Another successful week plants aren't dead. Did some more defoliation this week to allow light to penetrate the smaller colas at the bottom of the canopy, still haven't found a feeding schedule that works for me, going to cut my feedings in half next week because I'm starting to see some minor nute burn on the leaf tips. Good week though I'm pleased with it onto week 10/week 5 of flower!

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Day 42, start of flowering week 3: they are growing nicely, had to do a lot of defoliation on each plant, except the one in the 3L pot. Day 43, I started to discover that the roots are coming out aggressively from the bottom of the pot. I did not move the ones in the back, but I guess same thing. The one in the 3L pot doesn't have this problem. Day 45: getting really excited for these guys! I'm trying to keep the temp and humidity low, and I hope I can achieve some of the purple color :P any advice on that? day46: defoliaton

Day 68: top dressed a few days ago with some castings and build a flower and did a good watering. Definitely have been underwatering as i can finally see the lady perk up and start praying. I was doing 1 heavy watering / week but i think that should change to a 5% watering every 3 days or so. Flipping to flower this coming week. Another compost tea will be done this weekend as well in preparation for the 3 week stretch. Outdoors has reached 14 hrs of daylight so im thinking of replanting the small potted one outdoors (in the ground) after i take some cloans.

she already has a strong smell .. and milky trichomes ... and some amber by 5% ... already beginning its maturation process ... with its of woody wood and like a mint smell ... just I have to be patient to enjoy it ... we'll see how it goes

The first picture is from last week and the videos are from today. It's been 56 days in veg so far. I was going to switch to flowering next week but decided to hold off and let it spend more time in recovery. To keep the branches down I used a wire clothes hanger and paper clips.

So we are in week 2 of flower I ran out of Dutch pro and my hydro shop didn't have any in stock so I had to swap to canna 450ml A&B I've also added some bud blood. So today I did some defoliation to anything below my scrog net and tucked some of the bigger fan leaves to expose the new bud sites. I also raised my light a few inches to allow the ladies to grow into it. 21/5/21 The girls are growing fast I did some defoliation 2 days ago and I had to repeat today 26/5/21 Took some fan leaves off that where blocking bud sites only a small handful needed to be removed, I gave them a feed ppm 946 ph 6.3, bud sites are looking nice and healthy I've got plenty of air flow throughout my tent, have yet to notice any aroma but still very early days. Update 14/03/2022 (Day 29) Nothing much to say. plants looking happy and Healthy. and they kinda exploded with growth the past week. I've done some defoliation 3 days ago and it really opened up the lower site of the plants. Will stretch the Veg time maybe till week 6 or 7. it depends on how fast they will grow. Update 17/03/2022 (Day 32) Plants looking nice.. did some defoliation 2 days ago and they respond with so much growth every time. I've made a little shortclip video. So I had to add double the amount of Calmag in order to reach EC value of 0.4. let's see if this will change the colours of the leaves in to more deep green. Overall PPM sits around 1320 now. Filled the Reservoir with 5 gallons at 15:00. let's see how much time it takes for it do empty up so we can check how much these Ladies are actually drinking.

Easy week, girls have been doing pretty good. The cronk nutrients are a bit of a learning curve. Very potent stuff, I have been working my way up and am still at 1/2 recommended dose. Noticed some yellowing starting on the bottom leaves, have started to increase nutrient dose, hopefully no burn. VPD has been good, they are just chugging along. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Great week,.. put some real size on and can honestly see the buds growing daily, check and feed in a morning and at night and can visibly see a difference,.. ones gone purple ones stayed green but both look healthy, really happy so far, roll on next week 👌
