The buds are beginning to put on some weight and thicken and she is still growing upwards. I’ve been having to re-tie her every 2-3 days. Still got a ways to go but I’m really proud of her so far!

Harvest today 24/12/2021 After 72 hour of darkens going to dry 7 to 10 days

Start of week 3 blueberry is flowering and the stretch is almost over. The seedlings are growing nicely.the box got up to 100f this week during mini heat wave had to put ice blocks in rez to lower temp down from 80f. I look forward to the 3 other new strains I’m running. My GSC seedling is looking a little pale I should have waited longer to change rez over to bloom nutes. I have top dressed some organic fertilizer near drip line of nutes 4-6-4 one month release. I applied to all seedlings except blueberry. I reduced blumat on gsc, ww, and ch until surface dried a little bit as my gsc was showing signs of overwatering. Gsc is starting to green back up. My bb had to nanners i plucked them I hope these are all. It could be from the high temps or the one night I had a light leak. BB larger plant receving 1000 ppfd.i turn light back down a notch Gsc leaves started cupping now she’s getting just 550 along with other seedlings.will continue to monitor for improvement and ramp lights up a little later if needed as plants should grow into light.

Both phenoe are pushing on nicely. Really good growth from both phenos from 1 seed, 1 had more girt. So, there wasn't an exact even growth ratio. But no pheno was hammered in any way that affected its push through pre fower and into mid fattening. I expect another 3-4 weeks and I'll harvest. Atm there's a nice Lemon exotic smell. Really dank. Musky (earthy). And popping off fruits. Really lovely set of plants. Xpert nutrients are bringing out the best in my grows. They smell, taste and pretty much everything in that regard has improved. These are my new nutrients. As hard as I've been strain hunting. I've always used a different line of Nutrients per crop. And I'm glad to say. These are by far THE BEST nutrients I've used to enhance my crop. Feeds Are pretty much a week in week out with change (all explained with my weeks, DLI and other factors), master root/enzymes have been pult. Master Root no longer needed. Enzymes are all gone. Maintenance This wk, i applied LST bamboo sticks are have done some basic node bending to get the best out of the space in the area above and around its base. I'm loving the easiness of growing an AliceK, this week she suffered low water times, at almost the end of the week. Till today i was watering once each 120 Hrs ±, but it isn't enough at time for the size of the plant, she's drinking much more water than in previous weeks, so from Day 47 i'm switching to a water cycle of 84 Hrs±. At last temperatures are giving us a breath, again 27~29ºc along day, with a constant fresh breeze that came from the Mediterranean sea (Shore is at about ± 150 m from my home). This is the last week that i'm going to use that GoPro position to record timelapses. From now on i will record from the middle of one of the walls to have a better view. I'm not using the mobile on the AK more as the field of view is too short at the distance i should place the phone, and it didn't cover all the plant. 🍮 8×8 Adventure – Week 12 Chem Brûlée – Pheno B 🔥 Claiming Her Place In The Tent Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! 🌱💚 And here she is... Chem Brûlée Pheno B. And honestly? This girl is starting to claim her place. Not because we're pushing her. Not because we're constantly training her. Not because we're trying to make her look like something she's not. She's doing it herself. Week after week, she's becoming more defined. More recognizable. More beautiful. More... Chem Brûlée. 🍮🌸🔥 She's evolving. She's developing. She's filling her space. And we're basically doing what we should be doing at this stage: Watching. Paying attention. Providing water. Providing nutrition. Providing light. Keeping the environment stable. And then... getting the hell out of her way. 😂🌿 Because this girl clearly knows what she's doing. ──────────────────────── 🌸 Week 12 – She's Claiming Her Space There's something different about looking at Pheno B now. Earlier in the grow, she was a plant we were trying to understand. We were watching her structure develop. Watching her stretch. Watching her flowering sites appear. Watching her decide how she wanted to occupy the room. Now? She's made her decision. 😂 This is her space. This is her structure. These are her flowers. This is her expression. And she's filling that space beautifully. She's not trying to become another phenotype. She's not trying to copy her sister. She's not following anyone else's schedule. She's simply continuing forward. And that's exactly what makes this part of the 8×8 Adventure so interesting. ──────────────────────── 🌿 The Grower Is Doing Less – And Seeing More One of the funniest things about getting deeper into flowering is that the amount of physical work can actually decrease... while the amount of observation increases. Earlier in the grow, there was always something to do. Training. Tucking. Defoliating. Positioning. Moving branches. Opening spaces. Managing the canopy. Now? Not really. And that's intentional. I'm not looking at this plant thinking: "What can I do to her today?" I'm looking at her thinking: "What is she telling me?" There's a huge difference. And right now she's telling me: "I'm good." 😂💚 So I'm listening. She's receiving what she needs. The irrigation is doing its job. The nutrition is being adjusted as we move toward the later stages. The lighting is providing plenty of photons. The environment remains stable. And the plant is doing the rest. ──────────────────────── 🍮 Chem Brûlée Is Becoming Herself This is probably my favourite part. At the beginning of a grow, a phenotype is a possibility. You have a seed. You have genetics. You have an idea of what might happen. Then the plant starts talking. And slowly... you start learning who she is. Chem Brûlée Pheno B has been particularly good at that. She's tall. She's vigorous. She's hungry. She's beautifully structured. She's developing substantial flowering sites. She's producing frost. And she's got her own particular way of filling the room. At this point, I don't need to describe what she "might" become. I'm watching what she actually is becoming. And I have to say... I really like what I'm seeing. ──────────────────────── 🌸 The Flowers Are Doing The Talking Now The structure is already there. Now the flowers are taking over the conversation. And they're beautiful. The flowering sites continue developing. The buds are becoming increasingly defined. The pistils are changing gradually as the flowers mature. And the resin continues adding that beautiful frosty character we've been watching develop. This is one of those stages where the differences from one day to the next can be subtle. But compare photographs separated by a week... and suddenly the progression becomes obvious. More structure. More density. More maturity. More character. And that's exactly why these weekly reports exist. We're documenting the transition rather than simply showing the final result. ──────────────────────── ❄️ Frost Is Becoming Part Of Her Identity The closer I get to this girl with the camera, the more she gives me. From a distance: Beautiful flowering plant. Move closer: Oh... there's the Chem Brûlée. 😂❄️📸 The resin is becoming increasingly visible. The sugar leaves are carrying that frosty appearance. The flowers are developing more texture. And those little details are what make phenotype documentation so much fun. Every plant can look beautiful from across the tent. But when you start looking closely... that's where the individuality appears. And Pheno B definitely has individuality. ──────────────────────── 💡 The Artificial Sun Keeps Flying The lighting setup remains the same as the upgraded 8×8 environment. We've now got the two additional Future of Grow Black Series 600W fixtures contributing to the room. And we're not running them flat out. We're controlling the output at approximately: 🔌 59% power from the plug. That gives us around: ☀️ 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. And that's plenty of photons flying around this jungle. 😂☀️🌿 But again, the important part isn't simply having more watts. It's having control. We increased the available lighting capability. We measured it. It went higher than we wanted. So we reduced the output. Now we have the headroom when we need it without unnecessarily pushing the equipment at maximum power. That's much more interesting to me than simply chasing the biggest number. ──────────────────────── ☀️ A Three-Dimensional Plant In A Three-Dimensional Light Field Pheno B is also a great example of why I don't think about the canopy as a flat surface. She's tall. Her flowers occupy different levels. Some are directly exposed to the upper light. Others sit deeper. Some leaves face the fixtures almost perfectly. Others naturally receive less direct illumination. That's simply how a plant works. She's three-dimensional. The light is three-dimensional. And the plant is constantly interpreting those photons according to where she has placed herself. We're providing the artificial sun. She's deciding what to do with it. And right now? She's doing quite a lot. 😂🌸 ──────────────────────── ⚗️ Nutrition – Beginning The Gradual Transition We're also beginning to move the nutrition toward the later stage of flowering. And, as with the rest of the room, we've made a small reduction in the flowering base. Terra Bloom is now: 🌱 2.0 ml/L This has brought the EC down slightly to approximately: ⚡ EC — 2.05 mS/cm The important part here is that I'm not interested in going from the current mineral feeding programme to absolutely nothing overnight. I personally prefer a gradual reduction. A little less. Observe. Another adjustment when appropriate. Observe again. We're approaching the final part of the flowering cycle, but that doesn't mean the plant suddenly stops needing everything the next morning. She's still alive. She's still functioning. She's still developing. And Pheno B is still very much working. So we're transitioning gradually rather than slamming the brakes. ──────────────────────── 🌿 Why I Prefer A Gradual Reduction When working with mineral nutrition, I personally prefer to decrease progressively as we approach the end. Not: "Full feed today." "Zero tomorrow." 😂 There is no magic switch inside the plant that suddenly says: "Congratulations, you're finished." The transition is gradual. The plant changes gradually. The flowers mature gradually. The foliage changes gradually. So I prefer the nutritional transition to reflect that. We're reducing the base. We're watching the plant. We're watching the flowers. We're watching the foliage. And we're allowing the plant to tell us how she's progressing. Pheno B is still telling us: "Keep watching." So... we're watching. ──────────────────────── 💧 Water – Still Giving Her What She Needs The same philosophy applies to irrigation. We're not trying to force anything. We're providing consistent water and nutrition through the system and watching the plant's demand. The current room setup remains around: 💧 1.4–1.45 L per plant / 24 hours with the root-zone and solution temperatures remaining around the mid-20s °C. The exact numbers matter. But the consistency matters just as much. The plant doesn't need us constantly changing things. She needs a stable foundation from which she can continue doing what she's already doing. And she's doing it beautifully. ──────────────────────── 🌡️ Week 12 – Current Room Conditions The 8×8 room continues under the same general conditions: • 🌡️ Day Temperature: approximately 26.5–27°C • 🌙 Night Temperature: approximately 25–26°C • 💧 Relative Humidity: around 60–61% • 🥥 Substrate Temperature: around 25–26°C • 💦 Nutrient Solution Temperature: around 25°C • ⚗️ pH: approximately 6.0 • ⚡ EC: approximately 2.05 mS/cm • 💨 CO₂: approximately 693 ppm • 💡 Light Schedule: 12/12 • 💧 Irrigation: approximately 1.4–1.45 L/plant/24h • 🌱 Pot Size: 15 L • ☀️ Upper Canopy: approximately 1,500 PPFD • 🔌 Future of Grow fixtures: approximately 59% power from the plug The room remains stable. The lighting remains strong. The irrigation remains consistent. And the plants are continuing to show us their individual responses. That's exactly what we're here to document. ──────────────────────── 🌸 The Changing Flowers Tell Us More Every Week One of the things I really enjoy about this stage is watching the flowers evolve. Earlier on, you see lots of fresh white pistils. The flowers look young. Everything looks like it's still being built. Now? You start seeing subtle changes. Some pistils begin changing colour. Some curl inward. The flowers become more substantial. The resin becomes more visible. The overall shape becomes more mature. And those changes don't necessarily happen at the same speed across every plant. That's another beautiful part of the 8×8 experiment. Same room. Different genetics. Different expression. Different timeline. Pheno B is following her own. And she's doing a damn good job of it. 😂🍮🌸 ──────────────────────── 🌿 Still No Need To Touch Her And this is probably worth repeating. Because somebody looking at the photographs might think: "Surely you're doing something to her?" No. 😂 Not really. I'm paying attention. That's different. I'm checking the flowers. I'm checking the foliage. I'm monitoring the environment. I'm watching the irrigation. I'm adjusting the nutrition gradually. I'm watching the lighting. But physically? I'm mostly leaving her alone. And that's because she doesn't need me to interfere. Her architecture is established. Her flowers are developing. Her leaves are functioning. She's healthy. She's occupying her space. Why would I start changing things simply because I feel like I should be doing something? Sometimes cultivation is knowing when to step back. ──────────────────────── 📸 The Camera Gets The Attention Instead So instead of reaching into the canopy... I reach for the camera. 😂📸 And that's exactly what these photographs are for. The wide shots show her place in the tent. The medium shots show her structure. The close-ups show the flowers. And the macro photographs show the little details that you simply can't appreciate from across the room. That's the beauty of keeping individual diaries. Pheno B doesn't have to compete with eleven other plants inside the same photograph. She gets her own frame. Her own page. Her own story. And honestly? She deserves it. ──────────────────────── 🔬 Same Room – Different Answers This remains the heart of the 8×8 Adventure. Twelve plants. One room. One shared environment. Same general lighting strategy. Same irrigation philosophy. Same nutritional programme. Same grower. And completely different expressions. Chem Brûlée Pheno B has given us one of those expressions. She's tall. She's vigorous. She's hungry. She's frosty. She's developing beautifully. And now she's starting to claim her place in the room. Not because we're forcing her there. Because she grew into it. That's the difference. ──────────────────────── 🍮 She's Not Trying To Be Anyone Else And I think that's something worth celebrating. She doesn't need to be her sister. She doesn't need to be the smallest plant. She doesn't need to be the biggest plant. She doesn't need to finish on somebody else's schedule. She doesn't need to have exactly the same flower structure as another phenotype. She's Chem Brûlée Pheno B. That's enough. And the further we move through the grow, the more obvious her identity becomes. That's the real reward of phenotype work. At first you grow the plant. Eventually... the plant tells you who she is. ──────────────────────── 💚 Healthy Green Is Still Working And I also want to give some love to those green leaves. Because sometimes they don't get enough credit. 😂🌿 Those leaves are still doing their job. They're receiving photons. They're supporting photosynthesis. They're contributing to the plant's energy production. And while we're entering the later stages of flowering, we're not trying to force a particular colour change. We're allowing the plant to progress naturally. Some plants fade earlier. Some stay green longer. Some show colour changes in particular areas. Some remain surprisingly green almost all the way through. Again... the plant gets the final vote. And Pheno B is still carrying plenty of healthy green. So we're happy to see it. ──────────────────────── 💡 The Photon Experiment Continues The additional Future of Grow fixtures continue to make this part of the 8×8 Adventure especially interesting. We have considerably more lighting capability than we had before. But we're using that capability intelligently. Approximately 59% power from the plug. Approximately 1,500 PPFD across the upper canopy. Strong artificial sunlight. Controlled output. And enough headroom to adjust if the plants ever tell us something different. That's the important part. The equipment gives us options. The plants give us information. And the grower makes small adjustments based on what they're seeing. That's the relationship. ──────────────────────── 🔮 Looking Ahead We're getting closer to the final chapters. But we're not rushing them. That's important. Chem Brûlée Pheno B still has her own work to do. So we're going to continue: 🌸 Watching the flowers ❄️ Watching resin development 🌿 Watching the foliage ? Watching the pistils change 💧 Maintaining consistent irrigation ⚗️ Gradually reducing the mineral base ☀️ Maintaining the controlled lighting environment 🌡️ Monitoring the room 📸 Documenting everything No unnecessary intervention. She's not doing it because we've manipulated her into a certain shape. She's doing it because that's what her genetics have decided to express. She's evolving. She's flowering. She's building. She's frosting. She's filling her space. And we're simply here to support her. The lighting is there. The photons are flying. The irrigation is consistent. Start 5. Blütewoche Der Strech scheint langsam fertig zu sein und bisher machen sich die 3 recht gut. Heute gab's für jede noch 1l Wasser mit 1g/l Greenhouse Feeding BioEnhancer. Ende dieser oder Anfang nächster Woche bekommen Sie dann nochmal nen Composttee. Hin und wieder werden paar Blätter entfernt. Ansonsten ist nur zuschauen angesagt🥀🥀

In knapp einer Woche haben sich die beiden verdoppelt. Die Seifuku hat sich super vom Topping erholt, hat aber einen etwas großen Abstand zwischen den Nodien. Die Lampe wurde von 80 cm auf 60 cm Abstand gesenkt, um so die Intensität zu erhöhen. Beide haben es gut vertragen, und nächste Woche wird sie weitere 10–15 cm gesenkt, da ich wegen des Magnetdimmers nur in 20-%-Stufen dimmen kann. Bei der Sour Zoda wurde das erste Blattpaar entfernt, sodass die Seitentriebe nicht mehr verdeckt werden. Ich habe aber wohl das falsche gewählt, weil das nächste Paar so schnell gewachsen ist, dass sie sofort wieder verdeckt waren. Die Sour Zoda wächst eher gedrungen im Vergleich zur Seifuku. Nach den Fotos wurden beide mit Wizzy's Pflanzengeflüster (0,5 g auf 50 ml pro Pflanze) eingesprüht. ---- In just under a week, both have doubled in size. The Seifuku has recovered really well from the topping but shows a somewhat large spacing between the nodes. The light was lowered from 80 cm to 60 cm to increase intensity. Both handled it well, and next week it will be lowered another 10–15 cm, since with the magnetic dimmer I can only adjust in 20% steps. On the Sour Zoda, the first pair of leaves was removed so the side shoots wouldn’t be shaded. But I probably chose the wrong pair, because the next set grew so quickly that they were shaded again right away. The Sour Zoda grows more compact compared to the Seifuku. After the photos both plants have been treated with Wizzy's Pflanzengeflüster (0,5 g in 50 ml per plant) Nachtrag: Wir haben einen Schädlingsbefall, daher wurde die Erde bedeckt mit einer dicken Schicht Sand und darauf Splitt. Dadurch wird der Sand nicht weggespült beim Gießen und es wird noch unattraktiver für die Wurzelfliegen. Bei der Seifuku wurden die Haupttriebe mit Clips heruntergebogen. Bei beiden wurde das unterste Blattwerk entfernt, damit die ich die Barriere gut auf die Erde bekomme.

The smell is very intense and interesting. These ladies will be on plain water now until harvest. Esta semana realicé el lavado de raiz con flawess finish( 2ml x litro de agua) en 2 ocasiones luego sigo el riego normal hasta el día del corte que será la próxima semana. Ha quedado sin hojas prácticamente.
