She's popp'n and whew were!!! This is an amazing strain. Thankfully I have more beans and the next round clones will be taken for sure. This is one of those that a wise commissure would keep a permanent spot in his or her line up. And these were bag seed of a strain that I was informed that's not available in seed or clone. Skipped a week in my journal last week, as I was traveling. Had my neighbor water my plants. Came back and everything was looking great with the Lion Claw. I WAS having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants though... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. Also top dressed the Lion Claw and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. She's a big plant for being in a 5-gallon pot. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably once per week. Don't want to overdo it. 8/4 LIGHTLY sprayed with gravenstein apple FFJ and OHN. 8/6 LIGHTLY sprayed base soil area with neem oil / castile soap mixture.

As week 8 started, buds are gaining size. Plant is drinking lots of water. About. 3/4 a gallon a day to day 1/2. Added a second light to setup now. Hoping to help the flowering buds with extra light. Relocated my fan to help circulate air flow around more of the taper colas. Should have a around 3 week a left til harvest. Can’t wait to see how this first grow turns out and what to learn from it overall at the end.

91 Grapes day 80; Well for a plant that is supposed to grow a 65 day from sprout she still has some time left to finish. Buds are stacking in true chem91 fashion super dense and chunky but the smell is nothing short of downright grapes, it’s the same smell of grape koolaid when you tear into a package, or a grape pixie stick. Trichomes are getting thick and buds are covered in the grape residue not complaining mind you. She is showing signs of some sort of illness, or nutrient imbalance but she is in mid to late stage of flower development so just going to water her and see what happens, let her grow. Vanilla Fizz. Ms. Fizz her flowers are on the airy side of things but they do continue to fatten daily so time will tell if they will harden up. Trichomes are in abundance and cover everything. And smell,my goodness she stinks, it’s a sweet smell very perfumie kind of thing going on. Her branches are starting to sag and will need some support before next week’s update. Harvey Wallbanger. I suppose I should be grateful that she is still here with us and she can grace us with her beauty.

Day 60: I have an aphid problem so im currently working on a way to get that under control seeing how my girls are in flower its kind of tricky, any suggestions please feel free to help. Other than that they are still growing good the buds are stacking on. The leafs look a little crazy but they are healing very slowly from when i didnt have any cal/mag to give them but they are getting better. I crop/bend down some high branches for level a little bit the canopy, doing this with another net which I will use in the future as support by raising it. Day 46 veg. spray plants with neem oil. the weather is getting fresh so i dim. up my lamp from 100W to 150W. I'm warried about overgrow in flowering stage so i flip in flower.

I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6, 9, & 11 Fractal is a vigorous gal and gets very bushy after defoliation & training. Girls had a great week at summer camp! Smiles are found everywhere regarding their new homes. Plenty of room to grow and wiggle their toes in the amended formula 707, which is doing what was expected retaining moisture nicely, bringing the watering to a minimum. All three girls received merit badges for hiking(survived transplanting), water sports(2 liters), light tolerance(supplemental lighting), physical fitness(color and strength)and kite flying(added a fan). They are all looking forward to this weeks activities. Girls seem to like what they’re getting at the chow hall, green and growing daily, strong and upright. Plenty of good stuff in the soil. A fan was added and the benefits are three fold, dry out the top layer of soil, pest control, makes them stronger. I will update as needed. ***update, the girls are looking good this morning, well rested, well nourished, vibrant. Their roots must be really liking the 707 as evident by the rapid growth. Measured them this morning with the H. W. At8 in. the V. F. at 8.5 and the 91 Grapes at 10 in. And at least an inch wider as well. No water will be needed today. Note. The greenhouse may be better suited for growing mushrooms than cannabis. Pine trees and shade. No direct sunlight until after 2pm. Dappled sun all morning long, so installed a T-5 4 foot ArgroLed 6550(k) daylight led fixture above the girls. That was a bright idea! ***update, New Video includes new homemade lighting. *** update, new videos. Before 7/14 After 7/15 videos of the girls being sprayed with a folier dose of silica.
