10/27 - Today is technically day 28 since germination. I would normally wait three more days before doing this update, but enough has changed, I figured it warranted documenting it early. Today I did a solution change to half-strength week 3 guidelines per the Dyna-Gro feed schedule from their website. This gave me a ppm of 740 total, including 170 ppm tap (measured using Hanna Primo .5 conversion). This gives me 570ppm (1.14ec) of nutrients. The solution was changed about four hours prior to their nap time (of four hours in length). Shortly after the lights came back on I noticed this discoloration on her roots (as shown above in picture and video). Both ladies in the video were given the exact same solution at the same time and now show noticeably different ppms (Sour Diesel Auto - 770ppm; Amnesia XXL Auto - 720ppm). I'm not sure why they are exhibiting different reactions to the same solution. She doesn't seem to be showing any other negative effects at this point. Root growth is phenomenal and her vegetation has only accelerated since being topped. Just slightly concerned about what to do with the root issue. I have thought about adding Botanicare Hydroguard since the smaller buckets will run slightly warmer in temp. Once they start drinking more, I will bump them up to 5 gallon buckets, but that's not needed at this time. Any advice, questions, or observations are very welcome. This is my first DWC run and first run with Dyna-Gro. Edit: 10/29 - Added 2ml/gal Botanicare Hydroguard as a precaution regarding her potential root issue. Res temps are mid-seventies, so I'd say it's a safe move and some relatively cheap insurance. Edit: 10/31 - PPMs kept increasing up close to 800 from the original 740. Added pH'd water to dilute right close to 700ppm. Would have diluted more, but that was touching the bottom of the net pot. Removed two main fan leaves that were actively shading new growth nodes. Added second Mars Hydro SP150 and raised both to 18" above canopy.

Oct 5-11 Vegetative steering? Aiming for: leaf Temp -80f CO2 -1250ppm VPD +1.04 (65%/75F) Vegetative Steering 6P1/ 2P2/1P3 Each P1 water event is 15 minutes apart. Seems to far apart. I think i Need More water events, with less time in between events in order to get a strong veg signal? Watering for 2min(110)ml May need 3min waterings(currently not getting runoff) I have to hand water every two days. Day 11 flo 18.5inches tall 12inches from light(moved to 16) 1300ppm Day 18 Defol Sprout chickpea(2days) Soaked 1cup for 4 hours then rinsed. Completely covered then Soaked overnight. Rinsed then poured water out and layed jar on the side for one day. Well, week 9 of flower in the books and she is done as of this posting on 5/19 (day 63). She finished up well and the trichome development has nice mix of milky with a little amber. She's is extremely frosty and gives off a super strong smell of fruity goodness. She'll be cut down today, so stay tuned for the subsequent harvest report and pics. All in all, first time DWC bucket grow went well, in my estimation. It's a lot of work, but the results speak for themselves. I learned a lot with respect to monitoring ph, ppm, and ppfd readings, as well as reading my plant for visual cues. I eventually understood I needed daily readings b/c growing hydro conditions can change on a dime, especially for someone new to this growing method. But once I found my stride, the process became easier. Another lesson learned was how much space is needed for vegetative and flower stretch. I literally had to move the buckets from the original 2x4 tent to the larger 3x3. And that is where she finished up. First time growing using Ethos seeds, which

3x3 Tent Clones (G-41, Frosted Gelato, Frozay Pie, Black Cherry Gas) - began noticing Ph issues, so ramped up ph test of water with nutrients and ph run off to ensure within acceptable range of 6.5 and 7. Continued watering w/Cal-Mag and SP treatments. 2x4 Tent Seeds (Humboldt Blueberry Cupcake, TH Seeds French Macaron) - began noticing stage 3 Manganese deficiencies on Blueberry Cupcake, so ramped up ph testing of water with nutrients and ph run off to ensure within acceptable range of 6.5 and 7. Continued watering w/Cal-Mag and SP treatments. Continue to monitor to determine whether to cut of keep. 2x2 Tent Autos/Clones (Afgooey Autos and variety of cuttings from above tents) - Day 21 and Afgooey Autos are in flower. 8 of 12 cuttings from 2x4 and 3x3 tents grows rooted. Ph water and applied soil preventive treatment w/recharge on day 6 of week one flower. Defoliated and LST as well on day 6.

Week 3 has started well, the plant looks really healthy and I've noticed that it has become thirstier, I've been watering it now every 2 days and I'll give it a 1L water at once with 6.9PH. The only thing which I am concerned about is the height of the plant, I've noticed that it grows only bushier and bushier but the height is almost the same as a week ago, I have done a lot of research and what I have found this shouldn't be anything to be worried about as I am not under/overwatering the plant. But please if someone more experienced grower sees this, let me know if you notice something I don't, all the tips are more than welcome! I've fed my lady twice this week with 1/4 of the recommended dose of nutes, I also gave some hesi booster to her first time this week. I have started low-stress train her this week and it seems to work great. I have decreased the humidity and temperature a bit this week as well (22c and 45%) Week 4 has now started and I will post some pictures at latest by weekend 😎

11.08.2024 officially D132 from seed. this girls has became a realy fat lady she take 25% of the 5x5 tent. she is bushy like hell even if i have removed all fan leave. Need to do some root prunning as the air stone is completly embed in the root ball, witch is really most darker that it should be, my nuts solution lightly die the roots but not this far. In the process i realized that the air stone was completly cloged, probably what cause the leave burn ,so switch it and add a second one for safety. the remaining root have been wash and get soak in 1% H2O2 solution for few hours. really worried about bud roted, i decide to go for a 2 or maybe 3 shot harvest as lower and inner cola arent definitively ready and can still build up. and some of tops cola show mostly milky trichrome and few amber one. so 1st harvested from big top cola and some smaller side one for a total weight of 733.5g of wet sticky bud. looking for around 5oz of dry bud, so expecting easily 3/4pond from this mama😜
