I still have problems with high levels of humidity, usually around 65% during the night and 55% during the day, I ended up removing more leaves to try to reduce the amount of humidity in the air. I can see that the buds grew since last week, I was expecting the buds to be a bit bigger this week, but I'm happy with the current size, but I'm happy with the amount of trichomes present. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the updates. ** THIS TEXT SERVES FOR WEEKS 14-18** I had ALOT of problems with this lady these past 4 weeks. Really bad weather, rain, wind, blazing heat, cloudy, temps going from 17-35C every other day for 2 WEEKS straight.. very sketchy! World's going to shit y'all! Also had a Spider mites battle for 3 weeks and finally got rid of them. And on top of that, all of the pictures I had weekly were deleted off my pc.. Only have a few for each week, luckly found those on my phone. I've been watering 2L every other day for the past 4 weeks. Some days less.. about 1.6L beacuase there just wasn't enough sun for her to drink up. On week 16 there were some crazy-ass MFing winds. I'm talking gone with the wind style. As I had the spider mite problem, I didn't want to bring her in the house and risk those little fuckers finding their way to my grow room. (As I have that section perfectly isolated and pest free, wanted to keep it that way.) The result of not bringing her inside? The bottom branches that weren't tied down properly because I didn't think they would be damaged as the balcony has a little wind breaker on the bottom half. But to my surpise.. all three branches snapped and broke, So i decided to go ahead and take them off. I know it isn't much info for the past weeks, but It's what I've been battling with. The buds are airy as a result of all the stress, don't look to appleaing to be honest. My other two GSC came out GREAT, awesome lovely dense buds but those were different conditions. I'm just finishing her to harvest because she made it through a big battle and deserves to be harvested as a champion she is. Keeping in mind this was just a balcony experiment to see what I can and can't do with this balcony.. I'm not too worried about the final outcome. Luckily she pulled through so i'll make some hash with what I harvest. I'll also be joining the FastBuds Halloweed contest with this lady before harvesting and I've got the perfect idea... 😏 Pistils are brown and curled. Trichs are all cloudy and almost half past dew.. I've been watering for past 10 days with only water. So I'll be harvesting soon. I'll take some better pictures this week after the halloweed dress up and before harvesting. I gave the Blue Cheese a trim on 5th december and gave her four days of darkness, the chop was performed on december 9th I took a lot of photographs and videos commemorating these events for you to enjoy :) I think she came out quite decent especially considering that she had some monster/deformed leaves till the 4th week of veg. also looking back I should have moved her to the bigger place in that time...she would be far more symmetrical ;) It was a joy to work with Mars Hydro and their equipment in this grow. A big thanks to the Mars Hydro team for this opportunity, you truly provide first class grow kits and lamps. That's all i have for you till the drying & curing process is over I will update then. 12/30/23 - Day 54 - Hello All! I started this week a day early. I wanted to update everyone on something I have been thinking about a lot. Curing. I feel if there was a hole in my growing skills it would be curing. Last grow there was more than I had anticipated. I was not set up for curing 1 lb. I threw in an audible at the last minute. It worked out but I know I can improve with some trial and error and hands-on experience. So after reading a ton, and going off of some of my prior builds for drying, I came up with this design. I have a controller that will turn the air on and will run when the contents inside the box hit whatever RH% I want to set it at. I think the first week I will set it for 78%RH, then every couple of days go down a % until I hit 62%. The thought is that if the bucket gets above the set RH% then the air will kick on and distribute air across the buds until the RH% is back down to where you want it. It will force the humidity out. I won't need to worry about burping. It will happen on its own.... in theory. Ill update tomorrow with some pictures after the water change. 12/31/23 - Day 55 - Everything is looking good. The water change completed this morning while I was in the shower. Its adding nutes now and will do so over the next hour or so. She is starting to get stinky. I had to add the extra carbon filter to the room. I've got some pics up top of that. Happy New Year! Next time I post it will be in 2024! Have a great night and be safe! I got a comment on the bushy-ness and I got self-conscious and gave her a trim. Lol I have been going bath and forth for a while and that gave me the push to give her a little trim. She looks great and is growing really quickly. Ill update with more pics as it goes along.

Start of week 5. Week 4 went well, however overnight from day 6 into 7 of week 4 the leaves dropped, she needs a bit extra feeding. She's starting to really smell, probably the strongest smelling OG Kush I've grown to date. Bud sites are filling in nicely, she's densely packed and I'm trimming dying leaves steadily.

Was a good week, no issues just good ol' bud growth. Sitting back and watching the buds grow is by far my favorite past time hahaha. On Day 31F/94S gave the girls their top dressing of Power Bloom while watering at lights on. Day 33 pulled maybe 6-8 fan leaves off #2 and #3, was getting a bit thick where they meet and good bud sites were being covered. So ya was a pretty smooth week, watering 16L (4L each) every 3 days and they're still happy. Came home from work mid week and went down to basement was slapped by a strong weed smell, guess it was time to replace the carbon filter, oops! Reversed the flanges on it and it helped a lot but still smelling. This filter has got a hard 8 months of use in, might still be fine for when plants not SO smelly but not in last third of flower. Fan is running harder now too, max 8 of 10 when lights out day after watering. Glad everything is automated, so much easier than first indoor grow with manual controls. Hope this week goes well 🤞
