Holy smokes first time washing a full plant and it sure paid off on some unbelievable quality rosin. Pressed70-160 My some of my 160 melt pressed straight thru 25u and 37 u rolled over 2 times tightly. Great surface area maintained in my press and 90% yeild. Excited to dabble in the rosin game. That was my small dinker plant yielded 300 wet grams for the record. 13 grams return for bubble hash. Larger plants processed I’m hoping for better yield. Let the juicing begin

Fixed the splashing issue from the top-feed DWC drip system. Also cleaned up the lower suckers and weak damaged branches.

I was not going to make a diary on this plant because it’s my first time outdoor growing and didn’t want to embarrass myself if I went wrong lol but this girl needs to be seen! She’s an absolute beast and there’s still another 3/4 weeks till it started stretching during pre flower, I’ve only ever worked auto flowers indoors and usually they end up a quarter the size of this plant and I average around 60/100g per plant, I am so excited to see what this bad girl will produce :D I’ll update each week peace people happy growing :)

Hello dear growers and growmies 👊💚 it turned out that we have 2 different phenotypes 😃 2 plants are sativa-heavy and one is indica-heavy, the sativa-heavy plants are 1 week ahead of the indica-heavy ones. otherwise everything is going well, all plants are healthy and happy 🤙 The Mars Hydro TS 1000 runs at 100% with a distance of 30 cm above the plants. D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding. Week 8 underway! Watered on 01/04 with 1.5L 5.8PH 1.8 EC, 5ml/L Terra Grow and 1ml/L Green Sensation. They looking good and are mostly on a water-every-2-days schedule. Really couldnt be happier with plagron at the moment. 1 Bottle until recently and they look and grow dandy in their 5L Pots. Added Green Sensation but im sure it will be equally good. Great bang for your buck so far! One BPP is purpling like crazy, one LCC is getting colorful. The other ones each look pretty standard, but healthy and fat nonetheless! watered on 03/04, 1.5L, 5.8 PH, 1.8 EC watered on 06/04, 1.5L, 5.8 PH, 1.8 EC end of week 8!

2024-06-22 Yesterday i had to Harvest them, weather was very bad . The are having tropical Climate in the raintime, very Humid and rainy, sometimes changes to cold and windy so very bad Season until now. They would have needed 7 days more to ripe perfect. But they started to mold. so i harvested them quickly, and sorted out all moldy stuff this is very sad. Buds are more open and supersticky. you can see with eyesight the loooong and dense Trichomes, iam going to add more Pics if they are cured and i add some Pics from the microscope. i give this Strain 8 from 10 Points for Outdoor Growing, because of their tendency to catch mold , despite the fct they were under a Roof, But yeah we had avery cold, rainy and humid Season i really like to grow them again, but indoors!!! because of their Juicyness

I wanted to use the flowering nutrients (I think it's the bloom nutrients) but it's been raining a lot lately. The soil is still quite saturated so I'll wait and see if it'll dry out a bit in a few days before I give it some food. So far the trichomes are more visible on both beauties. I've started to trim more of the lower and fan leaves. I would say about 1/4 of the bottom is pretty airy. Working my way up every day. It has been cold the last 2 days dipping anywhere between 10C to 15C in the evening and day time high of 15C to 18C. It's supposed to heat up (25C-28C) in the next few days but then back with some cold days again. That's the problem with Canadian Mother Nature; can't make up her mind. This will test my plants and see how they do with the ups and downs. Hopefully it won't affect them that much. I've also started rotating them in case the sun isn't getting certain parts of the plant. I'm not sure if it matters but it isn't cumbersome to do so why not. So far I've been lucky to not worry about any infestation nor abnormal leaf coloring. I usually do a deep watering only once a week if it's a normal week with no scorching hot days. There was a period of 3 scorching hot days and they definitely were droopy and thirsty. So I must have watered them 3x over a span of 7 days. Very excited to continue to see them grow into beasts!

// Harvesting and drying Since this was an outdoor grow, I did my first bud wash. I tried the method with citrus juice and backing soda. Was okay, I know I got all the street dust and fine dust away from her. But bud washing simply does not help enough when it comes to pests. The mites stick to the trichomes and you can't really to anything about it. Good thing is that most pests are on the leafs and not really on the buds themselves. Drying was smooth. 7 days approx. which is good if you think about the heat wave that hit us right during the drying time. 30°C in the tent is just bad for the drying process so I can't complain with the quality I got out of it.

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.

I am doing this for the first time and have tested different methods: 1) I put the bag on the branches, but condensation collects in these bags and kills this pollen, maybe I don’t understand something, I heard about this method quite often, but I still don’t understand how it works 2) I laid the sheets under the plants, the pollen does not seem to fall off as much as I would like and there is also a lot of debris left on the sheets. The method certainly works, but there are some nuances 3) For myself, I chose to collect pollen by hand from the leaves, simply brushing it directly into the storage container with a brush. Since this is my first experience, I don’t know how pollen behaves in a box and specifically in my box, so I try to apply it manually to the largest plant, in the end it will be clear whether this makes sense or whether the pollen itself gets to the flowers perfectly. One of my girls was attacked by a fan, which I turned off and fixed at the very top so that when I opened the box, it wouldn’t blow pollen out for me. As a result, it fell and broke a couple of good branches😭😭😭, now I have a wonderful bouquet of plants in my bedroom In general, I increased it to 1000, but I continue to give different doses so as not to catch salting. I also removed Plagron Green Sensation food since I ran out of it, I want to change the manufacturer. Plagron generally suits me, but why not try something new, maybe you can recommend something?
