The snow is really coming down out there. Big fat flakes are piling up on the ground, and it doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. I guess that means no outdoor plans for today. Might be the perfect day to get cozy inside with a warm drink and a good book The pound cake auto plant is growing like crazy! I'm so happy to see all the progress we've made. Yesterday, I finally got around to tying it down – it's amazing how much more stable it feels now. I can't wait to see what this plant looks like in a few more weeks.

day 9 for a few days I have seen Dr. Thunder have N issues. I put about 4-5 cups of old discarded coffee grounds that has been saved for 5-6 months, into my 5 gal water bucket,along with air stones etc. My water ph has been significantly low (6ph)from around day 7 to 11(writing this day 12). day 12 video, water is back to 7. Been giving Dr. Thunder Bloodmeal now into watering. I personally would like a darker green. All females showing 4/4.

Heeeere we go! Sorry for the late update! This is when I start the flush! I believe the plants are pretty much ready at this point and doing this will just improve the final product! Doing this took me a good chunk of time, mostly because I didn't know exactly how much of water I was going to need (it was a loooot 😫) and how hard/tiring it was to pH it as well. In the end my calculations were off, as I needed far more water than what I had (lol) so I didn't manage to do a full flush... but I still managed to lower the amount of salts and residues to a "decent" level (around 850 to 1500 ppm). I also used flawless finish so I suppose than even when I didn't use enough water that solution alone was enough to help! Besides that the rest of the week was quite calm and relaxing. This week went outstanding. I did a final round of defoliation, and I am still feeding Flower nutrients with a PK booster. These ladies are ready to start stacking. The tallest plant is the Durban Thai X C99, and she is 50 inches, while the rest are all between 40 and 48 inches. It is just time to relax and watch the flowers form. I am still planning on harvesting on December 21st, but I will pluck one or two ahead of time if they are ready. I am anticipating the Donutz and the Cherry Garcia to be ready first but the optics will let me know. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe and Blaze on!

This was my first ever grow and I am extremely proud of it. The nugs are dense and smell fantastic. The phenotypes on each of my plants were very unique, and each has its own smell. This did make it a little harder to care for the plants, but it ended up working out fine. I opted for a dry trim and did a tight manicure on the nugs. I plan on turning the trim into cannabutter using a sous vide machine.

So these Cream Cookies were really easy to grow! Almost too easy that I neglected them for a week or so and then found two of them covered in Aphids. We tried everything we could to save #1 & #2 but It was a battle that we eventual lost. They are in a bag in the freezer getting ready to be bubble hash. #3 to my awe and surprise has survived through thick and thin. Good and Bad. And will be my only smokeable "flower" from this run. That said I will run these again but inside in a controlled environment as it seems my FastBud Girls were prone to the aphids and caterpillars. Reguardless I'm super impressed with the structure and just look of the plant overall. Can't wait to smoke #3!!! The frozen bag of hash weighs in at 203g and includes the mutant #3 smoothie auto from my other diary which also was overrun with aphids. *Will update with dry numbers*

Not been a bad week and we’ve had some great weather, this weather is also predicted for next week too. Earlier on in the week I noticed some trails on the plants leaves so I had to ask you lovely lot what was going on. I have leaf miners, I have sorted the problem on after you told me what it was and I have had no problems since. I have decided to use nutrients this week using plant magic root stimulant and cal-mag I have been using this every other day with just plane water when not using nutes. I have noticed by doing this that my plants have really come on loads. Topping my plants last week caused no issues and in my opinion they never even noticed I had done it 😂 So all in all a very good week, let’s hope for another easy week next week.

I am very happy with the harvest @21% wet to dry that pretty strong for me, the buds were in the tent for 10 days, the long slow drying process has really paid off. The buds were solid and frosty, this strain was very easy to grow, and like I said Original Sensible Seeds do not disappoint, I have a few more strains by them and cant wait to get them started!

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. (Sensi Seeds warned me but I still goofed it)

She's over doubled her height this week!!!!!!!!!! Looks like she's going great! An educated guess says she is just about to enter flowering in the coming week.

End of Week 5 Brewed a nice veg-specific compost tea and the ladies loved it. Trying to make sure the soil stays nice and moist to keep the microbes happy and letting the top 3 cm of the topsoil dry before each watering. The ladies have gained some momentum and they're growing at a rapid pace . I also performed some HST by tucking fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Didn't have much issues up until now... I noticed about 5-10 tiny little thrips on some of the leaves and I applied an organic microbial insecticide (Agro Organics Bio-Insek, Google it!) that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

Ehi ragazzi è già passata una settimana e neanche me ne sono reso conto! Si vede che l erba che sto fumando è bella potente per farmi rimanere in uno spazio/tempo non ben definito! Apparte questo divagamento, posso dire che i nutrienti stanno facendo effetto! La ragazza sembra che stia crescendo davvero bene , ogni settimana raddoppia le dimensioni circa , ora siamo già al quarto paio di foglie laterali e ho intenzione probabilmente in settimana di mettere la rete per iniziare a direzionare le piante,in modo da avere più cime possibilmente uniformi, ma soprattutto, avendo il problema dell altezza, cercherò di fare in modo che rimangano più basse possibile , dovrò studiare un metodo per farlo senza stressarle troppo e senza utilizzare tagli e toppature che in un autofiorente,necessiterebbero di troppo tempo per recuperare dal taglio e quindi la resa sarebbe minore,... Bene siamo solo all inizio e non vedo l ora di vedere come cresceranno queste ragazze magiche ! La luce FC E 300l è davvero impressionante! La sto usando al 50 % della potenza e devo dire che stanno crescendo in modo molto rigoglioso tutte le ragazze in modo uniforme anche ai lati, la luce è molto ben distribuita rispetto alla TS 1000 che avevo in precedenza , che nonostante tutto ha fatto il suo dovere e lo continuerà a fare in modo più che egregio! FASTBERRY 35 Days from sprout. Light training. Leaf tucking, pony tailing and some bend and secure. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching. Which will be useful as she seems to be on the smaller side. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok. Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.
