Moved these girls back inside this weekend. I started to see what looked like the start of bud rot outside. Its been cool and damp for the past couple of weeks and bud rot loves that. I cut off a couple of branches which showed signs so I would not bring any indoors (fingers crossed). I'm going to chop and dry 2 of the plants this week - once I'm sure there are not anymore signs of rot. The third plant still needs another week or two. The video shows my upcoming grows also. New diaries coming soon! 👍

The harvest is coming soon also for Strawberry Gorilla and Orange Sherbet, news this week the strawberry pie has grown, who knows if it will make buds full of resin or seeds, maybe both? We will see! the story continues...

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. First Signs of Bloom! 🌸🚀 We’re now entering Week 5 since sprout, and my Auto Moon Rock by Divine Seeds has officially started her bloom journey! You can clearly see the first pistils emerging alongside vivid, toxic-green new growth. She’s staying compact but clearly packing power—this one has serious promise. Earlier in the run, I applied some gentle LST following a topping—yes, despite Divine Seeds’ recommendation not to top autoflowers like this one. But I trusted my instinct and the plant’s vigor—and she hasn’t disappointed! 💪 She handled the stress like a champ and bounced back with balanced, bushy growth and strong branching. 🌿 This week’s routine included: 🔸 BioBizz Grow – 2 ml/L 🔸 BioBizz CalMag – 0.5 ml/L 🔸 BioBizz Bloom – 2 ml/L (new!) 🔸 BioBizz TopMax – 1 ml/L (new!) 🔸 Homebrewed Compost Tea for microbial support 🔸 Effective Microorganisms for root vitality 🔸 Dechlorinated tap water 🔸 pH: 6.4 🔸 EC: 1300 µS/cm I also introduced a DIY CO₂ system (sugar, water, dry yeast)—and it’s bubbling away perfectly! I’m expecting even better growth now, especially as bloom ramps up. Once my CO₂ monitor arrives, I’ll start reporting ppm levels directly. 🌬️📈 📽️ Also up this week: a fresh Growlapse video! Always satisfying to see how much change a few days can bring when you fast-forward. She’s reacting well to every bit of training, nutrients, and environment. I have to say—Divine Seeds has bred a real gem here. Even though I went against the grain with topping, this cultivar showed resilience, structure, and strength. So far, I can highly recommend her to any grower who enjoys working closely with their plants. Let’s see how she stretches in the coming days. I’m expecting great things! 🍃✨

Harvest day 66 since time switch to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) Finally it's time 💚 The lady is done the large leaves have been removed and hung upside down to dry in the dark drying room. You can now stay there for 13-15 days at a temperature of 18-20 degrees and 55-62% humidity. After 13-15 days it is neatly trimmed by hand and placed in jars with boveda packs 62. After 4 weeks Boveda 58% come in and are ready for testing ;-). After everything has been cut cleanly, the last update comes with the smoke report and the finished pictures. Let's get to the plant 💚. Unfortunately, the rating system at Growdiaries is a bit strange because I have to give the stars before the Smoke Report and in the end it might have led to more stars in terms of taste. . The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are topdressed @ ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we started with lots of sunshine and clear skies.Then we had a pop up severe thunderstorm with grape sized hail. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes. Day 2 we have clear skies and sunshine. The temperature is mid 70's. You can see the hail damage that occured day 1. The #3 plant was topped by a hail stone. Luckily it only got the top and didn't take out the side branches growing out of the 4th node. This was very fortunate a topping above the 4th node done by nature. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. Day 4 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏 Day 5 we had lots of sunshine and clear skies. Highs in the upper 70's and 49% humidity. We needed the dryness. 🙏 Day 6 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's. Day 7 we had partly cloudy skies and temps in the middle 70's. Overall this week was a success. We thankfully avoided any major damage from the hail. The girls more than doubled in height and really kicked out some branches after topping.

5/5/2024 Pistils pistils pistils 5/8 these plants are fucking exploding! Super exciting to see them like this. Pistils everywhere and they’re just STACKING! don’t even see budlets yet, just pistils. The structure of these plants is beautiful. They handle training fairly well. I topped one and super cropped it and did a bit of lst. I was feeling impatient so I decided to see what happened if I pushed the one a little harder and left the other to grow naturally.

She only grew 2cm this week so that means she is is full flower mode. Look how much the trichomes have increased this week! I've never grown a CBD strain before, is this what they do? 😃 Minimal input from me this week. Just watering.

DAY 58 Watered with nutes. 💧 5L (1,3 gallons) The buds which were supercropped are still alive, the side branches celebrate. 😜 The stretch is definitely done. 🐝 Remember in germination week, when I said I would pollinate a bud? I did it.. I put up a blue plastic bag tent and switched off the vents. The pollen was taken out of the freezer 2hrs before, warmed up in a jar with silicate gel. The bud was separated into the tent and the bottom was secured with a clothespin. Wearing a mask, I brushed and dipped the pollen onto the pistils. I used a contouring brush (gentle-cis-men, it's for make up), it has soft hairs and can take up a lot of pollen. After brushing, I covered the hopefully pregnant bud with a DIY newspaper bag (that's why you don't see pics). Sprayed everything including myself with water to kill the sperm in the air, switched on the vents again - next morning, removed the newspaper. Now I think I see no difference, maybe the pollen was dead. 😕 Watered with nematodes because there's an army of fungus gnats in the autoflower tent. 😦 🐛 DAY 61 Watered with nutes. 💧 5L (1,3 gallons) I won't take the plant out of the tent anymore now just to take pics. It's super beautiful, but it's not easy to get it out without harming it, so eff the pics. 😊 This plant!!!11 😛 The leaves already start making a trichome blanket!!! So cool, I can a little bit see how she will look in 3 weeks, this plant is so ultra cool! 💪 SSSC, I need to grow more of their genetics! DAY 62 I think we have a mum here. 😍 The pollinated bud looks banged. Hahaha. They are absolutely beautiful and have a berry/gas nose on it , they are starting to really bulk up. I feel like the big one stoke the light from the other so I’m going to grow #3 again to see if it’s a different Phenotype . Let’s go!!!
