First off I just want to say for some reason it’s not letting me change the right temperatures on my diaries ! Each time when I put it in they stay at 50. My day air stays 75 degrees an , night degrees is 70 ! Today is day 58 for all these ladies! This week has been really great ! Girls really progressed a lot , especially for one the Forbiddin Runtz, looks like is gonna finish up in a week or 2 ! Other then that they are coming along well! 3rd week of Flower is over without any issue. Lollipoped them all end of the week and applied an heavy defoliation. Rearranged pots’ heights for the final time as the stretching is over and moved the bottom isolating fan to the left hand side. Also set the target VPD to 1,5 with 24 Celcius Target Temp. The flowering is starting to become noticeable. At first, all the pistils have developed well. It's clear that the plant is drinking a lot more, although the soil takes a bit longer to dry out, so it stays somewhat damp. I’ll do a leaf pruning, removing one leaf per node.

Week 3

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. I DID A VIDEO TOO BUT ILL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. ALSO CAUGHT THE TINIEST EVER MOUTH LARVAE. I SEE TINY GOLD FINCHES AND OTHER BIRDS DARTING IN MY CAGE AND AWAY WHEN I APPROACH. I THINK THEY ARE GIVING ME A HAND. 8/13 Thought thos was a new week so I took a ton of pictures and did a video. Who knows what will upload. Plants look hetter with the increased room spacing. I have the materials to finish final supports. I've just got to do it. Same with the BT spray. I'm thinking I should've upped the water to a gallon and a half or two but I'll do that next time I guess. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. This week felt like the run really started cruising into flower mode. The smaller, darker pheno – the one that got transplanted from the 11L into the 35L pot – finally bounced back. Especially after that little defoliation session, she’s been pushing steady growth and stacking some nice biomass. She’s compact, chill, and now showing she’s got some solid drive. The bigger, lighter pheno on the other hand feels like she hit the brakes a bit. Growth slowed down, biomass stacking isn’t as intense, and she looks a little lazier compared to her sister. But that’s kinda intentional – I took off a bit more foliage on her to keep the stretch in check and slow her roll. So, nothing to stress about, just part of the plan. Hope that It works out and she'll start to be a little more on the energetic side of things next week. Funny enough, the darker pheno seems to be catching up and maybe even overtaking the lighter one now. That contrast is rad to see – like two boards riding the same wave but in different styles. Curious how it’ll play out in the next couple of weeks. I also pushed the PPFD to about 1000–1050 depending on the spot in the canopy. Bud sites are soaking it up, and the canopy looks nicely balanced. From here on out, I wanna keep it chill – minimal interference, let the plants ride it out, and bring this run to the finish line. Main focus is to wrap it clean so I can flip the space for the other photoperiod girls waiting in the small tent.

DAY 28

Today is day 28th so we are at the end of week 4 and as you can see she is showing sex so I imagine next week will be the start of flower.. I've added one picture along with the video and I'm hoping and praying that the video uploads if for some reason it doesn't I'll be back to add more pictures.. Week 7 let's go ! Day 152 - 04/11 : The plant symptoms have seemed to slow down. The soil is also starting to dry out a bit more which might have been a problem. Day 155 - 07/11 : She was flushed in the morning with about 4L of water and 2L of a 30% strength microbial+trichoderma tea to innocculate the soil in case the microlife took a hit. The run off was 1L. I also switched the 400W MH for a 400W HPS to finish off with a little extra boost of light + different spectrum and see if it makes any differences. The light were moved up by approximately 20-30cm. They are now at about 70cm from the plant. I wondered if the light were maybe too close and caused all those strange symptoms. Let's see if there is any change in their behaviour. Day 156 - 08/11 : It seems the plant is a lot happier. It has only been a day but I feel like she is fattening up faster suddenly. Or it could be that she has recovered from the slight chock from a few days ago. Day 158 - 10/11 : Yep she is definitely happy again. I am convinced it was the light or at least it was part of the problem, I am seeing a lot of growth all of a sudden, on all plants and not just this one. Trichome are up, pistilles are up, calyxes swelling, everything is running smooth again. She is looking ready already, from a bud general appearance I could almost harvest now, but the trichomes are still mostly clear and I have a feeling she has a little more in her. I suspect the reason for such large amount of already brown trichomes might have been the light excess they went through.

Smoke some of it already before I could get a scale so it’s probably bout an ounce or two.. but overall first time trying it gave me more of an head high than anything then later I smoke some other buds it’s more of an relaxing feel. But overall it’s get me high I believe I could’ve let the trichomes get a tad more cloudy but again I’m satisfied with I gotten and on to the next grow.
