t8 8w led for a t8 9w grow led. Plants have responded well to the change. Will give the plants a few more days before moving them down to the 2nd grow chamber with double the lights. Will leave the small ones in the current chamber until they recover and catch up. USB Desktop fan seems to be too directional. WIll adjust so that the airflow is a bit more uniform.

Things are coming along nicely, did a major defoliation yesterday and didn't seem to bother the ladies at all. I took 2 clones off a few weeks ago just for giggles and they seem to be doing ok I was a little concerned about throwing in under such intense light right away but it didn't seem to affect them all. All in all I'm quite pleased with the way this is turning out since I haven't grown since ~2010-2011 hoping for the best since they are getting a little frosty this early.
